Bug 23049 replaced the MANUAL_INV authorised value by a dedicated table,
but missed to remove the authorised value sample data from the non-English
installers.
This patch corrects this oversight.
Note:
The German (de-DE) file was changed a bit more, adding 2 missing translations
for the new RETURN_CLAIM_RESOLUTION and to match the sequence of the en
file.
To test:
- Verify the SQL file changes are valid by loading those files OR
- Run the installers for each language on an empty database
- Verify there is no error loading the optional authorised value data

Tested with 24317 and a small followup for this bug for es-ES
Tested doing clean install for de-DE es-ES fr-CA it-IT nb-NO pl-PL
up to loading of all mandatory & optional data.
All languages load without problems.

Part 2/2 - optional files.
Changes:
- Deleted unnecessary files
- Translated description files and some values in sql files
To test:
- Aplly patch
- Run webinstaller on empty database (drop database and create new if necessary)
- Verify everything works, especially verify you have permission
to all modules, eg. Tools, Catalouging etc.
- Check spelling and grammar if you can :)

Koha's SIP2 server implementation does not currently support the SIP2
protocol field "media type" ( CK ).
This patch implements the SIP2 media type by allowing an arbitrary
mapping of itemtypes to SIP2 media types.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase
3) Edit an itemtype, select a SIP media type, and save the changes
4) Make a SIP2 Item Information Request
5) Verify that the CK field of the Item Information Response contains
the correct media type code.

This patch updates the wthdrawn field in items and deleteditems to be
withdrawn instead. No functional changes are made.

Comment: Save for translation files (that will be fixed on next release),
only occurrence of wthdrawn is on updatedatabase.pl
No koha-qa errors.
This touch many files, and I did not test everything,
but all seems normal. I think that any problem could
be fixed later.
Perhaps both entries in updatedatabase.pl could be joined
into one, but thats for QA.

Removes the '0' values without description from the sample date for
authorised values.
To test:
1) Verify that SQL files load correctly
- truncate authorised_values; /* empty authorised values table */
- load sample data using one of the SQL files
2) Check cataloging interface - all status fields should only show 1 empty line
