Bug 22996: Add new preference BarcodeSeparators
The pref value is used within a regex character class like [pref].
This means that we should precede hyphen with a backslash; the pipe char
or dot does not need escaping.

Test plan:
Run new install or upgrade.
Check pref value.

32cdfed1ec Bug 19722: Add MaxItemsToDisplayForBatchMod systempreference
To test:
1 - Get a list of itemnumbers or barcodes
2 - Set MaxItemsToProcessForBatchMod to less than this number of items
3 - Attempt to batch edit, you arent allowed
4 - Set MaxItemsToProcessForBatchMod to some hugh number like 60000
5 - Try a list of as many items as possible 30000 was good for me (they
        should exist in your system)
6 - Try to batch edit, system will timeout on displaying these items
7 - Apply patch, update database
8 - Set MaxItemsToDisplayForBatchMod to 1000 (default)
9 - Try large file again, should not display items, but allow
modification, wait for this to finish
10 - SetMaxItemsToProcessForBatchMod to 1000 and try large file again
11 - Should be prohibited as before

23a2cd5214 Bug 17465: NumSavedReports syspref
To test:
1) Apply patch and update database
2) Go to system preferences. Default value should be 20 reports.
3) Go to Reports -> Use saved. Confirm 20 results are showing
4) Change value in syspref to any integer (i.e. 50)
5) Go back to Reports -> Use saved. Confirm the number of results shown
is based on the value in the syspref.

05e25dbc18 Bug 17669: [QA Follow-up] Allow zero in temp-uploads-days
As requested by QA on comment33.
If the pref is 0 or the overriding command line parameter is 0, all
temporary files will be deleted. But if the pref is NULL or empty string,
we will not delete files.

Also adjusted the description of the preference in this regard.

fe9a8bf973 Bug 17669: Introduce new preference for purging temp uploads
The new preference is: Upload_PurgeTemporaryFiles_Days.
It controls if the cron job will delete temporary uploaded files and if so,
how many days should have passed before doing so.

Since the default value is empty, it will not start deleting these uploads
until you change the pref. No behavior change. But the dbrev will print a
message if you already have temporary uploads.

Test plan:
[1] Check Administration, Preferences, Tools for the new pref.
[2] Run the db rev.
    If you have temporary uploads, check the reported count.
[3] Bonus: Run sysprefs.sql in a safe environment.

ed0ac0cf2d Bug 14247: Add system preference for news display
Test plan:

* Apply dependant patch 14246 (if not done already).
* Apply current patch.
* Log into the Staff client, go to 'Administration' -> 'Global Preferences' -> 'Tools', a new section titled 'News' should appear with a single option named 'NewsAuthorDisplay'. Available values should be 'Not at all', 'OPAC only', 'Staff client only' and 'Both OPAC and staff client'. By default the value should be 'Not at all' (to mimic existing behaviour, important!).
* Change the value to something different and save the changes.
* Use the mysql command line client to connect to the Koha database:
  $ mysql -u kohaadmin -p -D koha
* Enter the following query:
  SELECT * FROM systempreferences WHERE variable = 'NewsAuthorDisplay';
* Check to make sure that the 'value' column has changed to reflect the choice you made in the above step.

Separate SQL testing (clean installation of Koha):
* Koha$ mysql -u root < create_koha_test_db.sql
* Koha$ mysql -u koha_test -D koha_test < installer/data/mysql/kohastructure.sql
* Koha$ mysql -u koha_test -D koha_test < installer/data/mysql/sysprefs.sql

Testing the update script works the same way:
* Koha$ echo "DELETE FROM systempreferences WHERE variable = 'NewsAuthorDisplay';" | mysql -u koha_test -D koha_test
* Koha$ mysql -u koha_test -D koha_test < installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/add_news_prefs.sql

3de4948bda Bug 12190: fold the "Creators" system preference tab into "Tools"
The "Creators" tab in the system preferences editor had only one
preference. In order to consolidate the display as well as to
address the issue that "creators" doesn't have much of a connection
to "patron cards", the ImageLimit system preference is moved to
the Tools tab by this patch.

To test:

[1] Verify that the ImageLimit preference now shows up in the
    Tools tab in the system preference editor (along with an
    existing Tools preference, MaxItemsForBatch.
[2] Verify that the sysprefs editor no longer has a "Creators"
    tab.

0e8f85a3b3 Bug 11343: The max number of items to process in a batch is hardcoded
Until now, the maximum number of item records to process in a batch was
hardcoded to 1000.
This patch adds a syspref MaxItemsForBatch in order to allow to adapt
this value.

Test plan:
- set the pref to 2
- try to delete a batch of 3 items: they are not displayed
- try to modify a batch of 3 items: you are not allowed to do that
- set the pref to 1000 and try again. Now items are displayed and you
  are allow to modify them.

3a4129e6a3 Bug 7986 Follow Up: Update ExportWithCsvProfile
The ExportWithCsvProfile preference was on its own file
(tools.pref) when in reality it belonged on the circulation
tab. This patch removes the tools.pref file and moves the
ExportWithCsvProfile preference and updates the text
around it to make it clearer.

0f3f61e756 Bug 7986: Export issues for patron
In the circulation page, you can now export (as csv or iso2709) a list
of items which are currently checked out by a borrower.

3 export types:
- iso2709 with items: Export the items list in iso2709 format with item
  informations.
- iso2709 without items: Export the items list in iso2709 format without
  item informations.
- CSV: Export the items list based on a csv profil.

2 new system preferences:
- DontExportFields: a list of fields not to be export
- CsvProfileForExport: The Csv profile name used for the csv export

Test plan:
- Fill the CsvProfileForExport syspref
- go on the borrower circulation page containing checkouts
- Select one or more items and export them to the 3 different formats.
- check if the result file is what you expected

- Test there is no regression with the export authority
- Test there is no regression using tools/export.pl with the command
  line interface
