Since Bug 30718, dates are displayed in ISO format in orders by fund.
It removed dates formating in perl, this must be added in template.
Test plan :
1) Create some fresh orders on a fund F1
2) Go to Acquisitions > Orders by fund
3) Select fund F1 and 'To screen into the browser'
4) Submit
5) Check you see a formatted date in 'Entry date' column
6) Recieve some order from fund F1
Repeat 2 to 4
7) Check you see formatted date in 'Date received' column

This patch updates the saved SQL reports template so that it uses the
new WRAPPER directive to build tab markup.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Use saved. In order to
properly test the patch you should have multiple reports defined with
multiple categories ("Accounts", "Acquisitions", "Catalog", etc.).
Clicking each tab should filter the table of reports correctly.
After navigating away from the page and back to it, your selected tab
should be remembered.

This patch adds a "page-section" container div around the main section
of various pages which lack it.
This patch contains indentation changes, so please ignore whitespace
when looking at the diff.
Apply the patch and view the following pages to confirm that the main
content is contained in a white box:
- Locate a patron who has one or more account transactions.
- Go to the Accounting tab -> Transactions. Click "Details" on one of
the lines.
- The "Details of debit" and "History" sections should be wrapped in
.page-section.
- Go to Tools -> Patron card creator -> Manage -> Batches
- If there is not a list of batches you will need to create at least
one to see the page-section container.
- Go to Reports -> View dictionary.
- If necessary, add a definition.
- The "Current terms" table should be wrapped in .page-section.
- Go to Lists and view the contents of a list with one or more titles on
it. The table of titles should be wrapped in .page-section.
- Go to Circulation -> Upload offline circulation file (.koc)
- Upload a .koc file and click the "Add to offline circulation queue."
- On the confirmation page the "Your file was uploaded" message should
be wrapped in .page-section.
- Click "View pending offline circulation actions"
- The list of pending actions should be wrapped in .page-section

When the 'Duplicate' option for reports was used, the all options
would be copied correctly to the new report, but the report sub group.
In this case the templates were created correctly, but the JavaScript
to create the correct pull downs for each group, overwrote the
the selection.
To test:
* Create a some reports with different groups and subgroups and without
* 'Duplicate' your reports and verify that the sub group will always stay empty
* Apply patch
* Verify the correct sub group is now always selected
* Edit/Add some reports to make sure the group/subgroup controls still
work as expected

This patch adds focus to the search field for a new SQL report from
mana.
Test plan:
1) Navigate to Reports > Create from SQL
2) Click on the new report dropdown and select "New SQL from Mana"
3) Observe that there is no focus on the input and the user needs to
click to start typing
4) Apply patch
5) Repeat steps 1-2
6) There should now be focus on the input and typing can be started
immediately

This adds auto-complete for the sql reports editor codemirror instance.
To prevent a regression in syntax highlighting the overlay mode
'sqlPlaceholders' has been removed and replaced with a highlighting
engine that works correctly with the autocomplete engine.
Test Plan:
1. Navigate to reports and create a new sql report
2. Write an Sql query and observe that there is no autocomplete options
3. Apply patch
4. Write a new Sql query and observe that there are now auto-complete
options that can be navigated through with the arrow keys and
accepted with either tab or the enter keys.
5. Ensure that items bounded in << >> or [[ ]] are still syntax
highlighted post-patch

This makes the filters on top of the 'items with no checkouts' report
translatable. The descriptions of the filters used the wrong terms and
were also pulled from the .pl file, making them untranslatable.
To test:
* Without patch: Run the 'items with no checkouts' report with various
settigs.
* Verify, that the display on top doesn't use standard terminology

* Verify display is improved and standard terminology is used

When no filter was selected on the search form, the heading on
the results table showed as NULL. When library or item type were
selected the codes instead of the descriptions showed.
To test:
* Without patch:
* Run the 'items with no checkouts' report with different settings
for 'By:'. Verify the headings on the tables are not nice.
* Apply patch
* Rerun reports
* Headings should be "Ungrouped, item type or library descriptions

characters, so this does some clean-up prior to doing some

This patch makes changes the button markup in reports templates so that
all submit buttons and any buttons that should should be styled as
primary buttons have the Bootstrap class "btn btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view reports pages to confirm that
everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible changes.

This patch makes some tweaks to the style of Bootstrap modals in the
staff interface, including making a correction to the style of .dialog
<div>s within modals.
The patch makes a correction to the modal markup generated by the guided
reports template for SQL previews so that the modal footer displays
correctly.
The patch also removes CSS which makes links inside headings the same
color as the heading text. The effect of this was to make links
invisible in the headings of hold confirmation modals.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Test the hold confirmation modal in check-in:
- Place a hold on an available title.
- Check in an item from that record and confirm that the modal
looks correct. The "Check in message" box should take up the whole
width of the modal, and the links in the modal header should be the
standard green.
- Test the SQL preview modal in reports:
- Go to Reports -> Use saved.
- Click the actions menu associated with one of your saved reports and
choose "Preview SQL." The modal should look correct.
- Other modals which might be tested: MARC previews from the
bibliographic detail page, the cataloging search page, the Z39.50
search page, etc.

