As bug 25333 changed the 'phone' transport type to 'talkingtech', we can
now re-add 'phone' as a transport type again, and allow it to behave and
support the same notices as the email transport type.
Test Plan;
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase
3) Restart all the things!
4) Disable TalkingTechItivaPhoneNotificationi if enabled
5) Enable new PhoneNotification system preference
6) Go to a patron's messaging preferences, not you can select the
'phone' option for all the same notices as the 'email' option
7) Enable the phone option for all the message types
8) Browser to the Notices and slips editor
9) Add a phone notice version for each notice you wish to test
10) Test some notices ( CHECKIN, CHECKOUT, etc )
11) Notices should show in the patron's messages as 'phone' notices

From its inception, phone notices via Talking Tech have not behaved like
other notices. Instead of reading notices generated by Koha, the Talking
Tech scripts largely generate their own notices.
We would like to pave the way to having "generic" phone notices that can
be processed by plugins to support arbitrary telephony vendors ( we will
be targeting Twilio initially ).
To that end, it seems sensible to begin by changing the messaage
transport type for Talking Tech from 'phone' to 'itiva' to
highlight its specificity and difference from standard message
transports.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Restart all the things!
4) Test Talking Tech outbound script
5) Note no changes in functionality

The preference was probably added because of a typo, as there is a
used system preference ArticleRequestsMandatoryFieldsItemOnly
(Item vs Items).
This patch fixes the situation:
- syspref.sql had the pref name with the typo, this is fixed.
- A database update removes the unused variable and makes sure
the used one is added.
To test:
- Look at the local use system preferences, verify the false pref is there
- Look at the other ArticleRequests* preferences, verify the other without "s"
is there
- Apply patch and run database update
- Verify the local use tab one is gone now

This adds a FK constraint on aqbudgets.budget_period_id so that
a fund cannot be added with an invalid aqbudget.budget_period_id.
We should not have funds that belong to no budget. In case we have, the
update will be skipped and a note displayed.
Part1:
- Before applying the patch
- Make sure you have a budget with some funds linked to it
- You will have to change one of the funds to link to an invalid
budget with SQL:
UPDATE aqbudgets SET budget_period_id = 999 WHERE budget_id = max(budget_id);
- Apply patch
- Run updatedatabase - verify that you see the hint about 1 existing fund with invalid budget.
- Repair your fund with SQL
UPDATE aqbudgets SET budget_period_id = ... WHERE budget_id = max(budget_id);
(... needs to be your existing budget_period_id)
- Run updatedatabase again - verify it runs successfully now.
- If you try to change the budget_period_id to a non-existing now with SQL, you will
get a database error. The new FK doesn't permit it.
Part 2:
- Start fresh with the web installer, verify there are no errors on
creating the database tables

This patch ensures we can uniquely identify automatic overpayment refund
credits from the accountlines by introducing a new account credit type
and adding appropriate translations for the new code.
Test plan
1/ You'll need an overpayment refund to start...
1a/ Issue yourself and item and set the date due early enough
to create an overdue fine for at least 2 days worth of overdue fines
1b/ Run the fines.pl script to add the fines
1c/ As a patron, pay off the accruing fine
1d/ Return the item ensuring you backdate it at least a day
1e/ Check that there is an 'Overpayment refund' credit on the patrons
account.
2/ Check that the overpayment string is translatable (i.e. it appears in
the accounts include file)

This adds new syspref, HoldsNeedProcessingSIP, which controls whether
a hold that is related to item will be filled automatically or not. If
the user has enabled the syspref then instead of fulfilling the hold
automatically the hold will go to "in processing" state.
To test:
1. Checkout a book to patron A
2. Place a bib level hold to the book for B
3. Patron A returns the book via SIP, to simulate this use:
./misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -su koha -sp koha -l CPL -a 127.0.0.1 -p 6001 --item <ItemBarcode> -m checkin
4. Notice that no notification is generated for Patron B about hold
and that the hold status in intranet and opac is "In Processing".
5. Notice that patron A (or other patrons) cannot checkout a book
that is in processing, because it is considered to be attached to
the holdee (similarly to the waiting state):
./misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -su koha -sp koha -l CPL -a 127.0.0.1 -p 6001 --patron <PatronABarcode> --item <ItemBarcode> -m checkout

- Go to the OPAC and subscribe to the email alert
- Log in as any other patron (not yourself) and subscribe with that patron too
- Verfiy on the subscription detail page, that the patrons are subscribed
- Note the borrowernumber of your patrons
- Delete the second patron
- Note borrowernumber and delete patron
- Run: SELECT * from alert; in a report
- Despite the patron being deleted, you will see entries for both
- Apply patch
- Run updatedatabase - verify no error message
- Run updatedatabase again - verify still no error message

completely forgot when it went through SO/QA quickly).

