Bug 9469 - Use Datatables in serials statistics wizard

Replace the tablesorter plugin with the DataTables plugin on the
serials staitsics wizard report.

To test, run the serials statistics wizard (Reports -> Serials). Confirm
that table sorting works correctly.

Works with DataTables as it used to work with tablesorter.
