Patch introduces a new system preference "OpacBrowseResults" to control
the feature for browsing and paging through results shown on top of the
left menu on detail pages in OPAC.
Preference is activated by default and can be deactivated using the
system preference.

- Check that browsing and paging still works with after database update
- Deactivate the feature by setting 'OpacBrowseResults' to 'Disable'
- Check the feature does no longer show up in OPAC

Adds the ability to suspend reserves. The new system preference
AutoResumeSuspendedHolds enables the ability to set a date for
a suspended hold to automatically be resumed.
When a hold is suspended, it will continue to increase in priority
as the holds above it are fulfilled. If the first holds in line
to be filled are suspended, the first non-suspened hold in line
will be used when an item can fulfill a hold that has been placed.

IMPORTANT! This patch relies on the patch for Bug 7092, which is now pushed to
master.
As the title says, this patch implements TraceCompleteSubfields,
TraceSubjectSubdivisions and UseICU for NORMARC XSLT, both for the OPAC
and the Intranet. This affects how clickable subject-links are constructed.
To make this work the indexing of MARC fields in the 600 range is changed
to include "Subject:p" in several new places.
To test:
Find a record with a "complex" subject, like "Internet -- Law and legislation".
MARC21 and NORMARC are very similar in how they handle subjects, so testing
on a MARC21 database should be OK. (Changes in indexing reflect changes already
made to the MARC21 indexing.)
Make sure you have these syspref settings:
- marcflavour = NORMARC
- XSLTDetailsDisplay = using XSLT stylesheets
- OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay = using XSLT stylesheets
(Ideally, testing should be done on a real NORMARC setup, but since the changes
to indexing only reflect how it's already done in MARC21, I think testing
on a MARC21 installation with marcflavour = NORMARC should be OK.)
Now try the different combinations of TraceCompleteSubfields,
TraceSubjectSubdivisions and UseICU, and check the format of the
clickable links, both in the OPAC and staff client. Here's what you should
be seeing:
1.
TraceCompleteSubfields = Don't force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Don't include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=su:"Internet"
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=su:{Internet}
2.
TraceCompleteSubfields = Force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Don't include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=su,complete-subfield:"Internet"
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=su,complete-subfield:{Internet}
3.
TraceCompleteSubfields = Don't force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=(su:"Internet") AND (su:"Law and legislation.")
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=(su:{Internet}) AND (su:{Law and legislation.})
4.
TraceCompleteSubfields = Force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=(su,complete-subfield:"Internet") AND (su,complete-subfield:"Law and legislation.")
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=(su,complete-subfield:{Internet}) AND (su,complete-subfield:{Law and legislation.})

When XSLTDetailsDisplay/OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay = on and
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Include, subject sudivisions are
combined with the boolean operator "and". Currently, this word is
translated along with other occurrences of the same word, resulting
in a false "no records found" for users of non-English templates.
This patch replaces "and" with "AND" which should have no effect on
searching (since Zebra is case-insensitive in this regard) but will
make the boolean operator stand out from other uses of "and" in
translations.
TraceSubjectSubdivisions is currently only implemented in MARC21,
so UNIMARC and NORMARC is not affected.
To test:
XSLTDetailsDisplay/OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay = using XSLT
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Include
marcflavour = MARC21
Find a record with a clickable subject that includes one or more
subdivisions and check that the subdivisions are combined with
"AND", not "and". Check that you get the expected result when
clicking on the subject.

1) More lists -> More Lists in order to be consistent with context.
2) More Lists is put just before New List at the end of the combo list. (More logical place than between your and public lists.)
3) More Lists is only shown when the number of private or public lists exceeds 9; this is a pragmatic and hard-coded approach for now. Only if there are exactly 10 lists, this does not really add a list. But who cares about that?

This lays the foundation for further changes for report 7310.
Implements following points from the wiki page List permissions:
1) Preference that controls if users may create public lists in opac.
2) New add/delete own/delete other permissions per list.
Code has been changed (in some cases refactored). New permissions are not yet visible; with this patch current functionality is kept as much as possible while resolving several issues, improving permissions and extending the code for further developments (using the new permissions and sharing lists).
Feb 23, 2012 (revision): Changed defaults for new lists. Could also remove routine GetRecentShelves by using GetSomeShelfNames in catalogue/search.pl just as opac-search.pl already did. (More consistent.)

