This patch removes use of dt_add_type_uk_date() from the circulation
history page and updates the sorting configuration according to
current guidelines.
The patch also makes corrections for HTML validity.
To test, open the circulation history page for a patron with a history
of checkouts. Confirm that the date, title, checkout date, due date, and
return date columns sort correctly.

Bug 10649 introduced a new include file for adding DataTables-related
JavaScript assets. This patch adds use of this include file to all
member pages which use DataTables.
Apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm that table
sorting works correctly:
- Patron details (members/moremember.pl)
- The checkouts, relatives' checkouts, and holds tables have been
modified to exclude articles when sorting of titles.
- Notices (members/notices.pl)
- Circulation history (members/readingrec.pl)
- Statistics (members/statistics.pl)
- Update child to adult patron (members/update-child.pl) - This is the
page which appears in a pop-up when you update a child patron to an
adult (from the "More" menu in the toolbar when viewing patron
details).

This patch makes the message that is displayed when attempting to
view circ history for the anonymous patron more informative. It
also removes a potential source of log noise if the AnonymousPatron
system preference happens to be set to a blank value.

When using an anonymous patron to anonymise issues history, this patron
may have a huge number of old issues. In this case, trying to display
the reading history of this patron will perform a huge SQL query.
It is not useful to have the reading history of this anonymous patron.
This patch adds an alert instead of old issues when displaying reading
records of anonymous patron.
Test plan :
- Set syspref AnonymousPatron to 0.
- Select a borrower with old issues. For example 123.
- Look at its reading records page : members/readingrec.pl
=> Old issues are displayed in a datatable
- Set syspref AnonymousPatron with this borrower number. For example 123.
- Look at its reading records page
=> Old issues are not displayed and an alert is displayed
- Using SQL query, remove old issues of this borrower :
DELETE FROM old_issues WHERE borrowernumber=123.
- Look at its reading records page
=> A message is displayed

This works as advertised and seems like a reasonable thing to do. I
suspect that someone will object... Perhaps that person will implement a
solution which uses an AJAX DataTable.

The "return date" column sort is not using the date sort algorithm because it is
confused by the combination of date data and text data ("Checked out").
This patch adds the use of datatable "title-string" sort type.
With that, the date in ISO format are used for sorting and because
letters are before numbers, "Checked out" rows are more recent than any date.
Test plan :
- set dateformat syspref to "dd/mm/yyyy"
- Go to members/readingrec.pl for a borrower having a old issues and
checked out issues
=> Check that sort of "Return date" is correct.

Client-side table sorting should exclude articles like "a," "an," and
"the" when sorting by title. This patch adds a custom sorting plugin for
use by DataTables and a configuration line to the DataTables string
configuration file which can be translated for any language.
As an example, this patch modifies the patron checkout history template
to use the new sort on the title column.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache to ensure the
revised JavaScript file is loaded. Sort the table by title. Titles
should be sorted regardless of the presences of "a," "an", or "the" at
the beginning of the title.

Issue data is passed to the readingrec template ordered
most recent due date first. Datatables unless specified
otherwise do a presort on the data they will display
the default results in an order the reverse of what was
intended. Disabling the presort preserves the initial sort
order until the user selects a different sort

This patch adds the JS required to enable correct sorting
of dates in DD/MM/YYYY format to pages which require it.
To test, set your dateformat accordingly and confirm on the
affected pages that dates are sorted correctly.

The staff client has two almost identical include files which
can be consolidated: circ-toolbar.inc and members-toolbar.inc.
This patch marges the slight differences between them and
eliminates circ-toolbar.inc, that being the one which was used
on fewer pages.
In order to accommodate the different "destination" variable
for operations which redirect back either to circ or patrons,
circulation.pl defines "destination" in the template.
Revision corrects a redirect error in setstatus.pl which
predates this patch but which never showed up until now.
To test, perform various operations from the toolbar on at least
two pages: circulation.pl and moremember.pl.
Operations: Edit, add child, duplicate, change password, print (all
options), search to hold, renew, set permissions, delete, update child
to adult, and export checked-in barcodes. In most cases simply
confirming that the link takes you to the right place is enough.

GetAllIssues can produce large lists
For performance purposes:
Dont loop over the list without cause
Dont do expensive processing in the loop
Dont needlessly copy the array
Do display formatting in the template
Dont extract the barcode list unless we are producing it
Reduce db calls by using the data to hand
Make the table in the template a bit more readable
where everything was stuffed into one line

Works as advertised, doesn't affect display for non-organisational patrons.
Note: Display change in OPAC only affects the summary tab.
It would be a little bit more consistent to make the name show the
same on all tabs in OPAC patron account.

Table sorter script causes error if there is no <tbody> to sort.
JS errors cause the YUI toolbar js to abort, causing the problem
observed. When there are no results the whole table should be
omitted and a message displayed in its place.

The return column sort was not using the right sort algorithm
because it was confused by the combination of date data and
text data ("Checked out"). I've added an explicit instruction
to sort by date. The downside to this change is that checked
out items are sorted with the oldest checkouts rather than
the newest:

Not perfect, but an improvement over completely incorrect
sorting. This patch also adds the necessary check for system
dateformat preference to properly sort metric dates.

Created new include for the tablesorter pager markup:
[% INCLUDE 'table-pager.inc' perpage='20' %]
'perpage' variable defines the default items per page for
the paged table.
Unique changes in branch_transfer_limits.tt:
- Moved tablesorter configuration out of a loop and changed
it to work by class instead of id (less repeated markup).
- Corrected an errant TMPL tag.
