5170e31ea3 bugfix: Add a message to circulation.pl if item is restricted 
Don't know how this was missed.  If an item is restricted it isn't
allowed to be issued, but there is no message about why it can't be
issued, just the yellow box.

This adds a message saying "item is restricted".

c7a3b4ede9 bug 2608: let offline circ processing work in background 
If an offline circulation file is large, process_koc.pl
could time out before processing all of the transactions.

To prevent this, the processing can now be run in the
background, with an AJAX loop to check the job's
status.

As a consequence of the patch, the UI for uploading offline circ files has
changed slightly.  One must select a file, click the "upload file" button, then
click the "process offline circulation file" button.

Also removed the now-superfluous upload_koc.pl, added the warnings pragma,
and fixed a typo in the template.

9891a955e0 Add/Change link to item details (catalogue/moredetail.pl) for circulation and patron details 
This adds the link to item details to circulation.pl
and changes the link on member details to include the itemnumber and #item... in the link.

Forgot the returns.pl.  Will do that in the next patch.

dee5f4945b bug 2523: add columns to holds queue report 
* added author, ccode, location, and item enumchron
* sorted by collection, locatoin, call number, author, title

As part of this patch, commented out the JavaScript tablesorter,
which could cause the browerer to lock up if the picklist
contains more than a couple hundred items to pull.
Some sort of pagination is clearly required, but since
it is necessary for customers to be able to print out
the picklist, there still needs to be an option to
see the complete list for a branch.

This patch includes the final component of the fix
for bug 2331.

b77f9da08b Bug 2084 [1/2]: adding warning to overdues report 
This patch adds a warning to the staff interface on the circulation page
to indicate that the overdues report is resource intensive on large installations.

This is considered a stopgap solution. Ideally, this report should be changed in order
to make it usable even for large installations.

Documentation note: Although no functionality has changed, any screenshots of the
circulation page on the staff interface should be updated.

1aed87679d bug 2171: remove cancel transfer 
The "transfers to receive" report included
unused code to delete a transfer.  Since the
"transfers to receive" report is still useful
to give a library a report of items that it should
expect to receive, I am retaining the report.  However,
since the cancel transfer functionality would not
work even if it were uncommented in the template, that
portion is removed.

fecf5c38bb bug 2171: removed "Transfers to do" report 
This hold request and transfer report no longer
works now that hold requests are processed via
checking items in.

This patch removes the report; please consult
the koha-devel message re "RFC - remove circ/transferstodo.pl prior to general release"

6e52709824 Bug: 2259: eliminate lines too long for git to use. 
This patch modifies 13 HTML templates and includes that have lines in them longer than 998 characters. Lines this long are known to break git.

I believe that none of these change behaviour at all, but I'm concerned about one of them. It adds whitespace (carraige returns) inside a <title> tag. I'm not certain that all browsers will deal with this OK.

No documentation changes necessary here.

28fb7a6c19 kohabug 2180 - improve display when fines block checkouts 
If a patron's fine balance is over the limit set by the
noissuecharges syspref, checkouts are blocked.  However,
this was not made very clear in the interface.

Improved the display by doing the following:

[1] If the fine balance is over the noissuecharges limit, use the "blocker"
styling (i.e., make all of the text red).
[2] Add wording to explicitly signal whether or not the fine balance is
blocking charges.

Documentation changes: new screenshots of blocked checkouts.

2ee27fb1cc Final update to holds queue work: adds link to holds queue 
from circulation dashboard, creates new sysprefs, assigns
the sysprefs to the proper tab in sysprefs (Circulation),
updatedatabase changes to do the previous, and fixing one
redundent limit in the query for build_holds_queue.pl

20241fd686 more XHTML corrections for new circ reports 
Note: I question the use of GROUP_CONCAT(... SEPARATOR '<br/>'),
because that puts knowledge of the output mechanism (currently HTML)
into the SQL query.  However, I am not fixing this right now.

8cafcef8bf All patches to Koha 3 beta to date. All work with branches. 
Billing.pl     -- new, gives bills that occur in a range, works
 pendingreserves.pl  -- fixed, works now, with branches also
 reserveratios.pl  -- indicates distressed reserves
 itemslost.pl  -- Fix to this to make it more useful and fix bugs
 Itmes.pm -- small change to work for itemslost, should not affect
             anything else
 and all tmpl files.

hold on it ... specifically the 'in transit' and 'waiting' status.
It applies to the following pages.

* request.pl - tested
* detail.pl - tested

* moremember.pl - tested
* opac-user.pl - doesn't show transit status, but only shows waiting
when item has arrived at the pickup library
* opac-detail.pl - doesn't show hold statuses

0e675ef820 - Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script. 
- Member pages now use member toolbar include instead of circ one
- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function
- Adding missing item-bullet.gif (Bug 1659)

63cb08fc8d Enabling AutoComplete on resident circ search form. Putting dependent YUI files into doc-head-close.inc along with button/menu-related YUI js and css. Moving menu.css, button.css, and dependent graphics into lib/yui. Removing "yui-skin-sam" class from body tags and altering css accordingly.

 Autocompletion is selected by syspref directly in circ-search.inc.
 This way it could be activated elsewhere just by adding CircAutocompl
 param into page using circ-search.inc.

 circ/*.pl pages.

b4d14e4558 Adding new circulation-home, what we ultimately hope to be a "dashboard" interface for circulation functions. circulation-home.pl was created by copy-and-paste, so it should be reviewed. Circulation sub-pages' breadcrumb links have been updated to point to circulation-home.

a5bd240321 FIX for Date calculation 
Rule :
- always format_date() before sending date to template
- always format_date_in_iso immediatly after reading a date coming from a parameter
- deal internally only with dates in iso

Note that :
- I could not test things related to issues stats due to the my DB -issues.issuedate not filled, see commit about 3.00.00.006
- acquisitions_stats does not work when you filter on date

e817f5d203 New basic page structure implemented for circ pages: global main menu in the header, resident search box and logo, followed by breadcrumb navigation. Added circ-menu.inc for left-hand sidebar menu (needs revision), circ-search.inc which defines the resident search box for circ pages, additions to staff-global.js to handle tab-switching in search box.
