Deduplicate multivalued fields and make sure sort fields are not excessively long. Also updates default mappings so that sort fields are not created for item fields where it doesn't make sense.
Test plan:
1. Reset ES mappings in administration
2. Check that sort is '0' for local-classification in biblio mappings.
3. Change sort back to '1' for local-classification for the next steps.
4. Create a record with 20 items, each with a 100 character long call number
5. Check that when indexed, the record in ES does not have duplicates in any of the item fields and local-classification__sort is truncated to 255 characters.

This trivial patch adds a basic Koha::Exceptions::Metadata exception and
Koha::Exceptions::Metadata::Invalid for using when the data cannot be
decoded (maybe because of incompatibility between format, schema, or
just bad data).

- Makes token splitting work like in biblio search
- Only adds right hand truncation since that's what Zebra also does
- Only adds truncation if the token is not a phrase and ends in a word character

Implement optimized indexing for Elasticsearch
How to test:
1) Time a full elasticsearch re-index without this patch by running the
rebuild_elastic_search.pl with the -d flag:
`koha-shell <instance_name> -c "time rebuild_elastic_search.pl -d"`.
2) Apply this patch.
3) Time a full re-index again, it should be about twice at fast (for a
couple of thousand biblios, with fewer biblios results may be more
unpredictable).

Locale::Maketext does not allow correct handling of plural translation
for languages that have more than one plural forms.
Locale::Messages does.
So Koha::I18N is now a wrapper around Locale::Messages, just like
Locale::TextDomain, and export the same symbols as Locale::TextDomain.
You can refer to documentation of Locale::TextDomain to know how to use
exported subroutines.
Example usage:
__("Hi")
__x("Hi {name}", name => 'Bob')
__n("item", "items", $num_items)
__nx("one item", "{count} items", $num_items, count => $num_items)
__p("Bibliographic record", "item")
This patch also brings Koha::I18N power to Template::Toolkit templates
by adding a TT plugin.
This plugin can be used like this:

Extraction of strings from templates is a bit complicated and use
Template::Parser and PPI. Template is compiled into Perl code and then
analyzed by PPI. It is slow, but should be correct even with complex
constructions.

Test plan for translation in Perl code:

Created the Koha::RDF module to mint URIs for RDF documents that
represent Koha bibliographic records.
_TEST PLAN_
To test the module, just run 'prove t/Koha/RDF.t'.
You'll get
some warnings about not being able to find koha-conf.xml, but
you can safely ignore them or you can point to any koha-conf.xml
file since it's not used by the test in actuality.

As requested by RM, this patch replaces using the global $cached_indicators
by saving state temporarily during the (limited) lifetime of the object.
Essentially this affects two places in code:
[1] blinddetail-biblio-search.pl (loading auth record in editor)
[2] AuthoritiesMarc::merge (merging authority into biblios)
Concurrent runs of [1] and/or [2] together with a simultaneous pref change
just in between could cause slight (hypothetical) side-effects.
The current approach of keeping state in the object makes that a series of
controlled_indicators calls during an immediate merge of one specific
authority is not affected by a simultaneous pref change. So the same rules
are applied to the set of attached biblio record for that authority.
Note also that the cron job ignores a simultaneous pref change, since
it reads from the unchanged L1 cache (yes, also hypothetical).

Apart from adding tests for this sub, we make the following change
too and support it with a test.
The fallback to $code in the construction
$thes_mapping{ $code } // $code // '4'
is removed by this patch. When $code is not in $thes_mapping, we cannot
assume that it is a valid code for a biblio indicator. In this case it is
more safe to mark it as 4 (Source not specified).

This patch creates the 'build_query_params' helper, instead of the
original function in Koha::Objects.
Unit tests are removed for Koha::Objects::_build_query_params_from_api and
written for the helper plugin.
The objects.search helper gets a call to build_query_params added. Tests for it
updated to match this behaviour change.

This patch makes the helper handling _order_by params expect a list of
values instead of a (to-be-splitted) string.
The idea is that the OpenAPI plugin will take care of splitting
pipe-delimited values if the spec is correctly defined.
Note: In the process I noticed + on the URL represents a space, so the
helper function is updated to handle both + and %2B as ascending.

This patch adds a new statuc function to Koha::SearchEngine::ElasticSearch
which is instended to replace most of get_elasticsearch_params. This function
reads the configuration from C4::Context->config('elasticsearch') and raises
relevant exceptions when mandatory entries are missing.
Its behaviour is covered by tests.
To test:
- Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

While PayPal is fairly universal, there is a plethora of online
payment system that are far more localized, servicing a single
country ( e.g. Bug 18968 ) or even a single city! Instead of
adding support for each and every one of these payment options
directly into Koha, it makes more sense to add the ability to
create online payment plugins.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Download and install the Kitchen Sink plugin version 2.1.1 or later
https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink/releases
3) In the plugin options, enable the opac payments option
4) Create a patron with one or more fines
5) Log into the opac as that patron, note you now have the option
to pay online via KitchenSink ImaginaryPay
6) Make an online payment
7) Note the payment was processed correctly

Awesome enhancement! I know we want to add at least one Norwegian
payment service at some point.
I followed the test plan and everything works as advertised. Turning
off the "opac payments option" makes the option dissappear cleanly
from the OPAC. I have *not* looked at the code or done any
considerations about security.

This patch adds a simple to_marc plugin in t/Koha/Plugin that is used
in the added subtest in ImportBatch.t.
Test plan:
[1] Run t/db_dependent/ImportBatch.t
[2] Copy the to_marc test plugin from t to your plugin directory.
Under Debian packages, you should do something like:
mkdir -p /var/lib/koha/master/plugins/Koha/Plugin/
cp [yourclone]/t/Koha/Plugin/MarcFieldValues.pm /var/lib/koha/master/plugins/Koha/Plugin/
[3] Check if you see this plugin on plugins/plugins-home.pl
[4] Create a text file with some fields like:
(Note: The plugin needs an empty line between both "records".)
100,a = Test Author 1
245,a = Title One
100,a = Author 2
245,a = Title Two
[5] Go to stage-marc-import.pl. Upload the created file. Select the plugin
in the format combo and proceed. Did you create two records ?