March 5, 2012: Rebase for pushed 4912 patch.
March 21, 2012: Rebased. Resolving some conflicts in relation to pushed report 7719.
This patch adds a syspref UseICU for toggling between using "" and {} for
quoting in subject tracings. With normal Zebra indexing, "" must be used. With
ICU Zebra indexing, {} must be used.
This syspref interacts with TraceCompleteSubfields and TraceSubjectSubdivisions.
To test:
- marcflavour = MARC21
- make sure you have a record with a "complex subject", like
"Internet -- Law and legislation"
Toggle UseICU, TraceCompleteSubfields, and TraceSubjectSubdivisions and check
that you get the expected results for the clickable links in the OPAC detail
view:
TraceCompleteSubfields = Don't force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Don't include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=su:"Internet"
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=su:{Internet}
TraceCompleteSubfields = Force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Don't include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=su,complete-subfield:"Internet"
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=su,complete-subfield:{Internet}
TraceCompleteSubfields = Don't force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Include
UsingICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=(su:"Internet") and (su:"Law and legislation.")
UsingICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=(su:{Internet}) and (su:{Law and legislation.})
TraceCompleteSubfields = Force
TraceSubjectSubdivisions = Include
UseICU = Not using
opac-search.pl?q=(su,complete-subfield:"Internet") and (su,complete-subfield:"Law and legislation.")
UseICU = Using
opac-search.pl?q=(su,complete-subfield:{Internet}) and (su,complete-subfield:{Law and legislation.})
Check that clicking on the generated links gives the expected search results,
but with normal and ICU indexing. (I have actually not tested this with ICU, so
doing that before signing off is crucial.)
UPDATE 2012-03-16:
Changed the name of the syspref from TracingQuotes to UseICU after a suggestion
from Paul P., to make it more generally useful.
I have used "Using/Not using" instead of "Use/Don't use" in the description of
the syspref, to reflect the fact that this syspref will not change how Zebra
does its indexing - it's just a way of telling Koha how the indexing is
actually done.
I have also set UseICU = 1 in updatedatabase.pl, since that will preserve the
current behaviour of Koha, but UseICU = 0 in sysprefs.sql, since most new
installations will not have ICU activated.

Some OPAC interface controls cannot function unless a checkbox is
checked. Examples:
- Placing a hold on multiple items in the cart window or on a list view page
- Adding tags to multiple items in the cart window or on a list view page
- Removing one or more items from the cart window
- Removing one or more items from a list on the list view page
- Adding one or more items to a list from the cart window
This patch moves these controls into a separate div in which links
are enabled or disabled based on whether checkboxes are checked. It
does so on two pages: The lists view page (when viewing the contents
of a list) and in the cart window.
Links which are in their disabled state should not perform any action.
After checking one or more checkboxes the links should become active
and behave normally.

Adds the ability to perform advanced searches in both the OPAC and staff client on more than
a single AdvancedSearchType at a time. Support included for Itemtype, Collection Code and Shelving Location.
AdvancedSearchTypes syspref preference is repurposed; no longer a single value, it can now take
multiple item code fields separated by "|". The order of these fields will determine the order
of the tabs in the OPAC and staff client advanced search screens. Values within the search type
are OR'ed together, while each different search type is AND'ed together in the query limits. The
current stored values are supported without any required modification.
Each set of advanced search fields are displayed in tabs in both the OPAC and staff client. The
first value in the AdvancedSearchTypes syspref is the selected tab; if no values are present, "itemtypes"
is used. For non-itemtype values, the value in AdvancedSearchTypes must match the Authorised Value name, and
must be indexed with 'mc-' prefixing that name.
<li> elements in tab are assigned unique IDs, so the text of the tab can be altered to match the
library's needs (using JQuery)
The logic to handle the 5 element row limit has been moved from the Perl to the templates, since Template::Toolkit
has a simple method for extracting the count of an element in a loop and performing 'modulus' on it.

