This patch adds the new CSS to the global CSS file. Rebuild the OPAC CSS
to test.
The patch also moves the JavaScript for the button from opac-bottom.inc
into global.js and adds accessibility labels to the generated markup.

Like in many websites, when scrolling down the page make a button appear to go back to top.
This can be very useful specially in search results page.
This patch adds to OPAC using Javascript a button with id "backtotop".
Button appears when 300 pixels from top are hidden.
This value may be adapted.
Test plan
1) Go to OPAC
2) Perform a search with many results
3) Scroll down
=> Back to top button appears
4) Manually scroll back to top
=> Button disappears
5) Scroll down and click on Back to top button
=> You get to top

This patch updates the OPAC authority search results page so that it
uses the term "record" instead of "biblio."
The patch also changes how the template outputs the count of records so
that it is correctly pluralized, e.g. "1 record" vs. "2 records."
To test, apply the patch and perform an authority search in the OPAC.
In the search results, confirm that the last table header reads
"Records." The information in that column should be correct, using the
word record or records.

With these patches, jQuery versions in the OPAC and staff interface are
both updated to 3.6.0. The latest version of jQuery Migrate is installed
to allow us to take a slower approach to updating out-of-date syntax.
To test, apply the patch and try as many pages as you can, paying
attention to the browser console to watch for errors.

This patch proposes to add a Bootstrap tooltip to the OPAC masthead's
search field to indicate to the user when SearchMyLibraryFirst is in
effect. I think this lets the form layout stay clean-looking and is more
informative to the user because they don't have to look for the HTML
title tag tooltip.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go to Administration -> Global system preferences.
- Set the OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown preference to "Don't add."
- Set the SearchMyLibraryFirst preference to "Limit."
- Go to the OPAC and confirm that the main search field in the masthead
has a filter icon in the background, indicating that searches will be
limited.
- Hover your mouse over the search field and a tooltip should pop up,
"Searching in <library> only"
- The message should also be triggered when you click inside the form
field.
- Change the OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown and SearchMyLibraryFirst
preferences again and the form should return to its normal behavior.

In modern front-end websites, first think you see in header region is an large input text with a search icon.
No need to say it is a search form.
We still tell it in 'title' attribut for accessibility.
This patch removes 'Search' text.
If 'my library first' feature is enabled, shows a text in title of a
question mark icon.
In submit button, replaces 'Go' with a seach icon and add title
'Search'.

If a staff member has access to the staff client (either because
'catalogue' permission is enabled or they're a superlibrarian
then that user can add items (from OPAC or staff client) to a list
marked 'Staff only'
Test plan:
1. In the staff client go to: Lists > 'New list'. Notice under 'Allow changes to contents
from' there are three options: Nobody, Owner only, Anyone seeing this
list
2. Apply first 3 patches and run updatedatabase.pl
cd installer/data/mysql

3. Restart memcached and plack
4. Create 4 patron accounts:
- User A : Superlibrarian permissions

This patch adds a new system preference, OpacAdvancedSearchTypes, as an
OPAC-specific version of the AdvancedSearchTypes preference. Values from
AdvancedSearchTypes are copied to OpacAdvancedSearchTypes so that
behavior is consistent.
The patch also alters the output of the "Most popular" page so that:
1. The page heading is correct ("Most popular titles" instead of "Top
issues").
2. The table show both item type and collection whether or not the user
has submitted query with one of those fields as a filter.
To test, apply the patch and run the database update process.
- Go to Administration -> System preferences.
- Search for AdvancedSearchTypes. You should get two results, one for
the OPAC preference and one for the staff interface.
- Check that the OpacAdvancedSearchTypes settings match the
AdvancedSearchTypes settings.
- View the advanced search pages in the staff interface and OPAC to
confirm that the tabs look correct.
- Change the OpacAdvancedSearchTypes and AdvancedSearchTypes settings to
be different and confirm that each is applied separately to each
interface.
- Enable the OpacTopissue system preference.
- View the "Most popular" page in the OPAC.
- The page heading should be correct.
- The OpacAdvancedSearchTypes settings should be reflected in the
"Refine your search" sidebar: If "Collection" is checked, a filter
for collection should appear. If "Item types" is checked, a filter
for item types should appear.
- The output of your search should include collection and item type
regardless of what filters you've submitted.

