When using CSSR theme, opac.css is missing css rules for social networks Facebook, LinkedIn ...

This patch copies css rules related to social netxork from prog theme to cssr theme.
Also copies social-sprite.png image.

Test plan :
- Set CSSR theme : syspref opacthemes=ccsr and opaccolorstylesheet=colors.css
- Set syspref SocialNetworks=Enable
- Go to a detail page at OPAC
=> check that social links are icons : Facebook, LinkedIn, Delicious, Send by email, Google Plus and Tweeter

c16a80f51f Bug 8979 - simple addition of news to CCSR theme
Nothing fancy, just displays the news in the mobile view.

To test:

enable CCSR theme
ensure you have a news item that will be displayed on the home page
browse to your test site with a mobile phone - news item should be displayed (without the patch it will not be displayed)

Comment: Works as described. No errors.

Note: Perhaps 'Persona' login could be hidden in movile view.

04c56e00c8 Bug 9711: Add css style for OPACPopupAuthorsSearch
Bug 5888 introduces a new syspref OPACPopupAuthorsSearch. If enabled, a
popup is displayed on the OPAC detail page.
This development does not add the css for the ccsr theme.

Test plan:
Enable the OPACPopupAuthorsSearch.
Check that the appearance is the same of prog and ccsr themes.

4) Switch back to prog theme
> Confirm layout is ok/broken in OPAC
5) Switch off OPACPopupAuthorsSearch
> Confirm layout is ok/broken in OPAC
6) Switch back to CCSR
> Confirm layout is ok/broken in OPAC

Done.

6f2949f272 Bug 8733: Add IDreamBooks.com enhanced content
Adds the following enhanced content to the OPAC, all controlled by
separate sysprefs:
1) A "Readometer" which summarizes reviews on the OPAC detail page
2) A tab with snippets of critical reviews on the OPAC detail page
3) A computed rating on the results page

To test:
Find a book that is listed on IDreamBooks.com (you may have to make
sure that you have the first edition), and one that is not. Try
each of IDreamBooksReadometer, IDreamBooksReviews, and
IDreamBooksResults sysprefs, taking note of the content appearing (or
not) as appropriate.

Updated to add missing CSS to new theme.

fd56cf5e96 Bug 8108 [Follow-up, revised] Remove unused OPAC images
This patch cleans up some loose ends:

- Star ratings images are now in one sprite. Removing
  separate star ratings images.
- Amazon ratings have been removed. Related image files
  are removed by this patch.
- The tag images associated with tag links on the search
results page were not incorporated into the main sprite.
  Now they are.

Added: The Photoshop file from which the main sprite was
generated, in case that is helpful to others. Each layer
is named, and comments have been added to the CSS
referencing the layer names. The file is GIMP-compatible.

Revisions:
- Rebased on current master
- Ported some changes to CCSR theme
- Removed unused CSS which referred to deleted images

fea8db728a Bug 9278 - Remove unused OPAC CSS file sanop.css
This patch removes an unused CSS file, sanop.css, included in both OPAC
themes even though it is referenced by neither.

To test, apply the patch and listen for the unhappy protestations of
libraries whose OPACs now look different. If there are none, the
patch works.

79e0fb6fd6 Bug 7642 - fix the lost display of tag sizes
This fixes the display of different sized words for differently popular
tags. It is a bit of a refactor of that part of the system, moving
logic to more sensible places (and removing an unused method on the
way.)

Note that it isn't an attempt to reproduce what was there previously,
just to do something similar, and in an easier to change fashion.

2ab4398fcf Bug 8597: Add CSS, JS, and images to ccsr theme
In order for themes to work, they must include all CSS, Javascript, and
image assets that they use. This patch adds all CSS, Javascript, and
images from the prog theme to ccsr, EXCEPT for the famfamfam image set,
which needs to be moved outside of the theme directories, per bug 8624.

c7c2e9efbd Bug 8597: Create new CCSR theme
Creates a new theme for the OPAC called "ccsr." The new theme has a much
cleaner, more modern look than the prog theme, and is designed from the
ground up to work on mobile devices using media queries. A later patch
will include the mobile view.

In order to activate the theme, change the opacthemes syspref to 'ccsr'
and make sure that your opaccolorstylesheet is set to 'colors.css.'
