This patch adds a "lib" directory to the source tree which gets
mapped to the same directory as "C4" and "Koha" for single and
standard installations.
CGI::Session::Serialize::yamlxs is put into this "lib" directory.
This patch also includes some changes so that dev/git installations
work as well.

This feature is not used as far as we know and it's not known to work.
It's preferable to remove it.
Test plan:
Make sure the OpacGroupResults pref code is removed, as well as the
PazPar2 files and code.

Remove:
- BIB_INDEX_MODE and AUTH_INDEX_MODE env var
- bib_index_mode and auth_index_mode options from scripts
- Warnings from about page, just kept one if zebra_bib_index_mode or
zebra_auth_index_mode still exist in config and are set to grs1
Test plan:
- Install Koha from src
- Install Koha from pkg
- Read the code, carefully!

Configuration values should be included in the koha-install-log
so that when running Makefile.PL with the --prev-install-log option
values can be read from there and reapplied rather than prompting
the user on each subsequent run.
This adds FONT_DIR and DB_USE_TLS (and its dependent options) to
koha-install-log so that the set values will be written by make
during a make install or make upgrade

The variables for AUTH_INDEX_MODE and ZEBRA_TOKENIZER were not
being saved to the koha_install_log file. As a result when using the
--prev-install-log option in Makefile.PL the user was still prompted
to select them.
This patch adds the appropriate variables to the list saved in
the install log.
To test:
On a (non-package) system installed/upgraded without the patch running
'perl Makefile.PL --prev-install-log /path/to/koha-install-log' will
still prompt you to choose authorities indexing mode and select
between chr and icu, after upgrading with this patch applied the same
command should get the responses from the install log and not require
user intervention.
The values can be seen written into misc/koha-install-log

Add the use_memcached question to rewrite-config.pl and all three questions
to koha-install-log. So that we don't have to keep answering these questions
when we upgrade/install with the --prev-install-log option.

For each directory on the list, if an existing file
installed file is different from the version
coming from the new package, it is copied to a backup file
whose name will have the suffix "_koha_<old_version_number>"
or "_upgrade_backup", depending on whether
the --prev-install-log option was used or not
during 'perl Makefile.PL'.
The directories whose files were backed up were
chosen because they contain configuration and
HTML files that a non-programmer Koha user
is likely to change. Consequently, the backup
files produced by 'make upgrade' are not a substitute
for doing a complete backup of one's Koha
installation before upgrading.
