afd2418d73 Bug 11349: Change .tmpl -> .tt in scripts using templates
Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.

This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.

To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

Regards
To+

P.S. a followup will remove the glue code.

ba41b7da79 Bug 10807: Add an authority search history for the OPAC
Like biblio, this feature provides an authority search history.
This history is available for connected and disconnected user.
If the user is not logged in Koha, the history is stored in an
anonymous user sessin.

The search history feature is now factorized in a new module.

This patch adds:
- 1 new db field search_history.type. It permits to distinguish the
  search type (biblio or authority).
- 1 new module C4::Search::History. It deals with 2 different storages:
  DB or cookie
- 2 new UT files: t/Search/History.t and t/db_dependent/Search/History.t
- 1 new behavior: the 'Search history' link (on the top-right corner of
  the screen) is always displayed.

Test plan:
1/ Switch on the 'EnableOpacSearchHistory' syspref.
2/ Go on the opac and log out.
3/ Launch some biblio and authority searches.
4/ Go on your search history page.
5/ Check that all yours searches are displayed.
6/ Click on some links and check that results are consistent.
7/ Delete your biblio history searches.
8/ Delete your authority searches history searches.
9/ Launch some biblio and authority searches
10/ Delete all your history (cross on the top-right corner)
11/ Check that all your history search is empty.
12/ Launch some biblio and authority searches.
13/ Login to your account.
14/ Check that all previous searches are displayed.
15/ Launch some biblio and authority searches.
16/ Check that these previous searches are displayed under "Current
session".
17/ Play with the 4 delete links (current / previous and biblio /
authority).

All patches together pass QA script and tests.
Also, new tests in t/db_dependent/ pass.

Tested in all 4 OPAC themes, being logged in and anonymous.
Anonymous search history will be appended to personal search
history after logging in.
Also verified that cleanup_database still purges search history,
now also including the authority searchs.

31f41e2c1d Bug 8206: Specify index in OPAC authority search
Adds a dropdown to allow the user to choose to search the 'mainentry,'
and 'match-heading'indexes, in addition to the 'any' index which is
the default.

To test (you will need authority records with see-from and
see-also headings):
1. Go to the browse subjects and authors section in the OPAC
2. Do a search for a fairly generic term that is used as a
see-also term in a lot of records. Note that your search
results include both the record that you wanted and all
the other records that refer to it.
3. Apply the patch.
4. Repeat the search from step 2. Notice there is no change
   to the results.
5. Repeat the search from step 2, but choose "in main entry"
and observe that you are now only seeing authority records
with the search entered in their main entry.
6. Repeat the search from step 2, but choose "in any heading"
and observe that the results are the same as in step 2. This
is intentional, so that in the future notes in authorities
   can be made searchable.
7. Search for an obsolete form of heading with the "in keyword"
option selected. Notice what results you get.

Works nicely. Hiding the new options can be done with CSS:

44cd5e058b Bug 8205: Add OPACShowUnusedAuthorities syspref
Rather than list authorities that are not actually used by a library,
this commit introduces a new syspref: OPACShowUnusedAuthorities to
enable libraries to hide unused authorities in the OPAC authority browser.

To test:
1) Do a search in the OPAC authority browser that brings up multiple
results, including some that are used in the bibliographic database
   and some that are not.
2) Observe that the results include both used and unused authorities.
3) Set OPACShowUnusedAuthorities to "Do not."
4) Repeat the same search as in step 1.
5) Observe that the results no longer include unused authorities.

Signed-off-by: Katrin Fischer <Katrin.Fischer.83@web.de>
Preference is implemented cleanly and works like advertised.
As a note: The unused authority records will be hidden from display,
but the result list paging does not adjust for the hidden records.
So the result pages will show more or less records total, depending
on how many records are hidden.

96543dcf5f (bug #3004) fix the opac authority search

9c7fdc9c84 bugfix - don't allow deletion of authority records from OPAC
Because of some copy-and-paste work, it was possible to
construct an OPAC URL that would attempt to call DelAuthority
on a selected authority record. This is perhaps taking
patron contributations to library metadata a bit too far.

f08401d7ad kohabug 2205 - fix 404 when traversing pagination link in OPAC authorities search
Currently, the heading sort order is a required parameter, but was
not supplied to the template or used in the search results. As
a result of this patch, clicking a link to view another page
of the authority search results will now work.

Outstanding issue not addressed by this patch: when searching
authorities in both the staff interface and the OPAC, choosing
sort order "none" results in a crash.

100e6a9808 functions that were in C4::Interface::CGI::Output are now in C4::Output.
So this implies quite a change for files.
Sorry about conflicts which will be caused.
directory Interface::CGI should now be dropped.
I noticed that many scripts (reports ones, but also some circ/stats.pl or opac-topissues) still use Date::Manip.