Some discovery tools can't translate ISL-DI results, it would be useful
if we can get ISL-DI output already translate.
This patch add an optional parameter language to GetAvailability, and
make GetAvailability results translatable.
If no parameter is given the output language is the language of the
cookies is present or the first language in the opac language list.
Test plan:
1. Enable the ILS-DI system preference
2. Locate a record
3. Test these URLs:
[OPACBASEURL]/cgi-bin/koha/ilsdi.pl?service=GetAvailability&id=[BIBLIONUMBER]&id_type=biblio
and

There are 2 prefs that control the default view of biblio detail pages:
IntranetBiblioDefaultView for staff and BiblioDefaultView for OPAC.
There are as well viewISBD, viewLabeledMARC and viewMARC to allow/don't
allow access to those page for staff members.
This code need to be in a single place to avoid discrepancy.
Test plan:
Play with BiblioDefaultView and IntranetBiblioDefaultView and confirm
that the links of biblio point to the correct view.

The self registration form stores a new borrower as a borrower modification when verifying by email.
Borrower modifications can handle extended attributes.
This patch simply sotres the extended attributes in the modifications table, and approves a modification
to the extended attributes only after patron is created
To test:
1 - Apply patch
2 - Create a patron attribute and set it as viewable/editable in the OPAC
3 - Set system preference PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail
4 - Reigster a new patron on the OPAC, provide an email and populate the extended attribute

This patch updates templates to include the new version of jQueryUI. It
removes some references to the now unused datepicker widget as well as
the jQuery timepicker addon.
Some minor JavaScript and style updates to fix issues resulting from the
upgrade.
To test, apply the patch and update the CSS in the staff interface AND
in the OPAC
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
IN THE OPAC:
- The OPAC only uses the tabs jQueryUI widget.
- View pages where tabs are used: Bibliographic details, user summary,
advanced search.
IN THE STAFF INTERFACE:
- The staff interface uses four jQueryUI widgets: accordion,
autocomplete, sortable, and tabs
- Test the accordion widget on two pages: Administration -> Table
settings and Patrons -> Patrons requesting modifications.
- Test autocomplete (requires PatronAutoComplete to be enabled) on
various pages. For example:
- From the "Check out" tab in the header search box.
- From the "Search patrons" tab in the header search box, e.g. from
the main Patrons page.
- Place hold -> Search patrons.
- Tools -> Patron lists -> Add patrons to list -> Patron search.
- Test sortable:
- Administration -> System preferences -> Language.
- With more than one language installed you should be able to
drag to re-order the enabled languages. Confirm that your change
is saved successfully.
- Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> MARC structure ->
Edit subfields on a tag with multiple subfields. You should be able
to drag to re-order the tabs at the top of the subfield constraints
edit page. Confirm that your changes are saved successfully.
- Cataloging -> New record. Test that you can re-order subfields
under a tag with multiple subfields and that your changes are
saved.
- Tabs: View various pages with tabs: Check out, bibliographic details,
basic MARC editor. They're everywhere.
Also confirm that the removal of the leftover datepicker doesn't affect
pages which use the calendar include: Test various pages which use
Flatpickr, e.g. check out, renew, reports, etc.

5. You should now see your content from the system preference under OpacMySummaryNote in HTML customizations
6. Try searching for the system preference, OPACMySummaryNote. It has been removed and you should not be able to find it.
7. Try changing/removing/adding content from OpacMySummaryNote in HTML customizations
8. Make sure your edits are reflected when you look at the user summary page

This patch modifies the holds page in the OPAC so that users selecting a
specific item to place a hold on can sort the table of items.
This patch also removes some obsolete JavaScript left over from before
Flatpickr.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Circulation and
fine rules to make sure at least one item type in your system has
"OPAC item level holds" set to "allow."
- Log in to the OPAC as a user who can place holds.
- Search the catalog for items which will accept item-level holds.
- Place a hold on one of the results, and click the "Show more options"
link on the holds page.
- Check the "specific item" radio button.
- A table of items should be displayed. Confirm that the table is
sortable.
- The first entry in the table should be selected.
- Perform the same test when placing a hold on multiple titles.
Confirm that each table of items is sortable.

