This patch makes some updates to the staff interface print stylesheet in
order to make it work better following the staff interface redesign.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
In the staff client, go to various pages and view the print preview. The
print view should exclude the header navigation, header search, page
toolbars and page sidebars.
- Pages with tabbed displays should show content from all tabs: e.g.
bibliographic details, MARC editor.
- In Reports, check that report results print well.
- Pages with DataTables should print with table information visible but
table controls hidden.

This patch corrects errors raised by the new stylelint configuration in
print.css. Most of the fixes were made automatically by using the
"--fix" option:
npx stylelint koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/css/print.css --fix
Some examples of errors fixed automatically:
- Expected indentation of 4 spaces
- Unexpected whitespace before ":"
- Unexpected unit
- Expected single space before "{"
- Expected newline after ";" in a multi-line declaration block
Errors from use of "!important" have been ignored.

This patch updates the basket groups interface so that it doesn't rely
on YUI to move baskets in and out of groups. The patch also removes
all YUI assets and many long-obsolete references to YUI-related classes
and IDs.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)
- Go to Acquisitions.
- Locate a vendor with multiple closed baskets.
- Click "Basket groups" in the sidebar menu.
- Create or edit a basket group.
- On the basket group page you should see the basket group form in one
column and ungrouped baskets in another.
- Both grouped and ungrouped baskets should be in a sortable
DataTable.
- Test that when you click the "Add to group" button on an ungrouped
basket the row is removed from the table of ungrouped baskets and
added to the table of grouped baskets.
- The button text on the row should now read "Remove."
- Test the reverse operation: Clicking "Remove" on a grouped basket
should move it to the table of ungrouped baskets.
- Test that when all baskets are moved out of either of the tables a row
is displayed with a message specific to that table, e.g. "There are no
ungrouped baskets."
- Test that the basket group saves correctly when zero or more baskets
are added to the group.

This patch adds table settings for the three tables which appear on the
patron's "Print summary" view. This will allow the administrator to
set a default configuration for columns on the print summary page.
To test, apply the patch and restart-all to load the revised columns
settings YAML. Rebuild the staff interface SCSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go to Administration -> Table settings -> Circulation.
- Under the "Circulation tables" heading you should see a "Jump to" link
to "print_summary."
- In the settings for the print_summary page you should see three
tables: print-summary-checkouts, print-summary-fines, and
print-summary-holds.
- Locate a patron account which has checkouts, fines, and holds.
- From the patron detail view click "Print -> Print summary."
- A new window should open with the print summary view. All tables
should display correctly.
- Test that the "Columns" buttons work correctly to show and hide
columns.
- Make changes to the default settings for these tables to confirm that
they work on the print summary page.

Addtional test steps:
-Check printing an invoice, inscept the page and make sure none of the colors are set to #000066
-For the OPAC you must rebuild the CSS ((https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)
-Look at some areas where you might print in the OPAC (try a list), inscept the page and make sure there is no colors set to #000066
-You can also use Jonathan's method of 'git grep -l -c 000066' to make sure no occurrences are left.
-I left macles.tt as is because I am not sure about that template

Test plan:
1. Generate some different notice/slips like ISSUESLIP, HOLD_SLIP, any slip you like
2. Inspect and see that body, p tags and see that the computed color is #333333 or #000066.
3. Apply patch
4. The computed style for color should not be #00000
5. This prints much better, especially on thermal/receipt printers

This patch updates the OPAC and staff client carts to use CSS to
control print output, removing a print parameter which was passed to the
script.
Currently, when you click "Print" on the OPAC basket, it navigates to
a new page and initiates window.print() followed by a
window.location.href change again. Unfortunately, due to differences in
IE, Chrome, and FF, it will either show the print options, navigate away
without showing them, or refuse to navigate away after printing. By
changing to using print CSS, we don't navigate away from the basket in
the first place, so we prevent this irregular behavior.
TEST PLAN
1) Apply the patch
2) Create an OPAC basket by clicking "Add to cart" on multiple items
3) Using Chrome, IE, and Firefox (of any version), click the "Print"
button
4) You should see the relevant print menu without the OPAC basket
re-loading in any way.
5) After printing is complete, you should still be on the OPAC basket
pop-up
6) Perform the same tests in the staff client

The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.
In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:
- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.
- Tools -> News -> Edit news.
- Administration -> System preferences.
Revised: I intended for this to be built on top of Bug 15883. Now it is.
