This patch set display amounts for charge, fine, price etc. right aligned in tables
on patron pages.
To test, apply patch and verify that amounts appear right aligned on following pages:
- Go to Home > Patrons, perform a search (Column 'Fines')
- Go to a patron with fines and credits
- Checkout tab (circulation.pl): Columns 'Charge', 'Fine', 'Price'
(maybe you have to show column with 'Show / hide colums')
- Fines Tab > Pay fines (pay.pl): Columns 'Amount', 'Amount Outstanding'
- Fines Tab > Account (boraccount.pl): Columns 'Amount', 'Outstanding'
Note: Test here 'Filter paid transactions' as well

This patch displays the address information in the left column of the patron's pages using the new system preference.
The address is formatted in member-display-address-style-us.inc and member-display-address-style-de.inc
To test:
- Apply patch on top of 1st and 2nd patch
- Select 'German style' in system preference 'addressformat' in I18N/L10N
- Verify that the address information displays properly in the left column of all patron's pages.
- Verify that the address displays properly in the main area of moremember.pl as well (Note: In right column, Alternate address /contact are not yet touched))
- Switch system preference to US style, repeat checks

Date sorting of charges under Patron -> Fines -> Account is done based
on formatted dates, so sorting is broken depending on your dateformat
system preference. This patch implements the standard "title-string"
date sorting method.
To test, apply the patch and view the Account tab. Test sorting of
charges under various settings of the dateformat system preference. Date
sorting should work correctly in all cases.

This follow-up corrects some of the QA issues affecting the other patch,
as well as changing the way the "filter" option is displayed:
- Added the use of the DataTables include file
- Removed redundant document.ready
- Fixed single quotes
- Fixed default sort (should be date descending to match the current
functionality)
- Adding missing <tr>
- Converted filter button to a link
The last change is a judgement call, but the button in the DataTables
toolbar looked awkward and caused ugly wrapping at narrower viewport
sizes. I think a link is more keeping with the pattern established by
"select all / clear all" links.
To test, apply both patches and view the account page
(members/boraccount.pl) for a patron who has paid and unpaid fines (the
more the better).
- Confirm that the default sort is by date descending.
- Confirm that DataTables controls (paging, search, result count) work
correctly.
- Confirm that clicking the "Filter paid transactions" link works
correctly to toggle display of paid transactions.
Works as expected. Passed koha-qa.pl.

* Create a few manual invoices with fines.
* Pay a fine.
* Go back to the account tab.
* Try the "Filter paid transactions" button. It should filter everything with 0.00 in the Outstanding column.
* Try the "Show all transactions" button.
* Play around with the buttons
Followed test steps. Works as expected.

Bug 2546 introduced translatable handling of Koha account type codes but
missed several codes. This patch adds handling of these codes to the
staff client.
This patch also corrects a couple of instances of incorrect
capitalization.
To test, apply the patch and view fines page (Patron details ->
Fines) and the pay fines page (Patron details -> Fines -> Pay fines).
You should not see any account type codes like CR, LR, or FU.

This patch fixes various issues that prevented the account
type from being set correctly when recording SIP2 payments:
- the fixed fields in the fee paid message were not getting
parsed correclty
- accountlines.accounttype is only five characters wide, so
SIP2 payments are now records as 'Pay00', 'Pay02', etc. rather
than 'Pay-00'.
- removed regression on bug 2546 and made the new payment types
translatable

The descriptions for fines are stored in English in the DB
(accountlines.description). So they are not translatable.
This patch removes the descriptions automatically added and generates
the string in the template.
Test plan:
1/ Execute the updatedatabase entry.
2/ Verify in the following pages the description is consistent:
- members/pay.pl?borrowernumber=XXXX
- members/boraccount.pl?borrowernumber=XXXX
- opac-account.pl
3/ Launch the translate script and update the po files in order to
translate the new strings.
4/ Verify the strings are translated in the interface.

NOTE: After applying the patch I got following errors in members/pay.pl:
Global symbol "$writeoff_sth" requires explicit package name
Global symbol "$add_writeoff_sth" requires explicit package name
Added to lines at the begin of members/pay.pl:
our $writeoff_sth;
our $add_writeoff_sth;
Now the patch worked as expected.
However I am not quite sure if signing off is OK in this situation.

Current jQuery-driven tabs are done using a very old
version of the tabs plugin. This patch upgrades jQueryUI
to the latest version and adds the tabs widget dependency
to the jqueryui js file and updates the syntax for existing
tabs:
- $("#foo > ul").tabs(); changes to $("#foo").tabs();
- Remove full URL from tab links (use #anchor only).
Pages with "static" tabs (tabs which are built in the
markup rather than generated by the plugin) have been
modified to use their own style. Examples: pay.tt in
the staff client and opac-readingrecord.tt in the OPAC.

Works as advertised, doesn't affect display for non-organisational patrons.
Note: Display change in OPAC only affects the summary tab.
It would be a little bit more consistent to make the name show the
same on all tabs in OPAC patron account.

Template variable scope error fixes the column error.
