Bug 9978 should have fixed them all, but some were missing.
We want all the license statements part of Koha to be identical, and
using the GPLv3 statement.

A lot of code can be removed just by using Koha::Object
It also makes fetching and updating additional field values easier.

This code was written before the introduction of Koha::Object(s)
Considering the triviality of updating the code, we should go ahead
and switch this code to use Koha::Object(s) now.
