Do not list library in masthead and advanced search if branches.public is false
Test Plan:
* Set OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown to "Add"
* Go to Administration -> Libraries, edit "Fairfield", set "public" = "no" (at the end of the form)
* Or connect to DB and run
update branches set public = 0 where branchcode like 'F%';
This will set all three libraries starting with F to non-public
* open OPAC
* The "All libraries" Pulldown in the Header (between search slot and search button) still shows the non-public libraries
* Go to OPAC -> Advanced Search, scroll to "Location and availability": The selectbox still shows the non-public libraries
Now apply the patch
* Open OPAC
* The "All libraries" Pulldown in the Header now should not contain the libraries set to "public = no"
* And in the Advanced Search "Location and availability" pulldown those libraries should also not be shown.

This patch ensures HoldFeeMode is considered when displaying a message
to patrons on the OPAC that says they'll be charged a hold fee when
placing or collecting the hold.
When HoldFeeMode is set to not_always or "only if all items are checked
out and the record has at least one hold already" then the hold fee
message should only show if all items on the record are checked out, AND
the record has at least one hold already - both of these conditions must
be met.
To test:
1. Go to Administration -> Patron categories
2. Edit your patron category and give a hold fee of $1.
3. Go to Administration -> System preferences and search for
HoldFeeMode. Set to 'only if all items are checked out and the record
has at least one hold already' if not already set. Keep this tab open.
4. In another tab, open the OPAC.
5. Search the OPAC for a record with one item which is NOT checked out.
6. Go to place a hold on this record. Confirm you see a message saying
that you will be charged a hold fee, even though not all items are
checked out and the record does not have a hold --> This is the bug.
7. Apply patch and restart services.
Items available, no holds placed
8. Repeat steps 5-6. This time, you should NOT see the hold fee message.
Items available, holds placed
9. In your staff interface tab, find the same record.
10. Place a hold for a different patron on this record.
11. In your OPAC tab, find this record again and go to place a hold. You
should NOT see the hold fee message.
No items available, no holds placed
12. In your staff interface tab, cancel the hold placed on this record.
13. Check out the item to a different patron.
14. In your OPAC tab, find this record again and go to place a hold. You
should NOT see the hold fee message.
No items available, holds placed
15. In your staff interface tab, keep the item checked out to another
patron.
16. Place a hold for a third patron on this record.
17. In your OPAC tab, find this record again and go to place a hold. You
SHOULD see the hold fee message.
Multiple holds
18. Search the OPAC for a record. Make sure your search will return more
than one result, including our test record.
19. Check the checkbox for our test record, plus another record where
the item is not checked out.
20. Click the Place hold button to place holds on all of our selected
records. You should only see the hold fee message above our test record.
21. In your staff interface tab, test setting HoldFeeMode to the other

This patch attemps to simplify the list of holds by moving the form for
changing a hold's pickup library into a modal dialog.
This patch also makes minor tweaks to the CSS for the "X" close button
shown in modal in windows. Instances where modal markup used "x" have
been updated to use the Bootstrap 4 standard "×"
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC
SCSS

- Turn on the OPACAllowUserToChangeBranch system preference.
- Log in to the OPAC as a user with holds.

item on hold shown in the header.

This patch allows users to change the pickup location for their holds
from the opac. A syspref (OPACAllowUserToChangeBranch) controls at what
stage a hold can be changed.
To test:
1. Set up holds with diffrent statuses for a patron (pending, waiting,
in transit, suspended)
2. No pickup locations for any hold should be able to be changed.
3. Turn on and off the different options under
OPACAllowUserToChangeBranch. Make sure that only the corresponding
holds can be changed from the opac. Check eg in the staff client that
pickup location has changed.
4. The available pickup locations should respect any transfer
restrictions. (Same as the
holds list for a biblio in staff client)
5. For an in-transit hold: Check in the item at the original pickup
location.
6. Note that it will be redirected to the new location.

