8b73d2bb3b Bug 37720: Prevent XSS in label creator
Because labels/label-edit-batch.pl fills a DataTable with things that include
a link created by C4/Creators/Lib.pm, it outputs them with the $raw filter,
so HTML in author/title/callnumber is executed in the label batch editor.
While we wait for a fix that moves the link creation into the template and
out of C4, encoding HTML in Lib.pm for the bits going into the link, and
switching from $raw to the html filter for the rest of the things, will at
least get rid of the XSS.

Test plan:
 1. Without this patch, but with the patch from bug 37654 so you don't get
alert()s in batch import, download attachment 170675 [details]
 2. Cataloging - Stage records for import - browse to the downloaded file -
Upload file - when the upload finishes Stage for import - when staging
finishes View batch (get alert()s if you didn't apply bug 37654) - Import
    this batch into the catalog
 3. Once the import finishes, Cataloging - Manage staged records
 4. In the row for your import, in the # Items column, click "(Create label
    batch)"
 5. In the "Label batch #n created" message, click the link to the batch #
 6. Because the batch includes a call number with an open <script>, you'll
get XSS alert()s and then one about something going wrong while loading
the table, with only one of the two records showing in the batch editor
 7. Apply patch, restart_all
 8. Cataloging - Label creator - Manage Label batches
 9. In the row for your batch, click Edit
10. You will see both labels, with their attempts at XSS visible as text
rather than being interpreted as HTML

b70ac8205a Bug 37044: Added library branch to SCO OPAC message
This patch simply adds the correct branch at the end of an OPAC message on the SCO page.

To Test:
1) From the staff interface, click on a patron and add an OPAC message
   to their account.
2) Log into the SCO with this patron.
3) Notice how in the "Messages for you" at the top, you will see the
message, however, at the timestamp, it says something like "Written
on 06/06/2024 by " w/o listing the library that sent it.
4) Apply patch
5) Log back into SCO module
6) Note that now in the message timestamp, it correctly lists the
   library that sent the message.
7) Sign-off

ec8465eb10 Bug 30715: Terminology for the log viewer - use 'Staff interface' instead of 'Intranet'
The log viewer (Tools > Additional tools > Log viewer) uses
'Intranet' as:
- an option for filtering what log entries to display.
- a value in the log entries interface column, for log entries.

Koha's terminology guideline is to use 'Staff interface' instead of
'Interface' (https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Terminology#I).

Test plan:
1. Perform some actions that will create log entries when using the
   staff interface. For example:
1.1 Enable the UseRecalls system preference.
1.2 Edit the title for a record.
1.3 Add an item for a record.
2. Use the log viewer to view the logged changes:
2.1 Go to Tools > Additional tools > Log viewer.
   2.2 Select Submit.
2.3 Log entries are displayed for the changes made.
3. Note that:
3.1 For the log viewer 'Interface' filter options, "All" is
selected by default, and other options are Intranet, OPAC,
SIP, Command-line, REST API, and Cron job.
3.2 For the changes viewed in step 2, the value displayed in
       the 'Interface' column is 'Intranet'.
4. Apply the patch.
5. Refresh the page.
6. Note that:
5.1 For the interface filter options, 'Intranet' is now changed
       to 'Staff interface'.
5.2 In the list of log entries, the value in the interface column
       is now 'Staff interface'.

ef654af762 Bug 37656: XSS in Advanced editor from Z39.50 search results
The Advanced editor inserts data from Z39.50 results into the search results
page without escaping HTML. Whether it's German records with "<<A>> Title"
or someone with a compromised catalog or a book with the title "<em> for
emphasis" it shouldn't.

