This removes the need to handle single and multiple cases separately,
thus removing bunch if-else cases and simplifying our code. This
coding style is also in line with our other .pl scripts.
To test:
1) Make sure placing a hold still works from the following pages:
/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=XXX
/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?q=a
/cgi-bin/koha/virtualshelves/shelves.pl?op=view&shelfnumber=XXXX
/cgi-bin/koha/clubs/clubs.pl (create a new club and add a patron
there and through the clubs.pl create a hold to a bib)

This patch follows up Bug 24627 to add some additional template logic to
the table of clubs so that the interface is consistent whether you're
looking at clubs during the holds process or during the clubs management
view.
The ways Bug 24627 made the clubs list more consistent with patron
search results made it LESS consistent with the Clubs management
interface.
To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Patron clubs.
- Scroll down to the "Clubs" table, below the "Club templates" table.
- In the table of clubs, the club name should not be a link.
- Hovering your mouse over the table should not highlight each row.
Confirm the previous behavior of a clubs search when placing a hold:
- Search the catalog and start the process of placing a hold on an item.
- On the "Place hold" page, click the "Clubs" tab and perform a search
which will return multiple clubs.
- In this view, the club name should be a link. Clicking it should
select that club for the hold.
- You should also be able to click anywhere in the row to select the
club for the hold.

This patch updates some markup and CSS so that the process of selecting
a club from search results during the hold process looks the same as
when selecting a patron: Club names should be links (like patron
names are) and the table row should have a hover color to help indicate
that it is clickable.
This patch also changes the markup of the Patrons/Clubs tabs a little
bit to make the information clearer: Superfluous Bootstrap-related tab
markup has been removed, and the patron and club search results have
been moved into their respective tab containers. This means that if you
search for a patron but then switch to the clubs tab the patron list
doesn't still display.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)
- You should have more than one patron club defined.
- Begin the process of placing a hold on a title.
- Test the process of searching for both patrons and clubs.
- In each case the name (patron or club) should be an active link.
- Hovering your mouse over the table rows should change the row
background to yellow.
- Clicking the other tab at this stage should hide the search results
from your last search.
- Whether you click the linked name or elsewhere in the table row
you should be correctly redirected to the next step in the holds
process.

The link is disabled but it's possible to click and access the page
anyway.
Test plan:
- Create a new club template
- Create a new club
- Click the Actions > Enrollments link
=> Without this patch you can access the page
=> With this patch applied you cannot, and a tooltip explains why (feel
free to suggest another wording)
- Add a new patron to this club (from /cgi-bin/koha/opac-user.pl#opac-user-clubs)
- Notice that the action link is not enabled and click takes you to the
list of enrollments

This patch removes some instances of the "onclick" attributes from the
template that lists patron clubs and templates.
To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Patron clubs.
- Test the process of deleting a club template. Clicking the "Delete"
button should trigger a confirmation. Confirming should delete the
template.
- Test the process of deleting a club. In the "Clubs" section of the
page, click the "Actions" menu next to any club. Clicking the
"Delete" link should trigger a confirmation. Confirming should delete
the club.
- Also in the "Clubs" section of the page, find a club which has
enrollments. Select "Search to hold" from the "Actions" menu. It
should take you to the advanced search. On the search results page
you should have the option to place a hold for the club you selected.

This patch adds the ability to place a hold for each member of a club in random order.
To test:
1) apply this patch
2) create 2 clubs, (club names should have some part in common, and some part different for each other)
3) in one of them add at least 6 members
4) enter patron clubs management and click on "Actions" button
SUCCESS.1 => club with members has a new action called "search to hold"
5) click on search to hold
SUCCESS.2 => in the list of bilios there appears an action called "Place hold for <club name>"
6) click on "Place hold for <club name>"
SUCCESS.3 => a new window appears where you can select pickup location (defaults to club's library, if any), and the list of members.
7) go back to the list of bilios in the catalog and click on "Forget <club name>"
8) click on "Holds" action of any biblio
SUCCESS.4 => a search box appears with two tabs: Patrons and Clubs
9) click on Clubs tab and search by the common part of clubs names
SUCCESS.5 => a list of clubs that matches the search appears. If you click on any of them, the same page as SUCCESS.3 appears.
10) go back to the search box in SUCCESS.4 and search by the different part of the name.
SUCCESS.6 => because there is only one club that matches search criteria, the same page as SUCCESS.3 appears;