This sets the order the fields are displayed in to be as it is in the
MARC (typically numerical order), rather than 100,700,110,710,... like
it was.
Basically, it's a port of the way it's done in the staff client. As
such, it should be able to handle a lot more than it could previously,
including relator codes.
(replaces the previous commit, just removing an erronious comment and
making the commit message more accurate)

This patch actually hides the whole line that contains the icon in the result
list, including "literary form" and "audience", but this is how the syspref
works for MARC21 too, so I'm sticking with that.
To test:
- Set marcflavour = NORMARC
- Set OPACXSLTResultsDisplay = on
- Set DisplayOPACiconsXSLT = show
- Check that icons and information about "Type", "Litterær form" and
"Målgruppe" are displayed in results, "Type" and the icon in detail
- Set DisplayOPACiconsXSLT = don't show

This patch standardizes the condition under which renewal controls
are displayed at the page (as opposed to item) level. In some
places "canrenew" was used, in others "patron_flagged" was used.
Now "canrenew" controls renew controls and "patron_flagged" only
triggers the display of user warnings.
This patch also allows for renewal information to be displayed
for each item in situations where OPAC renewals are allowed but
disabled for whatever reason. This gives the patron information
about used/available renew counts but hides renew controls.

NOTE: Patch depends on changes made for bug 7345 for the "marcstd" option.
It adds a new system preference 'OpacExportOptions':
The new system preference allows to give a list of | separated
values to define, which download options are offered in OPAC.
Possible options are listed in the system preference editor
and include the new export option 'marcstd' from bug 7345.
The sequence of the download options in the system preference will
be the sequence in the OPAC pull down.
If left empty, the export option will be hidden from OPAC.
This patch creates a new include file for the OPAC with all the
code that is common to the three detail views (regular, MARC, and
ISBD).
As a side effect of creating this include file, some inconsistencies
in OpacSearchForTitleIn were fixed. {BIBLIONUMBER} and {CONTROLNUMBER}
were broken for ISBD and MARC view before and should now be replaced
with the correct values in all tabs.

The "hide window" button in the cart called a quit() function
which deletes any checked items. My understanding of the "hide
window" button is that it should *only* hide the window, not
perform any other operations. I'm removing the calls to the
quit() function in both the OPAC and staff client and adding
a CSS class, "close," which is already tied via jQuery to
the window.close() function.
To test in both OPAC and staff client: Add items to the cart.
Try clicking the "hide window" button with items selected and
without. In both cases the window should close without affecting
the contents of the cart.

This patch corrects the bug spotted by Owen Leonard where the Images tab was
showing up even for records that didn't have local cover images attached to
them. The tab is now hidden on the OPAC for records that don't have any
images. In the Intranet, an Images tab will show for staff with permission
to upload images, suggesting that they do so. For staff without that
permission, the tab is not shown.
This permission also disables returning images via the opac-image.pl and
catalogue/image.pl scripts when local cover images have been disabled.

This patch adds display of local cover images in the following places:
1. OPAC Results page
2. OPAC Details page
3. Separate image viewer page for the OPAC
4. Intranet Details page
5. Separate image viewer page for the Intranet
Display in the Details and (OPAC) Results pages is handled via Javascript
rather than via direct embedding, to better handle the situation where most
records have local cover images, but a few do not.
Local cover images do not currently display in the Intranet Results page
How to use/test :
Assign user permission to the user Tools > (upload_local_cover_images Upload
local cover images). In order to upload local images, login to the staff
client. Go to Home > Tools > Upload Cover Images. Here you can upload cover
images either singly or in bulk in the form of a zip file. If uploading
singly, click on image file, browse the image from your local disk, type in
the biblio number of the catalogue entry and press upload. If uploading in
bulk as a zip file, the zip file must contain (in addition to cover images)
one text file named either datalink.txt OR idlink.txt. This file should
have mapping of biblionumber to image file name in the zip one per line
with comma or tab as delimiters. For example:
1, scanned_cover_image_of_bib_no_1.jpg
2, scanned_cover_image_of_bib_no_1.jpg
Cover images will be resized to a large image of 800x600 and a thumbnail of
200x140. Depending on the setting of AllowMultipleCovers, it is possible to
upload multiple images for a single bibliographic record. However, even if
multiple covers are permitted, you have the option of replacing the existing
covers by checking the "Replace existing covers" option on the upload screen.
1. The patch adds a menu link in Tools from where you can upload local cover
images
2. It adds a user permission to enable access control to this menu item under
Tools
3. It adds a system preference OPACLocalCoverImages under Enhanced Content.
This needs to be turned on to show local cover images in OPAC.
Once you have uploaded local images, if you search for the biblio, the local
cover should show up in search as well as search detail pages in the OPAC, and
the details view in the Intranet.
Koustubha Kale is working on another patch which will allow us to set a cover
image source priority in system preferences, and which will then gracefully
fail over to the next source if image is not available from the first choice
source.