After looking at Marcel's comments, the problem is in our matching
to hold_fill_targets - rather than adjusting to find filled/waiting holds we
could ensure that hold_fill_targets only refers to the specific hold it
is intended to
This patch is clearer, if slightly less performant than last (we now return all
the reserves and have to find the 'highest')
Test Plan:
1 - Create and use a patron that can place multiple record level holds per record
2 - Create a record with X items, each at a different library
3 - Place X 'Next available' holds on the record for the patron using the 'Holds to place' box
4 - perl misc/cronjobs/holds/build_holdsqueue.pl
5 - Check in LibraryA's copy as LibraryA and confirm the hold
6 - Revisit request.pl for the record, notice the next hold in line is now item-specific
7 - Checkout the item to the patron, notice the remaining hold is marked waiting
8 - Attempt to place another hold for your patron, notice that it requires an item-specific hold
8 - Apply this patch
9 - Repeat steps 1-5
10 - Revisit request.pl for the record, notice the next hold in line has *not* become item-specific
11 - Checkout the item to the patron, ensure the first hold is filled and the second remains record level
12 - Repeat whole test plan without building holds queue to confirm holds are still treated correctly

This patch updates the version of Bootstrap in the OPAC from 2.3.1 to
4.5.0. The Bootstrap JavaScript files have been replaced with custom
builds of the 4.5.0 JavaScript source files. The Bootstrap CSS is now
built into the OPAC CSS by loading the required Bootstrap 4.5.0 SCSS
files in node_modules.
OPAC SCSS now starts with Bootstrap customizations:
/* Bootstrap variable customizations */
$headings-color: #727272;
...
Followed by loading the necessary Bootstrap SCSS files:
/* Bootstrap imports */
@import "../../../../../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/functions";
@import "../../../../../node_modules/bootstrap/scss/variables";
...
Followed by our CSS. The build process for generating compiled CSS now
creates a file which bundles Bootstrap CSS and ours. Removed from the
Koha source: Bootstrap CSS files, Bootstrap "glyphicons" images.
The upgrade to Bootstrap 4 involved a lot of markup changes to conform
with new Bootstrap classes, especially in classes related to the grid.
Besides duplicating the grid we used before, this upgrade adds some new
features made possible by Bootstrap 4.5's use of flexbox as a layout
tool. This includes custom ordering of columns based on class names:
https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/layout/grid/#order-classes.
Other areas where the most changes have been made: Navigation menus,
breadcrumb menus, buttons, dropdowns.
Bootstrap's JavaScript file is now "bootstrap.bundle.min.js" to reflect
the fact that a required JavaScript asset is now distributed separately
in Bootstrap 4. The "bundle" version includes Popper.js.
Unrelated changes: Indentation corrections, removal of invalid
"//<![CDATA[" markers, removal of invalid script type attributes.
To test, apply the patch and run 'yarn install' to install Bootstrap as
an npm module. Run 'yarn build --view opac' to regenerate the OPAC CSS.
Test as many aspect of the OPAC as possible, viewing pages at various
browser widths to confirm that everything adjusts well. Test with
various OPAC interface system preferences enabled and disabled.
Test self checkout and self checkin.
Known issues: RTL support has not been updated.

