aabea3417b WARNING: Updates to Index Defs for Authorities 
This commit is a partial fix to authority control for MARC21,
and better authority handling in general (for UNIMARC too).
Before this patch, authority searching, editing, saving, was
not functioning, or was extremely buggy.

WARNING: You will need to re-index your authority database after
applying this commit.

The following changes have been made:

  * Normalizing record.abs index names (in both MARC21 and UNIMARC)
  * Synching authorities/bib1.att, ccl.properties, AuthoritiesMarc.pm
    with new indexes (UNIMARC too)
  * Clean up biblios/bib1.att (remove duplicate att defs)
  * Clean up authorities-* templates to conform to new styles
  * Fixed search failure when using Default framework (now searches
    All)

Also included are several fixes to the built-in SRU server for
Authority and Biblio, it's recommended that you update your
koha-conf.xml file:

  * adding explain-authorities.xml and explain-biblios.xml
  * adding necessary info to koha-conf.xml to enable SRU/W
  * adding several example XSLT stylesheets, that can be used
    for SRU on-the-fly transformations (to MODS, DC, RDF, etc.)

Still remaining for 3.0 are the following tasks:

  * update MARC21 frameworks (authority and cross-reference bib)
  * update display code/templates in authority results list
  * update search code/templates to utilize index points
  * implement 'grouping' of authtypes for searching (Name, Title, Subject)
  * repair utility to import auths and perform matching
  * repair bibliographic import to match auths and warn if no match

85092daa56 Warning: Big Commit. Fixing Virtual Shelves 
* prior to this commit, virtual shelvesn't did not function in
    the OPAC! Now they do, except for deletion from virtual shelves
    in list form
  * I've re-named 'Virtual Shelves' to 'Lists' as per our agreed
    upon convention

  * while vshelves aren't perfect yet, they're in enough of a working
    state for the RC1 now

31b3746ea9 viewlog.tmpl + calendar.inc: builds Date_from_syspref javascript function. 
This is likely the durable fix to bridge the gap between syspref on the server
and client side validation scripts.  It may be useful to separate Date_from_syspref
from the calendar js, but at this time their applicability is 1-to-1.
Note also js debug variable and CGI param('debug') responsiveness.

0e675ef820 - Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script. 
- Member pages now use member toolbar include instead of circ one
- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function
- Adding missing item-bullet.gif (Bug 1659)

The patch default search on kw-wrdl is bugguy, as there ca be 2 idx (maybe an API limit,not sure)

So i've reverted it and added kw,wrdl on every place there is a query (the search boxes)

QUESTION : isn't it possible to have a single query for catalogue, that is TMPL_INCLUDE'd ?

b426ecb4f2 BUGfixes in availability management 
- the availability status was not available on result list. This patch reintroduces that
- notforloan as itemtype was not properly managed : an itemtype that was notforloan resulted in nothing in detail. Not, the user can't place a reserve anymore, and the status is correctly displayed

the fix is for OPAC as well as staff

(owen, pls, validate cat-toolbar.inc & catalogue/detail.tmpl)

b2d476aa5c Continuing integration of breadcrumbs and resident search form, now on member pages. The search form tabs need to be handled in a more sane manner given that they might have multiple options. Either a custom handling script for the different includes or a js-library-based system that will handle all of them.

e817f5d203 New basic page structure implemented for circ pages: global main menu in the header, resident search box and logo, followed by breadcrumb navigation. Added circ-menu.inc for left-hand sidebar menu (needs revision), circ-search.inc which defines the resident search box for circ pages, additions to staff-global.js to handle tab-switching in search box.

3f9017b349 adding a ExpandField feature to MARC editor : all subfields that are empty and not mandatory are hidden by default. a click on the tag title expand all of them. This is better imho than the previous minimizer, because : 
Note that the minimize/expand by default behaviour could be changed to use the hidden property. Il let LibLime guys say what they think of this proposal, and discuss another behaviour.
Anyway, it proves that the new editor is better than the previous one as it can evolve easily ;-)

5f4542992a This is a minor change, but affects all templates: 
previously, it wasn't possible to insert anything into the <head> on
an individual template unless it was the title of the page. Now, the
structure is a bit more flexible to allow additional head elements to
be included.