We are adding one column (the one with the checkboxes) at the beginning
of each row if it's possible to export the report to CSV.
However the column settings were not modified. We need to append one
object representing this column.
Test plan:
To test:
* Create a CSV profile of type SQL for exporting lost items
* Make sure you have some lost items
* Run Reports > Items lost
=> You can hide the notes (last column)

The idea rely on the KohaDates TT plugin for the date formatting. We
should not have any output_pref calls in pl or pm (there are some
exceptions, for ILSDI for instance).
Also flatpickr will deal with the places where dates are inputed. We
will pass the raw SQL value (what we call 'iso' in Koha::DateUtils), and
the controller will receive the same value, no need to additional
conversion.
Note that DBIC has the capability to auto-deflate DateTime objects,
which makes things way easier. We can either pass the value we receive
from the controller, or pass a DT object to our methods.

This patch modifies the reports interface to change the reports toolbar
in two ways:
1. The Edit, Duplicate, and Delete buttons are now combined into a
button menu. My original idea was to have it be a split button, but
the logic for handling various permissions made the template logic
too convoluted.
2. The "Show SQL code" button is converted to a "Single toggle" button
(https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.3/javascript/#buttons-single-toggle).
This type of button is specifically designed for this kind of
interface element.
This patch includes indendation changes, so please diff accordingly.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Saved reports.
- Logged in as a user with Create and Delete report
permissions:
- View an SQL report. In the toolbar you should see an "Edit" button
menu with three options: Edit, Duplicate, and Delete. Check that all
work correctly, including a deletion JavaScript confirmation dialog.
- Logged in as a user with Create but not Delete report permissions, you
should see an "Edit" button menu with two choices: Edit and Duplicate.
- Logged in as a user with Delete but not Create report permission (??)
you should see only a standalone delete button.
- Logged in as a user with Execute report permission, run an SQL report.
Test the "Show SQL code" button. The text should change to "Hide SQL
code" and the button should be styled to look like its "pressed"
state.

And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for
translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.
== Test plan ==
This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected

This patch removes an extra point after the number of shown results.
Test plan :
- don't apply patch
- run a report that brings you more than 20 results, e.g. SELECT * FROM biblio LIMIT 50
- see extra ' .' after the number of shown results
- apply patch
- run the report again and see the point isn't displayed anymore
- check the behaviour is still correct when you change the number of rows displayed
- sign off !

This patch updates the saved reports page so that it uses Bootstrap tabs
instead of jQueryUI.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Use saved.
- On the Saved Reports page you should see multiple tabs.
- Each should look correct and work correctly.
- Clicking each tab should result in the table of reports filtering
correctly for that tab (Patrons tab showing only patrons reports).
- If necessary, edit one or more reports so that they have a subgroup.
- Confirm that each subgroup selector is correct for each tab, i.e. a
subgroup created under "Catalog" should only be available under the
Catalog tab.

The syspref NumSavedReports can be moved to the table settings config
Test plan:
1. Set the syspref to a given value
2. updatedatabase # execute the atomic update
3. Go to the table settings page and confirm that the syspref's value
has been retrieved
4. Select a specific colonne for the default sort
5. Go to the report list view and confirm that the "Show X entries" has
the correct selected value and that the table is sorted as you expect.

We already have 2 tables that are configurable, on acqui/basket and
reports/orders_by_budget.
This patch is modifying a bit the existing code to transfer the
responsability/logic to the KohaTable constructor instead of the
template that is creating the object.

have one <h1> tag showing that describes the page, rather than the <h1>
describing the logo.
The hierarchy of heading tags may be broken in many pages, but this
will be dealt with in an additional bug.

There are 2 prefs that control the default view of biblio detail pages:
IntranetBiblioDefaultView for staff and BiblioDefaultView for OPAC.
There are as well viewISBD, viewLabeledMARC and viewMARC to allow/don't
allow access to those page for staff members.
This code need to be in a single place to avoid discrepancy.
Test plan:
Play with BiblioDefaultView and IntranetBiblioDefaultView and confirm
that the links of biblio point to the correct view.

- Run any report.
- On the results page, confirm that the report id portion of the page
heading is styled and labeled "Report number."

'Insert runtime parameter' has now more options for the SQL reports : 'cash register', 'debit types' and 'credit types'
Test plan:
1)Home > Reports > Create from SQL
2)Click on 'Insert runtime parameter' and notice the current options
3)Apply patch and repeat 2)
4)New parameters are now available
5)A simple SQL request to try 'credit_types' option : SELECT * FROM account_credit_types WHERE code = <<Credit types|credit_types>>

This patch updates the way the NumSavedReports preference value is used
on the saved reports page so that the setting is correctly incorporated
into the DataTable.
The patch also expands the description of the NumSavedReports preference
in order to clarify the expected behavior when no value is saved.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> System
preferences and note the value of NumSavedReports.
- Go to Reports -> Use saved.
- Confirm that the first page of saved reports shows the number
specified in NumSavedReports.
- In the "Show" dropdown menu, confirm that the number from
NumSavedReports is preselected by default.
- Expand the dropdown menu to confirm that the NumSavedReports number
is positioned sequentially with the default values. For example, if
NumSavedReports = "78," the menu options should be
"10, 20, 50, 78, 100, All".
- Test with various values of NumSavedReports. A blank value should
result in the "All" option being selected. A non-numeric or
non-positive value should result in the default set of options being
used ("10, 20, 50, 100, All").

To test:
1 To to Reports > Serials > Serials subscriptions and run the report while selecting a branch without subscriptions.
2 Notice console error
3 If you run the report for a branch WITH subscriptions it works just fine.
4 Apply patch
5 Do 1 again, no console error and show no see 'No entries to show'
6 Make sure it also works when you have a few subscriptions for a branch as well
