This patch label creator templates so that title tags can be more easily
translated.
The patch also makes some minor changes to some templates to improve
consistency between page title, breadcrumb navigation, and page heading.
To test, apply the patch and confirm that the following pages have the
correct title tags:
- Cataloging -> Label creator home
- Manage -> Label batches
- Edit ->
- Click the "Add item(s)" button without entering any barcodes or
item numbers in the form.
- Test the search form and search results
- Manage -> Layouts
- Manage -> Label templates
- Manage -> Printer profiles
- New -> Label batch
- New -> Layout
- New -> Label template
- New -> Printer profile
- New -> Barcode range
- Cataloging -> Barcode image generator
- Cataloging -> Quick spine label creator

This patch makes changes the button markup in label-creation templates
-- including the barcode image generator -- so that all submit buttons
and any buttons that should should be styled as primary buttons have the
Bootstrap class "btn btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view label-related pages to confirm
that everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible
changes.

This patch fixes a malformed link to print selected labels
and fix error:
Can't locate object method "get_attr" via package "-2" (perhaps you forgot to load "-2"?) at /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/labels/label-create-pdf.pl line 126.
To test:
1 - Create a new label batch with some items
2 - Select 1 or more
3 - Export selected labels
4 - Download as PDF
5 - It works!

And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for
translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.
== Test plan ==
This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected
Category XXXX is in use. Deletion not possible!
and
Confirm deletion of category XXXX

Changed each of the pages in the labels and members folders to have one
<h1> tag showing that describes the page, rather than the <h1>
describing the logo.
The hierarchy of heading tags may be broken in many pages, but this
will be dealt with in an additional bug.
To test:
1) Go to the Staff Client
2) Apply patch
3) Go to each of the pages in the labels and members folders and check
that they have an obvious and descriptive heading
4) Ensure that the heading in the page is <h1>

This patch makes capitalization corrections to many templates in the
OPAC and staff interface. A exhaustive test plan would be huge, so I
recommend examining the patch to confirm that it contains correct case
changes.

TEST PLAN:
1. Go Tools > Label creator
2. Click +New -> Barcode range
3. Print barcode range with zero(s) in the start (Ex. from 00011881 to 00012000 )
4. Select a template to be applied:: Code à barre 48467
Select a layout to be applied: Code à barres
5. Export
6. Open PDF
The prefix is not displayed. We should see 00011881 on the labels, but we see 11881, 11882, ... without zeros in the start of labels.
This patch fix it.

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the labels folder are swapped around
to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

TEST PLAN++
1) Apply all the patches
2) Connect to the intranet with an account with permissions to visit the "Tools" page
3) Go to /cgi-bin/koha/labels/label-home.pl
. Either by entering the URL directly
. OR, from the front page, by clicking "Tools", followed by the hyperlink "Label creator" under the "Catalog" section
4) Under the "+ New" button, a new option should be available: "Barcode range"
5) Fill the "From:" and the "To:" fields of the "Print barcode range" form
. Keeping both fields at "0" should trigger a warning beside the first field: "*Cannot be smaller than 1"
. If the value "From:" is greater the "To:" value, a warning should appear beside the second field: "*Cannot be smaller than the starting value"
. Make sure the form doesn't let you enter non-numerical values
. For a casual test, use "From: 1000" and "To: 1100"
6) After pressing the "Print Range" button, choose a template, a layout, and a starting position
. The "DEFAULT TEMPLATE 01" has a page height of 5pt and a page width of 0pt, don't use it
. All the default layouts should look alike, since we're only printing a barcode over a number, and not bibliographic information
. Using a layout not defined as 'Barcode' will show a warning message
7) Clicking the "Export" button should lead to a second dialog window with a "Download as PDF" hyperlink. Clicking the link should prop up a download dialog box
8) Save the PDF locally, or simply open it, and make sure the options you used were taken into account

+ Added a warning when the user selects a range with some non-existent barcodes, and a layout without barcodes.
This allows the user to print barcodes of items not in the database if he so desires, but will warn him if he tries to print only biblios (which results in missing entries or a blank page).

Adds an option to the label creator to print a range of barcodes.
Only allows printing to PDF.
C4/Label.pm had to get minor changes to override database-based barcode
generation. Same with labels/label-create-pdf.pl. By default, the
barcode is fetched from the database using the itemnumber, but when
printing ranges, you might not have a corresponding database entry.

Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.
This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.
To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags
- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";
- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)
Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

This patch updates various unrelated templates to use the Bootstrap
grid. In each case, confirm that the indicated page looks correct.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Add to basket -> From a staged file.
- Logged-in user menu (in the upper right) -> Search history.
- With plugins disabled in koha-conf.xml, go to Tools -> Tools plugins.
- With the EasyAnalyticalRecords system preference set to 'Display,'
view a bibliographic record.
- Choose Edit -> Link to host item.
- Submit a barcode to be linked.
- Configure a MARC subfield (e.g. 100$a) to use the
unimarc_field_225a_bis plugin.
From the MARC edit page, trigger the plugin and confirm that the
page in the popup window looks correct. Confirm that changes made in
the popup window are saved to the corresponding field in the editor.
- Administration -> Funds -> Edit a fund.
- Click 'Select owner.'
- Search for a patron.

This patch modifies the staff client label creator templates so that
JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the header.
To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of
each modified template: All button controls, DataTables functionality,
form validation, etc.
This patch also modifies the templates to use the Bootstrap grid instead
of YUI, and removes obsolete "text/javascript" attributes from
<script> tags and "text/css" attributes from <style> tags in the
modified templates.
To test, apply the patch and test the following interactions:
- Creating and managing layouts
- Creating and managing batches
- Creating and managing templates
- Creating and managing printer profiles
- Creating quick spine labels

This patch updates several label creator templates to remove the use of
"onclick" in favor of defining click events in JavaScript.
Also changed:
- Replaced the non-existant element <icon> with <i>
- Removed the use of <center> and 'align="center"';
- In the item search results template:
- The use of the checkboxes jQuery plugin has been replaced with
straight jQuery for simplicity's sake.
- Output of table headers has been modified so that translatable
strings are in the template instead of having English strings
passed from the script.
- Moved the 'Add checked' and 'Done' buttons into a floating toolbar.
To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Label creator.
- Choose New -> Label batch
- Click 'Add items'
- Perform a search for items.
- Confirm that 'select all' and 'clear all' links work.
- Confirm that clicking an individual 'Add' button works.
- Select multiple items and click the 'Add checked' button. Confirm
that the selected items were added to your batch.
- Click 'Add items' again to save the selected items to your batch.
- Test that the 'Delete' and 'Export' buttons next to any item work
correctly.
- Choose Manage -> Label batches
- Test that the 'Delete' button works correctly.
- Select one or more batches and test that the 'Export selected'
button works correctly.
Revision: Removed changes to pagination in the item search results
template since it didn't work.
Followed test plan, works as expected.

The tool is documented and accessed (via Tools >) as 'Label creator'. But the
pages titles say 'Labels' and the breadcumbs 'Labels home'. It should be called
'Label creator' for consistency. This patch changes the tt files so they are
consistent.
It also makes the title show the same page name as the breadcumbs.
