This unnecessary complicated subroutine returned an arrayref and an
hashref of the patron categories available for the logged in user, for a given
category_type, ordered by categorycode.
This can now be done with the search_limited method.
Test plan:
- Same prerequisite as before
For the following pages, you should not see patron categories limited to other
libraries. They should be ordered as before this patch, by categorycode.
- Add/edit a patron, change his/her patron category value.
- On the 3 following reports:
reports/bor_issues_top.pl
reports/borrowers_out.pl
reports/cat_issues_top.pl
The display for these 3 reports are different than the 2 from the first
patch (borrowers_stats.pl issues_avg_stats.pl): they are ordered by
categorycode and the ones limited to other libraries are not displayed
(should certainly be fixed).
Note that the big part of this patch has already been tested before
(update child related: CATCODE_MULTI).

The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.
In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:
- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.
- Tools -> News -> Edit news.
- Administration -> System preferences.
Revised: I intended for this to be built on top of Bug 15883. Now it is.

Bug 10649 introduced a new include file for adding DataTables-related
JavaScript assets. This patch adds use of this include file to all
member pages which use DataTables.
Apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm that table
sorting works correctly:
- Patron details (members/moremember.pl)
- The checkouts, relatives' checkouts, and holds tables have been
modified to exclude articles when sorting of titles.
- Notices (members/notices.pl)
- Circulation history (members/readingrec.pl)
- Statistics (members/statistics.pl)
- Update child to adult patron (members/update-child.pl) - This is the
page which appears in a pop-up when you update a child patron to an
adult (from the "More" menu in the toolbar when viewing patron
details).

available everywhere these paths should be corrected to use them.

Replace the tablesorter plugin with the DataTables plugin on the
update child to adult patron page.
Added default sort by patron category description (ascending).
To test, open a patron with a child category type. Choose the 'Update
child to adult patron' item from the 'More' menu. Confirm that
table sorting works correctly in the popup.

This patch replaces the XHTML DOCTYPE with an HTML5 one. The HTML5
validator seems to be significantly different than the XHTML one,
so I'm seeing lots of new errors. This patch includes corrections
for one: Deprecation of the "language" attribute of <script>
tags.
To test, view pages in the OPAC and staff client. They should
appear as normal. Numerous validation follow-ups will be required,
but I suggest these be handled incrementally.

- Adding "scrollbars=yes" to window.open javascript.
- Adding javascript tablesorter to categories table
To test, open a child patron record and choose more ->
Update Child to Adult Patron from the toolbar menu. The
resulting pop-up should have scrollbars. The table
of categories should be sortable with a default sort
on the description.
