clean up old-style calls to GetMemberDetails
...
GetMemberDetails() returns only one hashref now,
not two. In all cases where the caller was
expecting two output values, the $flags return
was ignored anyway.

Fixed up the Print module. Added a function printslip that takes a string as an argument. It is easier to prepare the slip and then call the print function.