Test plan:
 1. Not a dependency, but you'll avoid getting even more alerts while batch
importing by starting with the patch from bug 37654
 2. Without this patch applied, download attachment 170421
 3. Administration - set the preference EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor to
    Enable
 4. Cataloging - Stage records for import - browse to the downloaded file -
Upload file - Stage for import
 5. Once the background job finishes, View batch (getting alerts if you
didn't apply the patch from bug 37654) - Import this batch into the
    catalog
 6. When the import finishes, Search the catalog for script, on the imported
record Edit record (if you wind up in the basic editor, Settings - Switch
    to Advanced editor)
 7. In the left sidebar below the search inputs, click Advanced », check
the checkbox for Local catalog and uncheck any others, then search for
    the Title script
 8. You'll get five alerts, and the word "edition" displayed in huge text
 9. Close the search popup, apply patch, shift+reload the advanced editor
    page to clear your cache
10. Repeat step 7, but this time you won't get any alerts, and you'll see
the title and the other <script> inclusions.

a86de321f6 Bug 37654: XSS in Batch record import for Citation column
Viewing a staged MARC record batch loads a DataTable from
/tools/batch_records_ajax.pl, and both batch_records_ajax.pl and the
DataTable just trust the author/title/isbn/issn to be free of HTML. They
shouldn't.

Test plan:
1. Without this patch applied, download attachment 170418, then Cataloging
   - Stage records for import - Select the downloaded file - Upload file -
   Stage for import
2. When the background job completes, View batch - you'll get three alert()s
from the title, author, and ISSN, and the author and ISSN displayed huge
3. Apply patch, restart_all
4. Manage staged records - click HTMLescapingimporttestrecord.mrc - get zero

bc8238fcbd Bug 37655: Basic editor needs to HTML-escape the bib record title used as a heading
We stick the title of a bib record you are editing in the basic editor into
an <h1> without escaping any HTML it might contain. We should instead escape
it.

Test plan:

1. Without the patch, search for any record in the catalog and click Edit
record (if you are in the advanced editor, switch to the basic one)
2. Tab 2, Field 245, Subfield a, paste <script>alert('boo ❤')</script><h2>
at the end of the subfield
3. Save, then from the record detail page select Edit - Edit record
4. You will have gotten an alert(), and the entire form will be the size
of an <h2>. That's ugly, so go back to the detail page.
5. Apply patch, restart_all
6. Edit - Edit record
7. Now you should not get an alert, the whole title inluding the <script>
should display in italics, and the "(Record number nnn)" after it should
   not be italicized.

Bug 37255: Fix handling of "All" values on waiting hold cancellation policy
If one creates a default waiting hold cancellation policy with
patron categories set as "All" and itemtype set as "All", Koha
breaks on 500 error. This happens because in we try to match
template policy with "All" values either in category or itemtype
with *, not undef. This patch fixes this.

To test:
1. Create a new default waiting hold cancellation policy and
set both patron category and itemtype as "All".
2. Save policy.
=> Error page for error 500 is displayed.
3. Apply this patch.
4. Reload page.
=> Page is displayed and policy listing displays new policy
as it should.

f30a7c312a Bug 34263: Suspending holds consecutively populates previously used date falsely
Suspending a hold doesn't clear the date from the date picker. When another hold is suspended
the previously used date will show on the date picker but the value is not set on the hold.
Suspending the hold will suspend it indefinitely. Also the link "Clear date to suspend indefinitely"
will not clear the date picker. This patch will make both the Suspend button and the Clear date link
clear the dates from both the date picker and the variable passed on, making the suspending consistent
with what is seen on the date picker.

Test plan:
1) Place 3 holds on a patron.
2) Suspend a hold and set a date for it.
3) Suspend a second hold and notice the previously used date is shown on the date picker.
Note that the hold will be suspended indefinitely.
4) Open the suspending window for the third hold and pick a date. Click "Clear date to suspend indefinitely"
and note the date picker doesn't get cleared. The hold will be suspended indefinitely.
5) Apply patch.
6) Suspend a hold and set a date for it.
7) Suspend a second hold and notice the date picker does not have a preset date.
8) Pick a date and clear it with the "Clear date to suspend indefinitely link".

d2bb68a9d5 Bug 36856: Fix MARC subfield name in new order from existing bibliographic record
In form of the bibliographic details when adding an order 'From an existing record' in a basket, the marc subfield name is not shown.
The template calls [% field.lib | html %] but this comes from Koha::UI::Form::Builder::Biblio generate_subfield_form() which gives 'marc_lib'.

