Bug 7584 - Update cart and lists buttons style using CSS3 features
...
Replacing styling of cart and lists buttons with CSS3 features:
border-radius, background-gradient, multiple backgrounds. While
the CSS is a little more complicated, the markup is much simpler
which should make customization simpler.
Browsers tested:
Firefox 10 on Windows 7
Chrome 17 on Windows 7
Opera 11 on Windows 7
Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 (no rounded corners or background images)
Firefox 9 on Ubuntu 11.10
Chrome 16 on Ubuntu 11.10
Opera 11 on Ubuntu 11.10
Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP (looks acceptably bad)

Bug 4054 - Double-clicking the 'place hold' button can result in duplicate holds - Part 2: OPAC

This commit adds a new jquery function to functions.js, preventDoubleFormSubmit().
When used thusly: $('#form-id').preventDoubleFormSubmit();
It will prevent a submitted form from being submitted a second time.
This commit uses said function to prevent double processing a hold
request from the opac.

Rapid clicking on the place hold button no longer causes duplicate holds!
Passes prove t xt t/db_dependent in line with current master.

This patch includes an addition to the OPAC's default js (identical to one in the staff client) which lets you add a "focus" class to an element on the page and have javascript move the focus to that element (input or link).

Redesigning and bugfixing language-picker. Switching from fixed footer positioning to one with flows with page length. Fixing major unreported bug which prevented any but the first sublanguage menu from displaying.

Changing the way items are added to the cart and and lists from the searchresults page: Users now check items and choose from an 'add to...' dropdown which is populated with the logged-in user's lists. The add-to-shelf popup has been modified to accept a shelfnumber so that a users can add straight to the selected list.