This patch makes a correction to the output of OPAC browse results. In
the numbered result navigation links, a title tag on each
navigation link should contain the title of the record. The link for the
current title didn't include the title information in the title tag
because it used the wrong template variables.
To test, apply the patch and make sure OpacBrowseResults is enabled.
- In OPAC, perform a search that will return multiple results.
- View one of the results.
- In the right-hand sidebar, click "Browse results."
- In the list of numbered links at the top of the panel, hover your
mouse over each link. They should each display a tooltip with "View
record [title]"

Without this patch the constructed search link would give wrong
results with Elasticsearch. If you searched for records linked
to authority id 3 it would also turn up all other records linked

This just copies the more specific link using an,phr used in the

To test:
- Turn on Elasticsearch
- Search for authorities in the OPAC
- Locate a authority with a low ID in your result list

This patch corrects errors raised by the new stylelint configuration in
OPAC SCSS files. Many of the fixes were made automatically by using the
"--fix" option:
npx stylelint koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/css/src/*.scss --fix
Some examples of errors found:
- Unexpected empty line before $-variable
- Expected single space after ":"
- Expected "#fff" to be "#FFF"
- Expected modern color-function notation
- Expected single space after "("
- Expected single space before ")"
- Expected empty line before comment
- Expected no more than 1 empty line
- Expected a trailing semicolon
- Expected color.adjust($color, $lightness: -$amount) instead of darken($color, $amount)
- Unexpected leading zero
- Expected single space after "," in a single-line function
- Expected double colon pseudo-element notation
Manual fixes include replacing named colors with hex codes, combining
duplicate selectors, removing empty blocks, etc.
Some warnings remain: "Unexpected !important" and "Expected a
placeholder selector (e.g. %placeholder) to be used in @extend" which
both require more than a quick fix, if we should choose to address them.

This patch makes minor modifications to the markup for the
OPAC suggestions search form so that the different labels and
form fields display a little more nicely.
The patch also adds standard Bootstrap alert classes to
several messages which might be displayed on the screen, e.g.
"You have no pending purchase suggestions."
To test, apply the patch and make sure the "suggestion" system
preference is enabled.
- With the OPACViewOthersSuggestions preference disabled, log
in to the OPAC and view your suggestions.
- If you have no suggestions you should see a Bootstrap-styled
message box, "You have no pending purchase suggestions."
- If necessary, submit a suggestion. With at least one suggestion
present you should see a search form above the table of
suggestions. The label, form field, and submit button should
line up nicely.
- Test that the search form works correctly to find suggestions
in your system.
- If you search for a suggestion which doesn't exist you should
see a message-style alert, "There are no pending purchase
suggestions matching your search."
- Enable the OPACViewOthersSuggestions system preference.
- Return to the OPAC suggestions page. The form field should
now include a nicely-styled "Suggested by" filter.

The opac_info call uses find_best_match which does not result in
the All libaries plus specific library response of
AdditionalContents.get.
Test plan:
Revisit individual library page on OPAC.

To test:
1) Enable EnableExpiredPasswordReset
2) Find a patron and change their password so you know what it is supposed to be
3) In the database, expire the patron's password, e.g.
UPDATE borrowers SET password_expiration_date = '2022-08-22' where borrowernumber = 21;
4) Go to the OPAC, try to log in with the patron's credentials
5) Click Reset your password
=> Note that the form is in the grey breadcrumbs box, you can compare with any other OPAC page, the grey box should only contain the breadcrumbs

When using zebra with IncludeSeeFromInSearches on, with traced series, the rejected
forms (4XX) of series entries are visible in result lists, both in OPAC and intra
interfaces.
Test plan:
=========
1. Have a MARC 21 installation with zebra, and with IncludeSeeFromInSearches on.
Have an authority records for series (130, or 100/110/111 with
title) with rejected forms (4XX fields). So the auth record should
contain at least:
130 _0 $a Series title
430 _0 $a Some other title under which the series in known
Use (each) authority record in at least two biblio records (in appropriate
fields, i.e. 800/810/811/830 or even deprecated 440, if it makes use
of UNIF_TITLE).
Don't forget to properly input also 490 (for 8XX). So the biblio record
shold contain at least:
245 nn $a Work title.
490 1_ $a Series title
830 _0 $a Series entry $9 <koha_id>
Reindex.
2. Perform a simple biblio search (in OPAC and in intra) with the title
from auth record.
3. You shold get a list of results. See the Series information--you
shold see not only the accepted entry from 1XX in auth but also the
rejected forms from 4XX.
4. Apply the patch.
5. Repeat 3. You shold see only the entry form of series now.

Since Bug 14715, one can change number of results per page.
The actual text in combobox for default value is : "Library default:
20"
This text is hard to translate correctly.
For example french translation use "site par défaut" wrongly meaning
"default library".
I propose to simply use "20 (defaut)".
Test plan :
1) Go to system preferences and set both 'numSearchResultsDropdown' and
'OPACnumSearchResultsDropdown' to 'Show'
2) Do a catalogue search in the intranet using a search term that will
bring lots of results
3) Look at restults per page combobox
4) Same for OPAC
