This patch corrects this problem, by, when a patron record is linked as a guarantor, showing that and not allowing the name to be edited. It still allows manual entry of a guarantor. It also untabifies a few places in the affected files and fixes some inconsistent names.

The template for the guarantor search implies that
the zipcode is one of the values to be copied from
guarantor to guarantee. Fixed so that the transfer
can actually take place.

Abiding by Name Convention.
Using Members wherever it should be used.
Borrower is only used for borrower Categories.
+ GetBorrowersWhoHaveNeverBorrowed
and lists like that.
So this implies quite a change for files.
Sorry about conflicts which will be caused.
directory Interface::CGI should now be dropped.
I noticed that many scripts (reports ones, but also some circ/stats.pl or opac-topissues) still use Date::Manip.

some changes in function signature.

* introducing a category_type into categories. It can be A (adult), C (children), P (Professionnal), I (institution/organisation).
* each category_type has it's own forms to create members.
* the borrowers table has been heavily modified (many fields changed), to get something more logic & readable
* reintroducing guarantor/guanrantee system that is now independant from hardcoded C/A for categories
* updating templates to fit template rules