This patch
* sets one check for reserves and another for old_reserves in
atomic update
* Adds a message below the checkbox and adds detail when a hold is non
priority
* Fixes issue when there are more than one hold, but the first is non
priority
* Adds test case for this last scenario

- Rephrases the system preference description into a sentence
- Rephrases message shown in OPAC on submitting (library has not actively
approved, so just say that the record has been modified)

When lost items are not marked as returned, they are still subject to
the long overdue cron, so an item that has already been marked Lost may
automatically roll to Long Overdue. In some cases, a library may not
want that lost value to change. This becomes especially important with
the introduction of Claims Returned, which uses a variety of lost.
Test Plan:
1) Set up a long overdue item that would be moved to lost by longoverdue.pl
2) Run the cronjob with the new --skip-lost-value option
3) Note the item is not altered
4) Include that value in the new system preference DefaultLongOverdueSkipLostStatuses
5) Run the cronjob *without* the new option
6) Note the item is not altered
7) Run the cronjob again with the new command line option, but set it to
a different value so the item will be affected
8) Note the item is altered as it would have been before this patch was
applied

This feature is disabled by default for all credit types. To enable it
you have to set the syspref AutoCreditNumber to the value of your choice
and then enable the feature for each credit type you want.
System credit types can be modified too (but only this particular field
can be modified)
Also, throw an exception when the feature is enabled and a value for
credit_number has already been set
Updated test plan:
Test plan:
0. Apply patch, run updatedatabase and update_dbix_class_files
1. Go to Admin » Column settings, and uncheck the 'hidden' box for
column credit_number in table account-fines. It will be easier for
testing
2. Create a manual credit for a borrower. Verify in Transactions tab
that this credit has no number generated
3. In Admin » Credit types:
a. edit the FORGIVEN type and enable credit number generation
b. create a new type A, check "can be manually added" and "enable
credit number"
c. create a new type B, check "can be manually added". Do NOT enable
credit number
4. Change syspref 'AutoCreditNumber' to 'incremental'
5. Create more manual credits with types CREDIT and B, and verify that
the numbers are not generated
6. Create more manual credits with types FORGIVEN and A, and verify that
the numbers generated are 1, 2, 3, ...
7. Change syspref 'AutoCreditNumber' to 'annual'
8. Create more manual credits with types CREDIT and B, and verify that
the numbers are not generated
9. Create more manual credits with types FORGIVEN and A, and verify that
the numbers generated are '2020-0001', '2020-0002', ...
10. Change syspref to 'AutoCreditNumber' to 'branchyyyymmincr'
11. Create more manual credits with types CREDIT and B, and verify that
the numbers are not generated
12. Create more manual credits with types FORGIVEN and A, and verify
that the numbers generated are 'BRANCHA2020020001',
'BRANCHA2020020002', ... (assuming you are connected to library
BRANCHA, and it's February 2020)
13. Set library to another one, say BRANCHB
14. Create more manual credits with types FORGIVEN and A, and verify
that the numbers generated are 'BRANCHB2020020001',
'BRANCHB2020020002', ...
15. Edit the letter ACCOUNT_CREDIT, and add [% account.credit_number %]
somewhere. Go back to Transactions tab and click on 'Print' for one

In some areas it's required to sequentially number payment slips /
receipts.
This patch adds a database column accountlines.credit_number and a
system preference AutoCreditNumber to control how this number will be
generated. The following options are available:
- Do not automatically generate credit numbers.
This is the current behaviour and the default syspref value.
- Automatically generate credit numbers in the form <year>-0001 (annual)
- Automatically generate credit numbers in the form
<branchcode>yyyymm0001 (branchyyyymmincr)
where <branchcode> is the branch where the user (staff member) is
logged in
- Automatically generate credit numbers in the form 1, 2, 3
(incremental)
It also adds a column (hidden by default) in the table under
Transactions tab to display this number.
Test plan:

Currently, the main table of ILL requests will display all ILL
requests in the database, regardless of their status. For libraries
with active ILL this quickly leads to a lot of requests being displayed,
and the main page of the ILL module taking a long time to load. This
patch proposes to fix this by introducing the ILLHiddenRequestStatuses
syspref, which can take a pipe-separated list of ILL statuses that
will be hidden from view in the ILL module. This means that the
only way to find a hidden request will be through a report.
To test:
- Apply the patch and make sure the atomic database update is run
- Make sure you have a few ILL requests, with at least two different
statuses
- Check that all requests are still displayed in the main table of
ILL requests
- Add one of the statuses* you have in your database to the
ILLHiddenRequestStatuses syspref, reload the ILL module frontpage
and verify that requests with the given status are not displayed
- Change the syspref to another status and verify requests with
that status are now hidden
- Change the syspref to hold both statuses, separated by the pipe
symbol (e.g.: A|B). Verify that no requests with the given
statuses are now displayed
- Run the ILL REST API tests, e.g.:
$ sudo koha-shell -c "prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/illrequests.t" kohadev
* = The ILLHiddenRequestStatuses syspref should hold status codes, like
"REQ" and "NEW", not their human readable counterparts.