Test plan:
1) Be sure to have an ACQ biblio framework
2) Enable system preference UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords
3) Go to an acquisition basket
4) Add a term in 'From an existing record' and submit
5) On first result click on 'Add order'
6) Look at 'Catalog details'
=> Without patch you only see subfield tag and letter : (123a)
=> With patch you also see subfield name : Name (123a)

6d226640b1 Bug 36872: Untranslatable strings in request.tt
There are errors in the JavaScript in the holds template in the staff
client which results in strings not being translatable. This patch
corrects the errors.

To test, apply the patch and run through the process of placing a hold
on multiple items in the staff interface.

- At the hold confirmation step, try to submit the form without
selecting pickup locations for one or more titles.
- You should get an alert, "Please make sure all selected titles have a
  pickup location set".
- Uncheck the checkboxes next to each title you're placing a hold on.
- Submit the form. You should get an error: "Please select at least one
  title".

- Test the translation process with a language, e.g. fr-FR:
- In KTD, run: gulp po:update --lang fr-FR
- Check fr-FR-staff-prog.po for the line referring to
  koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/reserve/request.tt:1499
- You should see the string "Please make sure all selected titles have a
  pickup location set".

22061c248f Bug 36529: manage_additional_fields permission for more than acquisitions and serials
This patch renames the manage_additional_fields permission to remove
the specificity of acquisitions orders and serial subscriptions.
Since each additional field requires a corresponding permission, I
wrote each of them next to it. It makes it very long, but right now
there isn't really a way to link permissions other than the permission
description.

To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to a patron account
3. Click More > Set permissions
4. Go to the Administration panel permissions and open the
   sub-permissions
5. Check that the manage_additional_fields permission description
makes sense, check grammar and spelling, try the various
   combinations

300b83fb2e Bug 27363: Restore temporary selection of Z39.50 targets throughout multiple searches
The advanced editor currently saves which Z39.50 servers are selected
in local storage using the index in the sorted array of servers, and
then misreads them back as though they were server_ids. We want them to
be server_ids, since that's immutable and the index can change with
changes in rank or server name.

We use the data-server-id property in the HTML more often as a server_id
than as the index that's currently stored there, so this patches
switches it back to be the server_id, and in the one place we would use
the index, instead uses Array.find to just get the server object instead
of referencing it by index.

Test plan:
 1. Set the preference EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor to enable
 2. Administration - Z39.50 Servers, for NATIONAL LIBRARY OF FRANCE
    uncheck "Preselected"
 3. To be sure you don't have confusing saved preferences, open
Firefox's Developer Tools, in the Storage tab open Local Storage and
    select your URL
 4. In the row for cateditor_preferences_{your Koha user id}, if there
are any values for selected_search_targets, delete them so you
    have "selected_search_targets":{}
 5. Open the advanced editor, and click "Advanced »" in the search box
 6. You should have Local catalog unchecked, LIBRARY OF CONGRESS checked
because it is preselected, and NATIONAL LIBRARY OF FRANCE unchecked
 7. Toggle each checkbox so Local catalog and France are selected, and
    LoC is unselected.
 8. In a new broser tab, open the advanced editor, and click "Advanced »"
 9. You will see Local catalog unchecked, LoC checked, and France
    unchecked.
    That's the bug.
10. Apply patch, open the advanced editor in a new tab, click "Advanced »"
11. Toggle the checkboxes so Local catalog and France are selected, and
    LoC is not selected.
12. Open the advanced editor in another new tab, click "Advanced »"
13. You should see what you just set, Local catalog and France checked,
and LoC unchecked, That's the correct behavior.

358e4bcf03 Bug 36534: Batch operations when using limit in report
When report results number exceeds the result per page limit, batch
operations link reads "Batch operations with (page limit) records" even
if there are more or less shown records (more when using limit in SQL or
less in the last page of result). This patch fixes the link text to
actual shown records.

2) Run report.
3) See that number of results shown exceeds 20 but the link says "Batch
   operations with 20 visible records".
4) See that the second page shows 6 results but the link is still for 20
   records.

7578b93c12 Bug 35689: Add id and classes to each MARC note in OPAC bibliographic details
Building on Bug 14156, this patch updates the OPAC bibliographic
detail page's display of MARC notes to add the tag number in both a
class (for consistent styling across the same tag number) and id (for
unique styling for each repeated tag).