By definition, series tracings should search for other records in the same
series, i.e., those with the exact same series title. This patch forces the
tracings to use phrase indexes for series tracings.
Note that this patch DOES NOT respect TraceCompleteSubfields. While that may be
desirable, it is outside the scope of the current patch. An additional follow-up
patch could be written to add support for TraceCompleteSubfields, if community
concensus is that series tracings should obey TraceCompleteSubfields.

Note: Make sure you copy the new record.abs into your koha-dev directory and reindex

Some code coming from BibLibre has been lost in the process of inclusion in
3.4. The result is that fine in days does not work at all (you can setup rules,
but it does nothing)
Step to reproduce:
- Koha > Admin > circ rules > set 1 day fine every day of overdue for default
rule
- Issue a book return date last week
- check-in the book => no debarment is set
The following patch will fix all of those problems by :
* updating borrowers.debarred to a date field (instead of tinyint). It contains
the limit of the debarment
* changing API of DebarMember and UpdateBorrowerDebarred to pass a date
* display debarrdate where applicable. Note that a debarrdate of 31/12/9999 is
considered as unlimited and not displayed
* added a debarrcomment, usefull to explain why a patron is debarred (this is
independant from debarrdate changes and can be used when placing an unlimited
debarment too)
[2011-05-12] F. Demians. It works as described. And I can confirm this
functionality is impatiently awaited by French libraries since one year. Thanks
BibLibre for the good work and for contributing this code.

works perfectly with date formatted DD/MM/YYYY as well
Add paging in opac-detail when coming from a search to be
able to continue viewing the previous and next register
from the detail without returning to the results.
The partial list pagination can be showed to increase forwarding
or rewinding in the pagination.
It's implemented for Zebra search and not build_grouped_results.
The param busc with all the information from the search is stored
on the session when running opac-search and opac-detail, outside these
pages the busc param is removed from the session.
A list of the biblionumbers inside the OPACnumSearchResults range
is passed to avoid repeating the searching everytime we see the
previous or next biblio. The searching will be run again when
we are going to exceed the list and a new one will be calculated
from the new search.

If an author's name includes parentheses or other escape-characters, the tracing links

Test plan:
- Create a new framework, delete Thesaurus from 700 and other fields
- Create a new record in this framework
- Add 700$a - use parentheses
- Check the search links in OPAC and staff detail pages
> before patch link was broken, after it works
Note: Links are only broken when no authorities are being used.
When using authorities the link uses the auth number instead of the text
for linking, so the parentheses don't matter for search.

Although the MARC21 standard requires libraries to set the first indicator to
'0' when a 490 field is untraced, many libraries leave it blank. Previously,
this resulted in a blank line with the label "Series:" but no actual series
information. This patch fixes that by showing untraced series headings for
490s whenever the first indicator is not set to '1'

This patch resolves the situation of translating the parameters at (meaning subfield a and t) of subfieldSelect by replacing at with a_t. This string will not be translated and the xslt function subfieldSelect just ignores the underscore.
It is a pragmatic and easy solution. Theoretically, we should look for a solution in the translation parser. This is much harder and would probably not result in better code in those modules.
Test this patch with the following remarks in mind:
1) This patch deals with XSLT. So you should enable XSLT at OPAC detail.
2) In English or any language not translating the word at: Just check if the links for a MARC 490, 773, 780 or 785 still work at the opac detail page.
3) For a language translating the word at (like Dutch where at becomes bij), you should first rerun your translation process (at least for the OPAC).
4) In that language: Check the results on the vernacular opac detail page for MARC 490, 773, 780 or 785. Without the patch, you would not see a link following e.g. the Series label (with 490 first indicator set to 1). With the patch, you should see a link now.