While the column defaults to 0 in Koha::Object->store we set to NULL if NULLABLE
When trying to reset a patrons password we check that the account is not administratively locked:
login_attempts != -1
This query does not return rows where login_attempts IS NULL. It will return accounts where login_attempts = 0
Let's default to 0 like we intend
To test:
1 - Create a new patron
2 - Note their login_attempts is NULL
SELECT login_attempts FROM borrowers ORDER BY borrowernumber DESC LIMIT 1
3 - Enable OpacResetPassword
4 - Attempt to reset password before logging in, you cannot
5 - Apply patch, updatedatabase, restart_all, update schema
6 - Create another patron
7 - Their login attempts should be 0
8 - Attempt to reset password, it works!
Bug 24379: Fix the test
First we create a patron using TestBuilder to get a hashref of valid
info. Then we delete it and create a new patron using Koha::Patron->new
Once stored, we should call discard_changes to make the calculated
values available in the currenct object.
Bug 24379: Don't drop default of 0 for login attempts
When moving the column we drop the default, this means that DBs upgraded form earlier versions
get the wrong values set
To test:
1 - Checkout 16.11.x
2 - Reset all
3 - Checkout master
4 - updatedatabase
5 - SHOW CREATE TABLE borrowers;
6 - Note the column login_attempts defaults to NULL
7 - Apply patch(es)

This is a companion/alternative to bug 25184, in that it allows an
explicit workflow for placing returned books into temporary storage for
a few days for decontamination purposes.
The idea here is to create a specific notforloan value for "In
Decontamination" or something along along those lines. This notforloan
value would never be trappable. At the end of decon,
UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin could be used to remove the
notforloan status and allow checkins to be trapped to fill holds.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Restart all the things!
3) Give an item a negative notforloan value
4) Place a hold on the item
5) Check the item in
6) Note the item is trapped for hold
7) Set SkipHoldTrapOnNotForLoanValue to the same notforloan value
you used in step 3
8) Check the item in again
9) Note Koha did not ask you to trap the item for hold!

It's entirely possible that some libraries are relying on the current
before for part of their workflow. Do to this possibility, it seems like
a good idea to control this behavior via a system preference.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Set TrapHoldsOnOrder to "don't trap"
4) Set an item's notforloan value to -1
5) Place a hold on that item
6) Check in the item
7) Note the item is not trapped for hold
9) Set TrapHoldsOnOrder to "trap"
10) Check in the item
11) Koha should now ask if you'd like to trap the item for the hold!

This patch builds on Bug 22318 to move the OpacMainUserBlock system
preference into the Koha news system, making it possible to have
language- and library-specific content.
To test you should have some content in the OpacMainUserBlock system
preference. Apply the patch and run the database update process.
- Go to the OPAC and confirm that the content which was previously in
the OpacMainUserBlock system preference now displays correctly where
it was before.
- In the staff client, go to Tools -> News and verify that the content
from OpacMainUserBlock is now stored in news items. There should be
one entry for each of the enabled translations in your system, for
instance 'opacmainuserblock_en', 'opacmainuserblock_fr-FR',
'opacmainuserblock_cs-CZ'
- Go to Administration -> System preferences and confirm that the
OpacMainUserBlock preference has been removed.

In order to improve performance in the serial modules and add DB constraints,
this patch is going to add missing foreign key on the following columns:
* serial.biblionumber
* serial.subscription
* subscriptionhistory.biblionumber
* subscriptionhistory.subscriptionid
* subscription.biblionumber
Once done, some code can be removed from the Del* subroutines, as the ON
CASCASE clause will make the RDBMS handles the deletions.
Test plan:
0/ It would be useful to test the update DB entry on a big and old
production DB, to make sure the constraints will be added correctly.
We could remove the entries before creating the constraints, but it can
be unecessary
1/ Make sure you can recreate a fresh install with the kohastructure.sql
from this patch
2/ Make sure you can upgrade from a master install
3/ Create a subscription, serial, etc. and delete the biblio
=> The subscription/serials should have been deleted from the DB

Although it is no problem to have them, we could do a cleanup.
This patch just removes duplicate rows from the table.
Note: I considered adding a unique index like:
ALTER TABLE virtualshelfshares ADD UNIQUE INDEX (shelfnumber, borrowernumber, invitekey);
But the possible NULL values in borrowernumber and/or invitekey require
additional code changes. So I left it alone.