To test:

- As a quick test for custom CSS, go to Administration -> System
preferences and locate the OPACUserCSS preference.
  - Add this testing CSS:

   .marcnote { font-size:140%; font-family: serif; }
   .marcnote-500 { background-color: #66FFCC; }
   .marcnote-511 { background-color: #99FFFF; }
   .marcnote-520 { background-color: #CCFF00; }
   .marcnote-521 { background-color: #CCFFFF; }
   .marcnote-538 { background-color: #FFCCCC; }
   .marcnote-546 { background-color: #FFFFCC; }

- Locate a record with multiple notes fields. In the sample data, record
46, "Viridiana" is a good example which works well with the above CSS.
- On the bibliographic detail page for the record, click the
  "Descriptions" tab.
  - Each MARC note should be colored according to the tag it comes from.
  - Inspect the HTML to confirm that each paragraph also has its own
    unique ID.

3f7acd904f Bug 16567: Correct RSS feed validity errors
This patch corrects a few markup errors in the XML feeds to make the
feeds validate correctly. The template has been largely re-indented to
improve readability and eliminate tab characters.

To test, apply the patch and perform a search in the OPAC.

- Open the RSS link appearing after the "Your search returned..."
  header.
- Depending on how your browser handles XML documents you may need to
view source on the page to see the actual XML markup.
- Copy the source and paste it into the W3C feed validator:
  https://validator.w3.org/feed/#validate_by_input
- The feed should be found to be valid.
  - In my tests you'll get a "Recommendation" about "Self reference
doesn't match document location." I think this recommendation
    doesn't apply.

Perform the same test with the other two available formats: Atom and
OpenSearch:

- Change the end of the RSS feed url from '&format=rss' to
  '&format=atom' and validate the result.
   - The same "self reference" recommendation will come up, and again I
     think we can ignore it.
   - There is another recommendation about "Two entries with the same
value for atom:updated." The updated time is set to the same time
as the feed itself (the time when the feed was generated. Maybe
this is incorrect. If so we need a follow-up that exposes a
different value to the template. biblio.datecreated maybe?
- Change the end of the feed url from '&format=atom' to
  '&format=OpenSearchDescription' and validate that result.

36cb0b2573 Bug 32695: Fix search strings for 775, 780, 785 and 787
In the past due to some misunderstanding of the MARC standard
we built the search links for these fields using $a and $t with
the title index. But we actually need to search $t as title
and $a as author.
This patch fixes the templates for the MARC 7xx fields:
* 775
* 780
* 785
* 787

To test:
* Ensure systme preference 'UseControlNumber' is set to don't
* Create a record with the linking fields above
* Look at the OPAC and staff interface detail views
* Verify the content of your fields shows and the links combine a+t as a title search
* Apply patch
* Verify you have nicely formatted links now

Example:
775 _ _ ‡asomeone‡ttitle775
780 0 2 ‡asomeone‡ttitle780
785 0 2 ‡asomeone‡ttitle785
787 _ _ ‡ilabel:‡ttitle787‡asomeone

c82a677a4c Bug 36282: Chomp whitespace around opac i18n strings
Same logic as bug 26816 but to OPAC

Test plan:
1) Apply test plan patch only
2) Visit opac home:
<opac_url>/cgi-bin/koha/opac-main.pl
3) Notice there's a space between 'Translated string' and ':', even though the markup does not contain a whitespace
4) Apply 2nd patch
5) Notice the white space is gone

87efbaa43e Bug 30987: Fix relationship fields for patron full and quick add forms
To test:
1. APPLY PATACH and restart services.
2. Find the borrowerRelationship system preference. The description should no longer include the words "Leave empty to deactivate."
3. Populate the system preference with at least 1 choice.
4. Find a patron category with can_be_guarantee set to 'Yes'.
5. Quick add a patron of that type, making sure the relationship field shows in the Patron guarantor section. ( You have to +Add gaurantor before this field will show )
6. The values in the dropdown should refelct the borrowerRelationship values.
7. With BorrowerMandatoryField make relationship mandatory.
8. Try step 5 again, this time the Relationship field should be mandatory.
9. Remove the field from BorrowerMandatoryField and add it to BorrowerUnwantedField.
10. Do step 5 again, the relationship field should not show on the quick add form.