Display links to parent biblios, show linked items in holdings, allow holds on
linked items. This uses MARC to maintain relationships.
Sponsored by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History and RapidRadio
Solution. Originally developed by Savitra Sirohi and Amit Gupta at OSSLabs, with
UNIMARC support added by Zeno Tajoli. Commits squashed and merge conflicts
resolved by Chris Cormack from Catalyst. Respect for NORMARC and some small
framework portability fixes made by Jared Camins-Esakov of C & P Bibliography
Services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A bug in the 773 coding for MARC21 was corrected from the
original OSS Labs code. The 773s generated by the pre-release code did not have
the first indicator set to '0', which means that they were not supposed to
display. Going forward, the first indicator will be set correctly, but existing
records created with this code will no longer appear (they appeared before only
due to another bug). To correct this, you could globally (or, to make sure you
only modify records created with the Analytics tool, for records with 773$0)
change the first indicator of the 773 from blank to '0'.
== Background ==
An analytic record for an item is a more detailed, monographic biblio for an
item attached to a serial record . This is often used for special issues of a
journal that are released as books on their own (assigned an ISBN, as well as an
ISSN/volume/issue). It is important for researchers to be able to search for
these items both as issues of the serial, and as monographs. It is equally
important for the library to not have duplicate item records for the item in
question to have to keep synchronized.
== Establishing relationships ==
Analytical records are connected to items belonging to parent or host
bibliographic records. This can be accomplished by:
* From an analytical bibliographic record linking to an host item by providing
the item barcode as input
* From a host item by using option "analyze", this creates a new empty
bibliographic record with field 773 (MARC21) populated
* Running a new CLI script that establishes a relationship between the
analytical record and the host item identified by the barcode in the
analytical record's 773$o (MARC21)
== Connecting Records ==
The relationships are maintained in the MARC records, we have not used database
tables at all.
== MARC Representation ==
In MARC21/NORMARC we have used:
* 773$9 to store the Koha item number of the host item
* 773$0 to store the Koha biblio number of the host bibliographic record
The above fields are used to display the relationships in various screens in the
OPAC and the staff interface. Additionally, when populating field 773 with host
item's details, we have used following MARC 21 mapping:
* 'a' <= 100/110/111 $a (author main)
* 'b' <= 250$a (edition)
* 'd' <= 260$a, 260$b, 260$c (place, publisher, year)
* 'o' <= barcode
* 't' <= 245$a (title)
* 'w' <= (003)001 --> if no 001 is available, we can populate biblionumber
* 'x' <= 022$a (issn)
* 'z' <= 020$a (isbn)
In UNIMARC, this code uses:
* 461$9 to store the Koha item number of the host item
* 461$0 to store the Koha biblio number of the host bibliographic record
When populating field 461 in UNIMARC, the following mapping is used:
* 't' <= 200$a (title)
== Treatment of Holds ==
A key requirement was to allow holds to be placed on host items from the
analytical record. We have accomplished this by allowing holds on specific
copies only. Biblio level holds are not allowed. This ensures that holds are
placed on specific items that are relevant to the analytical record.
== Deleting host items with linked analytical records ==
As we have not used database tables to maintain relationships, we had to use
search to find out if any linked analytical records are present. If 1 or more
analytical are present, we do not allow deletion of items. This is similar to
what we see when we try to delete authority records.
== Importing analytical records ==
Analytical records can be imported using bulkmarcimport or the GUI tools. The
new CLI script can be executed after the import to establish relationships with
host items. The script will establish relationships using the host item's
barcode, the barcode must be present in 773$o of the analytical record.
== What if there are two or more copies of the host item? ==
The current design will require that there be two host (773) fields, one for
each copy.
== What if there is no barcode available for the host item? ==
It is still possible to establish a relationship, by populating 773$9 with the
host's item number. However the CLI script uses barcode in 773$o to establish
relationships so it won't work where barcodes are unavailable. Also from an
analytical record, it is possible to establish a relationship to a host item by
providing the barcode as input, this option will not be available as well.
Commits that added the following features were squashed by Chris Cormack (this
is not a list of every commit):
* Display links to host records from biblio detail screens
* Support for UNIMARC, respecting the system preference 'marcflavor'
* Support holds from the OPAC
* Ability to link to items belong to host records from a analytical record
* Display items belonging to host records in the moredetail page
* Ability to edit items belonging to host records, also ability to delink from
them
* Move get host items code into a C4 routine, also calling the new routine in
related perl scripts
* Move host field population to a C4 routine, all changes in pl files to call
new routine
* Allow only specific copy holds for analytical records plus changes to use new
C4 routines
* Support for holds on items linked via host records
* Storing bibnumber and itemnumber in subfields 0 and 9, plus other mapping
changes
* New command line script that establishes relationships between analytical
records and host items and bibs. The script looks for host field (MARC21 773)
in records, and based on barcode in subfield 'o' populates host bibnumber in
subfield '0' and host itemnumber in subfield '9'. The script can be run after
an import of analytical records, it can also be run in the crontab to maintain
the relationships
* Ability to create analytical records from items, to view linked analytics, and
prevent deletion of items that have linked analytics
* New template for catalogue/detail.pl (NOTE: not a new template file, just a
new way of displaying analytics), template displays linked analytics and
allows creation of analytical records
* New zebra index for item number in host fields. This index will be used to
display links to analytical records from host records
* Display title of host record instead of the phrase host record
* Using detail.tmpl for analytics tab instead of a new template file
* Improved qualification info prepration in Prephostmarcfield
* Check for linked analytics before deleting item
* Display link to host record and more meaningful anchor text for edit item link
* Analytical record: Unimarc index in record.abs and help in
create_analytical_rel.pl
* Adding a sys pref that controls display of options to create analytical
relationships
* Add host entry in XSLT stylesheet in staff item detail
* Added host record support to OPAC detail XSLT
* Adding 773$0 and 773$9 to all frameworks
* Adding 773 subfields 0 and 9 to default marc framework via updatedatabase.pl
* Display create analytics and used in links in catalog detail
* Fixed problem where analytical records not showing in OPAC search results
because GetMarcBiblio now needs a flag to add item records
* Fixed problem where analytics count was set to 1 for all records, not just
those with analytics
* Fixed catalogue detail page not to show analytics counts if count is 0

