Bug 31162 moved the cataloguing tools to a new cataloguing module home
page. This prevents people without cataloguing permissions, but with
some tools permissions to access things like the labels creator tool.
I tracked all permissions on the cataloging-home.tt template, including
the Stock Rotation ones which I initially missed because I was focusing
on tools.
This patch makes the cataloging-home.pl page require either
'cataloguing' or any relevant 'tools' permission to allow access. the
page.
The staff interface main page and the top bar dropdown are updated using
the same logic to display the cataloguing module link.
For that purpose, I wrapped the permissions on a sub in `C4::Auth`.
To test:
1. Have a patron with only 'catalogue' and some of this permissions:
* inventory
* items_batchdel
* items_batchmod
* items_batchmod
* label_creator
* manage_staged_marc
* marc_modification_templates
* records_batchdel
* records_batchmod
* stage_marc_import
* upload_cover_images
* stockrotation => manage_rotas
2. Log in
=> FAIL: No link to the cataloguing module, neither in the dropdown
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: You have the link!
5. Play with the different combinations and notice things are sound and
correct
6. Sign off :-D

3. Now edit an item on the record and scroll down to the dropdown underneath "+ Add to item group"
4. Notice that the values in the dropdown do not respect the display order.
5. Apply patch and restart_all

This patch updates the form to pass through values formthe form when searching, and
to use record values if nothing is passed in.
TO test:
1 - Without the patch, edit a personal name authority record
2 - Replace 100 subfield a (200 subfield a for UNIMARC) with your own name
3 - Click "Replace record via Z39.50/SRU search"
4 - Note that prefilled search field contains the original value, not your name.
5 - Replace the Author (personal) field with your name in the search form
6 - choose a search target, and click Search.
7 - Note that the results of the search are for the original value, not your name
8 - From the details page of a record, click 'Edit -> Replace record via Z3950'
9 - Note form is prefilled
10 - Change value as in 5 and search
11 - Note original term was searched
12 - Apply patch, restart all
13 - Repeat searches as before
14 - Confirm that form is prefilled with record or the updated value
15 - Confirm your entered search terms are always searched

plugins enabled. Create it if you don't.
3. Enable UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords system preference
4. Create a new acquisition basket.
5. On this new basket, click on "+ Add to basket", then "From a new
(empty) record"
6. You should see a simplified MARC editor based on ACQ framework.
Confirm that the plugins are not enabled (no visible buttons, nothing
happening on focus/blur)
7. Apply patch
8. Repeat step 5
9. You should now see the plugins' buttons (only if you enabled plugins
that use the 'click' event)
10. Confirm that the enabled plugins work correctly

Check whether the current op is edititem or dupeitem and if so check
whether the itemnumber supplied as a query param actually exists.
If it doesn't, redirect to the additem op and hide all UI elements except
for a dialog that gives options to add a new item to the record or to
view the records holdings.
This behaviour was adapted from the addbiblio view, as suggested by
Fridolin.
To test:
1. Go to any record
2. Hit the edit button on an item in the holdings table
3. Modify the URL so that the query param for the itemnumber is either

This patch adds a check for the existence of the Fast Add framework to
the Koha mainpage and the cataloging home page
If it exists, and the user has fast cataloging permission then there
will be a link to Cataloging on the home page, and to Fast add on the
cataloging page
To test:
1 - Have two patrons, one with superlibrarian and one with only
catalogue + fast_cataloging
2 - Make sure you have a fast add framework (code:FA)
3 - Have two windows/tabs one with each patron (one private/incognito or
use two browsers)
4 - View mainpage.pl for both
5 - Superlibrarian has Catalogue link, other does not
6 - Browse to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/cataloging-home.pl

This patch fixes overlay rules on z39.50 import

This patch adds a catalog concern management page to the staff client
accessible via the cataloging home page and a new 'Pending catalog
concerns' link on the front page.
This includes added the requisit ticket_updates api endpoints and notice
triggers and templates for notifying patrons of changes to their
reported concerns.
Test plan
1) Enable the `OpacCatalogConcerns` system preference
2) Catalog concern management is tied to your users ability to edit the
catalog, `editcatalogue`.
3) Confirm that you can see 'Catalog concerns' listed on the cataloging
home page if you have the `editcatalogue` permission and not if you
do not.
4) Add a new concern as an opac user.
5) Confirm that once a concern is present in the system you see a count
of 'catalog concerns pending' on the intranet main page if you have
the `editcatalogue` permission.
6) Click through either the cataloging home page or pending concerns
link on the main page to view the new concerns management page.
7) Confirm the table displays as one would expect.
8) Confirm clicking on details or the concern title exposes a 'details'
modal with the option to add an update or resolve the concern.
9) Verify that if selecting 'notify' when updateing or resolving a
concern triggers a notice to be sent to the opac user who first
reported the issue.