This patch replaces the use of jquery.cookie.js in the OPAC with the
newer js-cookie plugin. The patch adds the latest version of the
js-cookie library and removes the old jquery.cookie plugin.
To test, apply the patch and go to the advanced search page in the OPAC.
- Perform a search using a number of different limits and settings, e.g.
keyword, item type, and sort-by.
- On the search results page you should see at the top of the results
list a link to "Return to the last advanced search."
- The link should take you back to the advanced search page with all the
same settings filled into the form.
- A search with the "More options" view enabled in the advanced search
form should result in a link which returns to the "More options" view.
- Searching via the "quick search" form at the top of the page should
clear the cookies which were set in order to remember the advanced

This patch updates the OPAC suggestions form to update the variable
used to pre-select the logged-in user's library.
To test, apply the patch and make sure the "suggestion" preference is
set to "Allow."
- Log in to the OPAC and click "your purchase suggestions" in the
sidebar menu on your summary page.
- Click "New purchase suggestion."
- The selected library should match the logged-in user's home library.

I'm not sure if this is the actual issue, but I found that the patch puts the span with
the class "publisher_name" inside a new span with typeOf="Organization".
In this patch, I removed that new span, to keep it coherent with the previous code.

When ordered $a$b$a$b$c in the MARC object, 260 subfields are displayed
$a$a$b$b$c. This goes against the standard.
This patch preserves the order.
0) create a notice with $a$b$a subfields. In that (mixed) order.
1) Go to detail page and see the fields displayed as "aab"
2) apply the patch
3) validate the aba display.

This patch updates the original fix to only set the template parameter
for opac sessions and updates all occurences in templats to check first
for logged_in_user.branchcode before falling back to default_branch

This patch modifies the XSL template for OPAC search results in order to
improve HTML validation: Changing some <span>s to <div>s will prevent an
error when those <span>s contain block-level elements.
To test, apply the patch and restart_all if necessary.
- Confirm that OPACXSLTResultsDisplay is set to "default"
- Perform a catalog search in the OPAC.
- Validate the page source and confirm that there are no errors about
"Element ul not allowed as child of element span in this context"

In order to better see the effect of the CSS change you can add
something ike this to your OPACUserCSS system preference:

View catalog search results and detail pages for records which contain
repeated entries from the tag list above. The entries should be
separated by "|" without customization, or the symbol from your
OPACUserCSS if you specified one.

To test:
1. Have a record with many 856 links
2. Look at the links on both the results and detail pages.
3. Look at the '|' and notice it is outside any HTML element, making it
hard to remove.
4. Apply the patch and regenerate the CSS
5. Look at both the pages again and notice that the '|' is now a psuedo
element.
6. It should look identical to the way it did without the patch
7. Switch the system pref OPACURLOpenInNewWindow to 'do' and make sure
the the links look and function right still.

In case of the previous bug, the page was calling the callback function
every 100ms, endlessly. We should add a test to prevent future similar
problem.
Test plan:
Remove the previous patch "Prevent local cover image to be hidden if
Coce is enabled"
Recreate the test plan
=> You should see the local image displayed after 5 seconds, and a
log in the JS console

1. Set branch code as a PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField
2. Go to the self reg form and look at the Home library field, it defaults to the first choice alphabetically
3. Fill out the other required fields and the captcha. Don't change the branchcode value.
4. Submit the form, it submits.
5. If branchcode is required it should default to an empty value and force the user to make a choice.
6. Apply patch
7. Repeat 1-3
8. Now you cannot submit the form unless you choose a branchcode
9. Make sure it still works normally when branchcode is not in PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField

The OPAC was originally featured a search results facets box that would
collapse at narrower browser widths and show a "Refine your search" link
under the breadcrumbs menu. At some point this broke, with the "Refine
your search" link appearing at the bottom instead.
This patch revises the page to restore the previous behavior.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Perform catalog search in the OPAC which will return multiple results.
- View the page at various browser widths. At narrower widths the facets
menu should appear as a "collapsed" box with a "Refine your search"
link.
- Clicking the link should toggle the facets menu visibility.
