This patch adds an id to the <li> which contains
the "limit to available" facet in the OPAC and
staff client.
To test, add custom CSS for the staff client and
OPAC to hide the id "availability_facet" and
confirm that the link is no longer visible.

Confirmed bug with test plan on the bug and checked that
problem is fixed after applying the patch and that facets
still work.
This patch enables the shelving location facet as an
alternative to the branches fact in two situations:
A) SingleBranchMode is enabled
B) There is only one branch in the branches table
Test Plan:
1) Catalog multiple items with different shelving locations.
2) Test enable by enabling SingleBranchMode
3) Test enable by deleting all but one branch

This is for MARC 21 only.
Made following changed:
- In getFacets in C4/Koha.pm added item type facet for 952y and 942c
- In getRecords in C4:Search.pm added code to get description of itemtype codes
- facets.inc in both staff and opac to show item types related label in the facets block
To test:
Add records such that a certain itype (say BK) is present in both 942c and 952y in two DIFFERENT records.
Run a search where both test records are present. Test to see if itype types are presented in the facets block (both OPAC and staff).
Click on the itype (say BK), both the test records should appear in the refined results. This shows that the feature works for both 942c and 952y.

Add paging in opac-detail when coming from a search to be
able to continue viewing the previous and next register
from the detail without returning to the results.
The partial list pagination can be showed to increase forwarding
or rewinding in the pagination.
It's implemented for Zebra search and not build_grouped_results.
The param busc with all the information from the search is stored
on the session when running opac-search and opac-detail, outside these
pages the busc param is removed from the session.
A list of the biblionumbers inside the OPACnumSearchResults range
is passed to avoid repeating the searching everytime we see the
previous or next biblio. The searching will be run again when
we are going to exceed the list and a new one will be calculated
from the new search.

In the OPAC the "query_cgi" variable passed to the template
outputs a string like this:
idx=kw&q=thing
The ampersand is unescaped. Adding an "|html" filter to
the variable. Also correcting some TT markup which
added a new validation error (an unopened <div>).

This patch fixes the following problems with the OPAC search results:
* The facet links were constructed wrong following the change to
Template::Toolkit
This patch also changes the OPAC sorting dropdown to work in the same way as the
staff dropdown. This seemed preferable to having the two use different variables
for deciding which option to select, and it is unclear why Search.pm was not
passing the appropriate variables to the staff client.

Based on patch from Fridolyn Somers with input of Frederic Demians.
Added new Searching preference maxRecordsForFacets.
This pref contains number of result records used in facet building.
Also added pref displayFacetCount (with thanks to Frederic).
Follow up patch takes care of install issues; functionality can already be tested with this patch only.

Based on Owen Leonard's patch, but redone to exclude
a dependency on an earlier unapplied patch.
For future enhancement, limit_cgi and the like should
probably not be constructed directly in C4::Search.
Instead, it should pass back a representation of the search
that the template can use to construct the appropriate URLs.
Done right, that would also make it easier to implement
things like search history.

This patch allows to translate facets label with standart
templates / PO files. Facets are still hard coded in Koha.pm.
Template wait those hard coded facets: Topics, Places, Titles,
Autors and Libraries.
