741d8a0e53 Bug 28272: Fix many things...
This patch could've been splitted into several. But, overall, adding
additionalAttributes: false made the API fail on requests that send
extra info (i.e. cases in which a dev added an attribute to the
underlaying class/table and forgot to deal with it on the API (either
adding it on the spec, or removing it from the response using
Koha::Class::to_api_mapping).

- Koha::Account::Line was missing: credit_type, interface, status,
  register_id and credit_number. I decided to call cash_register_id, and
  to remove credit_number from the response.
  FIXME: We need consensus on a name for the credit_number attribute, and
  add it to the response on the API. It deserves a separate bug. Too
  opinionated for a last-minute fix.
- Koha::Club::Hold::add was returning bad auto-calculated values on
  field that (also) wasn't specified on the spec. Needs a test.
- import_batch_profile had a typo: id_profile vs. profile_id.
- error.json: In this case I reverted the change. This is because some
  routes are adding more 'info' with the error message, and I consider
  this should be done in a more generic approach. Time is required for
  us to think about this. So don't break the API in the meantime.
  FIXME: Implement a generic way to add a payload to error messages on
  the API. Maybe something to work on while on bug 28020.

To test:
1. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/
=> FAIL: Lots of tests fail
2. Apply this patch
3. Repeat 1
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

This is only cosmetic, and maybe personal preferences.

e5d5fbdd3e Bug 27797: (QA follow-up) Pickup locations can be overridden too
This patch adds regression tests for overridding pickup locations, which
was inadvertedly not covered by the original dev. What this does, is
moving the $can_override variable definition above, and avoid returning
400 if conditions are not met for the passed pickup_library_id, when
$can_override is true.

4d011bd998 Bug 23666: Add PATCH /patron/:patron_id/extended_attributes/:extended_attribute_id

underlying libraries' methods to update an existing attribute.

The tests cover the use cases.

Note: I added handling for two exceptions that can only occur on bad

024a32ca80 Bug 27593: Regression tests
This patch introduces tests for the behaviour change (400 => 404) and
also adds tests for untested (error) behaviours. Notably, the 'Biblio
not found' problematic return value couldn't be triggered, because the
OpenAPI plugin returns a 500 because the response was malformed
(expected { error => 'message' } and it was returning a string).

For the above reason, running the regression tests will show a 500...
instead of the expected 400.

I covered the rest of the codepaths that trigger errors to have full
coverage.

To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:

9ba40e1adf Bug 26274: Add cashups api routes
This patch creates a Koha::Cash::Register::Cashup(s) class pair which
subclass Koha::Cash::Register::Action(s) and moves the cashup specific
code into these new classes to improve code separation.

We then introduce API routes based on these classes to allow fetching
a list of cashups associated to a cash register and a full cashup with
emeddable summary for individual cashups.

Test plan
1/ Run the updated unit tests.

61d2095a84 Bug 20212: Controller changes regression tests
This patchset did a copy and paste of the objects->search helper inside
the controller, to handle a very special case that wasn't worth
generalizing: the fact that the biblio object (that this patchset makes
embeddable) is actually built from two tables, and we want to filter by
fields in both tables.

This requires us to translate:
- Any filter reference to fields in biblioitems we allow to search on, through
  an allow list.
- For filtering to work, we need to tweak the stashed 'embed' object so
  the prefetch is done correctly

This patchset also adds a new query parameter: only_active. It is used
to only request active orders (see the spec for more details).

This patch adds tests for:
- Filtering by a column in bilbioitems (this implies correctly
  prefetching the bilbio => biblioitems relation, and translating the
  filtering parameter.
- Using the only_active query parameter to retrieve only active orders

To test:
1. Apply this patchset
2. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/acquisitions_orders.t

3. Verify the tests check for the explained behaviours.