- Toggle prefs, verify everything works ok
- Go to the item types configuration page
- Try different settings for both prefs:
- Both set to No: Only a message with a link to the prefs should show
- Both set to Yes or either set to Yes: image configuration options
should show
In the OPAC:
- Check the following pages with item-level_itypes = record
- advanced search

Librarians should be able to define what sections in member entryfields in 'Main address',
'Contact' and 'Alternate contact' in member entry form for guarantee's are pre-filled from guarantor's record
The 'Guarantor surname, 'Guarantor first name' and 'relationship' fields
in the 'Contact' section should not be filled from guarantor patron
record as those fields are intended for guarantor's without patron
records in Koha.
Test plan:
1. On an adult patron's record (which has all fields filled out in the
'Main address', 'Contact' (Except for 'Guarantor surname', 'Guarantor
first name', and 'relationship'), 'Alternate address', and 'Alternate contact') select 'Add guarantee'
2. Observe:
* Fields in 'Main address' are all automatically pre-filled
from guarantor record
* Fields in 'Contact' (except 'Guarantor surname', 'Guarantor firstname'
and 'relationship') are all automatically pre-filled from guarantor
record
* Fields in 'Alternate address' (except for Contact note) are pre-filled from guarantor record
* None of the fields in 'Alternate contact' are pre-filled from guarantor
4. Apply patch
5. Run database updates
cd installer/data/mysql
sudo koha-shell <instancename>
./updatedatabase.pl
6. Restart plack:
sudo koha-plack --restart <instancename>
7. Go to Administration > Global system preferences and search for the
new PrefillGuaranteeField system preference
8. Observe this syspref contains checkboxes and the following are
selected by default:
Contact - Primary email
Contact - Primary phone
Main address - Address
Main address - City
Main address - Country
Main address - State
Main address - ZIP/Postal code
Main address - street number
Please note: 'Contact - Guarantor surname', 'Contact - Guarantor first
name', Contact - relationship' are not in PrefillGuaranteeField syspref
as they are for non Koha patrons and so should not be pre-filled from a Koha
patron.
9. Repeat step 1 and observe the following fields are prefilled from guarantor:
In Main address section -
streetnumber
address
city
state
zipcode/postal code
country
In Contact section -
Primary phone
Primary email
10. In the PrefillGuaranteeField syspref click '[Select all]' checkboxes
11. Repeat step 1 and observe all fields in 'Main address', 'Contact'
(except Guarantor surname, Guarantor first name, and relationship),
Alternate address and Alterate contact are filled from guarantor record.
i.e. The values in guarantor's 'Alternate address' fields fill the
guarantee's 'Alternate address' fields
12. Change a few of the prefilled field values and 'Save' and observe your changes
have been saved in addition to the unaltered pre-filled values in other
fields
13. Amend PrefillGuarantee field syspref to have no checkboxes selected
14. Repeat step 1 and observe none of the fields in Main address,
Contact, Alternate address and Alternate contact are pre-filled
15. Run tests:

- Verify that the IDreamBooks related system preferences are gone
- Verify that opac detail pages and result lists still work
as expected
- Run t/db_dependent/UsageStats.t

Rebasing was a nightmare, so I'm squashing the sign off follow-ups to
ease the pain with any future rebases
Includes:
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Refactor renewal code
As per Nick's first point in comment #20, the code that tests for
renewability and renews items has been refactored into it's own
function.
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Provide feedback
For renewals that fail when a fine is being paid off, this patch causes
any errors to be passed back to the template for display.
Addresses the second point in Nick's comment #20
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Fix unit tests
As raised by Nick in comment #35
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Fix/improve feedback
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- it would be nice to get feedback on what was successfully renewed as well
- In general I think I would prefer to see 'ok' and 'not_ok' returned as
a single 'renewal_results' array
- There is no listing of errors if I use the 'pay' button on an
individual fine
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Refactor methods
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- I don't really like that the functions are internal functions and then
exported
- I think the pref description should highlight that if 'RenewalPeriodBase'
is set to due date, there may be doubled charges
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Add SIP summary
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- Ideally SIP would get feedback in a screen message
Bug 23051: (follow-up) Renewing in OPAC
This follow up patch addresses the following parts of Nick's feedback in
comment #35:
- I am also not sure about the code path if a patron paid fines on the
opac (via paypal etc.) but renewals are not allowed on the opac.
We've introduced the syspref RenewAccruingItemInOpac (default is off)
which, when enabled, will cause items attached to fines that are paid
off in the OPAC (via payment plugins), to be automatically renewed.

