This should fix the issue on other pages.
Test plan:
Try to download and export the basket (intranet+opac sides).
Re-tested for errors in comment #5, they do not longer appear.

If a record is placed in the basket and deleted, the basket view
exploded with:
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/home/koha/src/basket/basket.pl line 73.
Test plan:
1/ Add some records to the basket
2/ Delete one of them
3/ Look at your basket
It should not exploded
Note that the number of items in the basket is now wrong.
Works as expected.

When a basket/shelf is downloaded, items are embedded, but not when
sending it by email.
We would expect to get the same file.
Test plan:
On Opac and intranet:
1/ Add records with items to your basket and send it by email.
Verify the file contains items.
2/ Add records with items to a list and send it by email.
Verify the file contains items.

This patch fixes 2 places where mails were badly encoded:
1/ At the opac and the intranet, on sending baskets
2/ At the opac and the intranet, on sending shelf/list
Test plan:
Shelf/List:
- Create a list with non-latin characters in the name.
- Add some items containing non-latin characters in their content.
- Send the list by email
Basket/Cart:
- Add some items containing non-latin characters in their content to
your cart..
- Send the cart by email

To Test
1/ Edit the new systempreferences (ReplytoDefault and ReturnpathDefault)
2/ Optionally edit the branch the mail will be sent from, adding email addresses
3/ Test some mails, test sending a cart email from the staff client
4/ Check that the mails have the correct From, Replyto and ReturnPath set
The rules are
If the values are set in the branch use that, else use the syspref

When the cart in the staff client pulls description data for
items.location and items.ccode it pulls the value designated for the
OPAC--probably a cut-and-paste error when the feature was added to the
staff client.
This patch removes the 'opac' parameter from GetKohaAuthorisedValues.
To test you must have at least one LOC authorized value configured to
have different descriptions for staff and OPAC. Locate or edit an item
with that shelving location and add that record to the cart in the staff
client.
When you view the cart, the shelving location description in the "Items"
column should show the description for the staff client, not the OPAC.

Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

P.S. a followup will remove the glue code.

QP-encode both mail header and mail body when sending baskets or
shelves. There is no need to Encode qp-encoded strings.
Note that this does not solve all possible encoding problems in the mail
sent. This is related to decoding CGI parameters and use of TT. That
problem is addressed in bug 11944.
Test plan:
Verify if sending a basket from opac and staff still works.
Check if sending a shelf (list) from opac and staff still functions as
expected.

This patch adapts the method from OPAC to the staff interface (cf bug 8062).
Test plan:
- add somes notices to the cart
- try to send the cart by email
- the email should be the same as before
- translate templates and retry with another language. Before this patch,
the email was empty. With this patch, it contains the list of records
and items.

This patch moves the staff client Cart download choices into a toolbar
menu button instead of requiring that the user make the choice via a form
in the pop-up window.
To test, add items to Cart in the staff client. Open the cart and
choose a download option from the Download menu. Your download
should complete correctly without the page changing or reloading.

- The following export pages used to embed items when exporting,
this was no longer the case, so they were fixed :
Intranet :
- basket/downloadcart.pl,
- virtualshelves/downloadshelf.pl
- catalogue/export.pl
Opac :
- opac/opac-downloadcart.pl
- opac/opac-downloadshelf.pl
- opac/opac-export.pl
- Notes :
- GetMarcBiblio used to embed items data, this was no longer the case,
so an optional parameter was added to choose if items should be embedded or not.
This way, previous work on this bug is not broken, and this is a pretty usefull
feature, imho.
- An optional parameter has been added to SetUTF8Flag, to be able to use NFD during
normalization. This was required to make Unicode/UTF-8 export work again.

Use of switch generates errors in perl 12 and above
Replaced uses of the Switch module by if- else constructs
Removed some mixed space+tab indentation around these where
it generated visual confusion
As of perl 10 you can use given/when constructs but this is not
supported in earlier perls.
Note that this new include builds only the first half of the
anchor tag (<a>). Because title and subtitle are output differently
on some pages, rendering of the second half of the tag is left
to individual pages.
Includes fixes for staff client templates.
Change to basket.pl fixes a bug wherein the OPAC's bibliodefaultview
preference was being checked instead of the staff client's.

Adds the ability to customize CSV exports through the use of a YAML file.
The following customizations are available :
- Preprocessing
- Postprocessing
- Field-by-field processing
The YAML field should be stored in the tools/csv-profiles/ directory and
named after the id of the CSV profile you want to customize.
An example file is provided in that directory.