This patch uses JS to add two links to the top of the checkouts
table: renew selected and renew all. Clicking each one submits
the respective form.
Also added is a small validation routine to warn the user if
they try to "renew selected" without having checked any boxes.

OPAC detail xsl adjusted at four places: 773 when leader19=c, 775, 780, 785.
Enable the pref UseControlNumber when testing this patch. And set pref OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay to using XSLT stylesheets.
Test by adding a control number ($w) in abovementioned fields.
Go to opac detail and check if the links work.
Add some orgcode between parentheses or brackets in front of the control number.
Test again in opac detail if the links still work.

Works with and without orgCode in front of $w now.
No change to current behaviour, but closer to MARC21 standard.

patron_flagged was being passed at global scope to the template
but being checked as an element in other structures
Also although items could not be selected the Renew Selected
button was displayed, it too should check the flag
Amended the preference text which incorrectly suggested the
option could be turned off. (leading to the opposite to what
the user might expect)
In the script have explicitly assigned the value to a inumeric
variable rather than making an implicit conversion as it may be
that readers were missing that sleight of hand

In order to allow easier styling with JQuery, including text substitution,
this patch adds id attributes to each div tag containing a holds message.
The following ids are added, corresponding to the template variables of the
same names:
too_much_oweing
too_many_reserves
bad_biblionumber
no_items_selected
no_branch_selected
no_biblionumber
bad_data
none_available