At the last development meeting we have voted to remove the
QueryParser-related code

it is not really usable as it. As nobody is willing to work on it, we

store method of Koha::ArticleRequest.
Column updated_on should be a timestamp, updated by the database.

created_on column.

This patch changes the database update so that the system preference is

in the OPAC.

This patch makes a number of improvements and ties up some loose ends
where the old system preference usage wasn't getting replaced.
- Removes news-specific code for defining the language of news
items queried for the OPAC home page. An identical language variable
is already defined globally.
Previous to this patch an 'opacheader' news item would only appear on
the OPAC home page. Now it should appear on all OPAC pages.
- Changes the database update so that 'opacheader' news
items will be inserted with a default title, matching the interface's
requirement that the title field be populated.
- The database update will also now insert the old opacheader system
preference contents into the news item for all active languages as
defined in the 'opaclanguages' system preference. This helps match
the previous behavior in which the opacheader contents were the same
for all languages.
- Adds support for the new opacheader news item to the self checkout,
self check-in, and OPAC maintenance pages.
- Updates sysprefs.t which was using the opacheader preference to test
on. I've changed it to use URLLinkText instead.
- Removes the addition of the opacheader system preference from the
installation SQL file.

This patch builds on Bug 22318 to move the opacheader system preference
into the Koha news system, making it possible to have language- and
library-specific content.
It extends the original patch by adding an option to the template plugin
specifying whether the content title should be shown (probably should be
a flag in opac_news). It also adds a wrapper div with the content
location as the ID (e.g. 'opacheader'). This will make it slightly more
backwards-compatible with CSS customizations.
To test you should have some content in the opacheader system
preference. Apply the patch and run the database update process.
- Go to the OPAC and confirm that the content which was previously in
the opacheader system preference now displays correctly where it was
before.
- In the staff client, go to Tools -> News and verify that the content
from opacheader is now stored in a news item with the location
'opacheader_en.'
- Go to Administration -> System preferences and confirm that the
opacheader preference has been removed.

It is the same as for debit types.
It adds a new column `archived` in table `account_credit_types` that has
the same purpose than `account_debit_types.archived`
Test plan:
0. Apply patch && run updatedatabase && update_dbix_class_files
1. Go to Admin » Credit types
2. Add a new credit type, give it a code and a description and check
'Can be manually added'
3. Go to a patron's accounting section, 'Create manual credit' tab
4. Verify that the new credit type appears
5. Return to Admin » Credit types and archive the credit type
6. Verify that the new credit type is not available anymore in 'Create
manual credit'
7. Restore the credit type and verify that it is available again
8. Create a manual credit with the new credit type
9. Go to Reports » Cash register and make sure you can find the
transaction by filtering on transaction type
10. Edit the new credit type and set some library limitations, make sure
that the credit type doesn't appear if you're connected to a library
you didn't selected, and that it appears if you're connected to a
library you selected.
Note to QA team:
The change in Koha/Account.pm, I added it because otherwise Koha died
when adding a manual credit with a custom type.
In that case, offset type will default to 'Manual Credit'. I'm not sure
if that is the best thing to do. I'm open to suggestions :)

This is an interface for quick and efficient browsing through records.
It presents a page at /cgi-bin/koha/opac-browse.pl that allows you to
enter the prefix of an author, title, or subject and it'll give you a
list of the options that match that. You can then scroll through these
and select the one you're after. Selecting it provides a list of records

