7ad86c3a8e added logdir to koha-conf.xml 
This parameter, initialized from LOG_DIR during installation,
allows scripts to specify a common directory for logs.

5befdd2cd3 installer (part 2): more work 
* plain 'make' now stages everything to blib, leaving
  actual installation to 'make install'
* adjusted rewrite-config.PL and config files
  for new subtitution variables
* added default SetEnv Perl5Lib to
  koha-httpd.conf