Now this action has the same pre-filling behaviour as the "Edit" -> "Edit Record" -> "Replace Record via Z39.50/SRU Search" action.
Author Personal - Author Meeting/Conf. - Uniform Title and Subject are filled in if the subfield contains data (like the "Edit->Replace" action).
Unimarc and Marc21 specificities are supported.
Test Plan :
1) You must have a Z39.50/SRU server for authorities
2) Go to an authority detail page (Author - Uniform title - Subject)
3)After go to "Edit"-> "Edit record" -> "Replace record via..." or
choose "Replace Record.." directly
4) See that form is also prefilled with data now

This patch set implements item editor templates for community Koha.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Restart all the things!
4) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Item/Template*
5) As a non superlibrarian, enter the item editor
6) Set some item fields, save as a new template using the buttom and
form below the editor.
7) Test loading a template without remembering for the session
8) Test loading a template while remembering for the session
9) Test deleting a template
10) Test updating a template
11) Create one or more shared templates
12) Log in as another non superlibrarian without the new permission manage_item_editor_templates,
verify you cannot edit/delete templates shared to you
13) Enable the new permission manage_item_editor_templates,
verify you can now edit and delete templates shared to you

This patch adds the case of importing a record to the
ApplyFrameworkDefaults options.
To test:
1. Update database
2. Confirm the ApplyFrameworkDefaults system preference now has the
'when importing a record via z39.50' option. Do not select it.
3. Go to Cataloguing. Import a record from z39.50, or replace an
existing record.
4. Confirm framework defaults are not applied.
5. Go back to the system preference and check the 'when importing a
record via z39.50' option.
6. Repeat step 3. This time framework defaults should be applied. Only
fields that are empty in the imported record will be replaced by
framework defaults.
7. Repeat for authorities.

This patch adds a system preference ApplyFrameworkDefaults to configure
when to apply framework defaults - when cataloguing a new record, when
editing a record as new (duplicating), or when changing the framework
while editing an existing record. This applies to both bibliographic
records and authority records.
To test:
1. Update database
2. Go to Administration -> system preferences. Find the
ApplyFrameworkDefaults system preference. Confirm "when cataloguing new
records" is selected by default.
3. Keep the system preference open in one tab, and open the staff client
in another tab.
4. Go to Administration -> bibliographic frameworks. Choose a framework,
edit the subfields for a tag, and give a subfield a default value. For
example, set 500$a for the BOOKS framework to have a default value of
"TEST". This will be Framework A.
5. Ensure you have another framework that does not have the same default
value for a subfield as Framework A. This will be Framework B.
6. Go to Cataloguing. Add a new record using Framework A. Confirm your
subfield has the default value filled. Cancel and do not save the
record.
7. In your System preferences tab, uncheck the option "when cataloguing
new records" and save. No options should now be selected.
8. In our other tab, go to cataloguing, add a new record using Framework
A. Confirm your subfield does NOT have the default value filled. Fill
the required fields, including the subfield that should have a default
value, and Save the record.
9. In your system preferences tab, select all options and save.
10. In your other tab, click Edit, then "Edit as new (duplicate)".
Confirm your subfield has maintained the value from the source record.
Cancel and do not save the record.
11. Edit your original record and delete the value in your subfield that
could be filled with a default value by the framework. Save the record
with no value in the subfield.
12. Click Edit, then "Edit as new (duplicate)". Confirm your subfield
has the default value filled. Framework defaults will only apply to
emplty fields. Save the record.
13. Do a catalogue search and find a record that uses Framework B.
14. If you need to, edit the record to make sure there is nothing in your
subfield that should have a default value if this record were to use
Framework A, and Save.
15. Edit the record. Using the settings dropdown, change the framework
to Framework A. Confirm your subfield has the default value filled.
16. Repeat steps 4 to 12 with authority types and authority records.

This patch adds a new cataloging-home template and controller and
replaces most cases of links to addbooks. This serves to provide a new
cataloging home page for the cataloging module and keeps it distinct
from the current addbooks page it partially replaces as a starting point
for cataloging.
We migrate most cataloging related tools from the 'Tools' module whilst
opting to move 'Rotating collections' to the 'Circulation' section of
the 'Tools' homepage. We also add links to the cataloging tab of system
preferences and a the adminstration pages if the user has the correct
permissions to have access to these areas.

This plugin uses sudoc.fr webservices (isbn2ppn, issn2ppn, ean2ppn) to
search a PPN using ISBN, ISSN or EAN as search criteria.
The plugin expects than ISBN is in 010$a, ISSN is in 011$a and EAN is in
073$a.
Test plan:
1. Configure the default MARC framework so that 009 uses this plugin
(unimarc_field_009_ppn.pl)
2. Start creating a new bibliographic record
3. In the editor, write "0195141156" in the 010$a input, then move the
focus out of the input (by pressing Tab, or clicking elsewhere on the
page)
The 009 field should be automatically filled with "06735209X"
4. Empty the 010$a input, then empty the 009 input
5. Write "2262-4694" in the 011$a input, then move the focus out of the
input
The 009 field should be automatically filled with "166197947"
6. Empty the 011$a input, then empty the 009 input
7. Write "9782070424597" in the 073$a input, then move the focus out of
the input
The 009 field should be automatically filled with "151662983"
8. Empty only the 009 field, keep the same value for 073$a and save the
bibliographic record.
9. Edit the same record, you should have an empty 009 field and 073$a =
"9782070424597".
Click on the 009 field input, it should be automatically filled with
"151662983"

This patch adds two new sysprefs:
AutoLinkBiblios
AllowManualAuthorityEditing
Both inherit the setting from BiblioAddsAuhtorities which is removed
To test:

4 - Confirm you can edit authoriteis manually if AllowManualAuthorityEditing set to allow

7 - Confirm new bib notlinked when AutoLinkBiblios is disabled
8 - Confim new bib not linked when AutoLinkBiblios is enabled, but heading doesn't match an authority and AutoCreateAuthorities is disabled
9 - Confim new bib linked to new authority when AutoLinkBiblios is enabled, but heading doesn't match an authority and AutoCreateAuthorities is enabled