4 - Enable the new syspref OpacBrowseSearch
5 - Have ES running and some records in it
SearchEngine syspref set to Elasticsearch
6 - Browse to opac home, click 'Browse search' link
for your site)
7 - Test searching for author, title, and subject
8 - Verify that results are returned in expected order
9 - Experiment with fuzziness
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/5.6/common-options.html#fuzziness
Options are: exact (0 edits), fuzzy (1 edit), very fuzzy (2 edits)
10 - Click any result and verify specific titles are correct
11 - Click through title to record and verify it is the correct record
12 - Test that disabling pref removes the link on the opac home

Bug 11911 replaced the permission of suggestions.pl (create a purchase
suggestion) from catalogue => 1 to acquisition => 'suggestions_manage'.
However we have a lot of acquisition scripts that have lax permissions
(acquisition => '*' which means any sub permissions of acquisition is
enough).
That causes problem when a circulation staff can create purchase
suggestions but not access acquisition information.
One solution is to move the suggestions_manage subpermission out of the
acquisition permission and create a new suggestion permission.
Test plan:
0. Setup
* Create a patron with several permission (and full acquisition
permission)
* Create another patron with several permission, and suggestions_manage
permission
* Create another patron without the suggestions_manage permission
1. Apply the patch and execute the update database entry
2. Note that the third patron you create still does not have
suggestions_manage
3. Confirm that you can create a purchase suggestion if you have
suggestions_manage, but cannot access acquisition pages if you do not
have any subpermissions of the acquisition permission

Currently, the rules used to create OAI sets are processed with the 'or'
boolean operator between each rule.
This patch allows to use 'or' or 'and' between the rules.
The evaluation of the rules is done according to the boolean operators
precedence: AND has a higher precedence than OR.
For example:
A and B or C and D
will be evaluated as follow:
(A and B) or (C and D)
Test plan:

- Apply the atomicupdate
- Prove t/db_dependant/OAI/AndSets.t

This patch adds a new Point Of Sale module to Koha's staff client front
page. The module button leads directly to a 'Pay' page giving the staff
user the ability to record anonymous payments for items that would not
normally require a patron to be registered at the library.
Test plan:
1) Enable `UseCashRegisters` via the system preferences.
2) Ensure your user has the 'manage_cash_registers' permission.
3) Add a cash register for your current branch.
4) Add at least one 'MANUAL_INV' authorized value.
5) Navigate to the new 'POS' pay page via the main menu.
6) Add an item to the 'sale' by clicking 'add' from the right side of
the screen.
7) Note that said item was added to the table of items this sale on the
left.
8) At this point you should be able to 'click to edit' the quantity or
price of the item in the table on the left.
9) Enter an amount greater than the price of the item into the 'amount
collected from patron' box.
10) Click 'Confirm'
11) Varify that the same change to give modal from the paycollect pages
appears here.
12) Click 'Confirm'
13) Payment will have been recorded (check the database) and you will be
back at a fresh 'Pay' page ready for the next transaction.

This includes a database update for existing installations.
Using the REPLACE function it makes the same changes to the URLs
as the previous patch did for new installations:
- Worldcat: now https
- BookFinder: now https
- OpenLibrary: remove / before search parameters
To test:
- Verify the current content of your preference OpacSearchForTitleIn
(without changes from first patch!)
- Run the database update
- Verify everything still works, but changes have been made

In order to add groups for holds, this patch provides a new column in
library_groups to identify them. Also provides new enum option for
hold_fulfillment_policy column of default_branch_circ_rules,
default_circ_rules, default_branch_item_rules and branch_item_rules.
To test:
1) check that there is no ft_local_hold_group column in library_groups
and that there are no 'holdgroup' enum option in hold_fulfillment_policy
in default_branch_circ_rules, default_circ_rules, default_branch_item_rules
and branch_item_rules
2) apply this patch
3) perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl && dbic
SUCCESS => !(step 1) ;-D

The system preference AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout only affects SIP based checkouts. I believe we should rename it AllowItemsOnHoldCheckoutSIP so it matches AllowItemsOnHoldCheckoutSCO. We should also update the description as well.
As far as I know AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout has never affected anything except SIP traffic. That does not preclude the addition of another AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout syspref that would affect the staff interface, but that would be an enhancement and is outside the scope of this bug report.
Test Plan:
1) Test AllowItemsOnHoldCheckout via SIP
2) Apply this patch
3) Test AllowItemsOnHoldCheckoutSIP via SIP
4) Note there is no difference!
5) Note the syspref description has been update to mention SIP