Columns on the summary table are shown or hidden based on a
variety of different settings, leading to convoluted if/else
template constructions if we want to define header sorting
in the <script> block. Using the jQuery Metadata plugin
allows us to specify sorting options as classes on the
table header. This adds a dependency but simplifies the
template markup significantly.
I recommend continuing to specify header sort options in the
<script> block in cases where it is relatively simple to do
so and saving inclusion of the additional jQuery plugin for
pages which really need it.
Other changes: Moved common sorter configuration detalis to
default declaration; Moved the date due column so that it
could be set as the default sort without taking into account
multiple disappearing columns (default sort cannot be set
in the markup for a <th>).

The T:T variable was also wrong in 6 other instances, and needed to be updated from
'BakerTaylorBookstoreurl' to 'BakerTaylorBookstoreURL'.
Scoping issues also present on most all instances
opac-detail and opac-ISBDdetail both use window.print(), so I've
added that to opac-MARCdetail as well. I've also eliminated the
"javascript:" pseudo-protocol because it's pointless. I'd
prefer to have a real link for non-js users but that will have
to wait for another bug.
After applying this patch users with JS enabled should get a
print prompt after clicking the "Print" link on opac-MARCdetail.pl

2. Enable Baker and Taylor images
3. put SOMETHING in the BakerTaylorBookstoreURL system preference
4. check the source of opac-results.pl and opac-detail.pl, and see that SOMETHING in place between "https://" and the normalized ISBN

Part one: followup to the original patch. The variable name for the URL itself was wrong, so despite
getting the link to show up, the href was the catalog page itself, NOT the 856$u. Updating "MARCurl.MARCurl"
to "MARCurl.MARCURL" fixes this issue.
To test: go to the OPAC, and see that the URL in the link is the same as the URL in the MARC
Part two: this problem is present on the staff side, as well. This patch implements both parts of the fix
(renaming "MARCurlS" to "MARCURLS" and "MARCurl.MARCurl" to "MARCurl.MARCURL")
To test: go to the staff client, and check that a)URLs show up and b)they link to the URL in the MARC record

In the OPAC the "query_cgi" variable passed to the template
outputs a string like this:
idx=kw&q=thing
The ampersand is unescaped. Adding an "|html" filter to
the variable. Also correcting some TT markup which
added a new validation error (an unopened <div>).

Owen:
The markup for showing item availability has been moved to an include
file. The include lacked the scope declaration for the item results
loop. Adding the scope declaration to the include file means it can't
be used by other template unless within the same scope, but I'm not
aware of a better way to do it given the number of variables in use.
Frédéric:
I confirm the bug.
I propose a alternative solution which solve the bug and keep its
versability-reusability to the include file. With this solution, when including
item-status.inc, the foreach loop variable name, which can change from template
to template, is renamed by using a local variable definition: ie a variable
name specified after file name in the INCLUDE directive, this variable
temporalily masking any existing variable.

Prior to this patch, the imprint (field 260) was displayed out-of-order on the
MARC21 XSLT record detail page. For example, the following data:
=260 \\$aNew York :$bHarper,$c2003$g(2005 printing)
Displayed as:
Harper, New York : 2003 (2005 printing)
Instead of:
New York : Harper, 2003 (2005 printing)
Even more problematically, the following data:
=260 \\$a[S.l. :$bs.n.],$c1860.
Displayed as:
s.n.], [S.l. : 1860
Instead of:
[S.l. : s.n.], 1860.
This patch changes the MARC21 OPAC Details display to display the imprint
subfields in the proper order (as the Results display already does).

* The facet links were constructed wrong following the change to

This patch also changes the OPAC sorting dropdown to work in the same way as the

for deciding which option to select, and it is unclear why Search.pm was not
passing the appropriate variables to the staff client.

Previous code would only allow for an auxiliary stylesheet on the same server. This checks for
http in the opaccolorstylesheet syspref. If it's found, sets a different variable pointing to the
remote server location. If not found, retains the previous css directory path.
Also modifies the description of opaccolorstylesheet in the installer files to reflect current
usage as an auxiliary stylesheet.
