7ca4d31e82 Tags AJAX and JSON for OPAC side. 
Note, all Tags js will live under KOHA.Tags namespace.
See opac-tags.pl perldoc for AJAX/JSON examples.  The capability is already
there to be very web-servicey, even moreso than the current OPAC implementation
will utilize.

1bf93a36db Facets (current) translatable via template 
This patch allows to translate facets label with standart
templates / PO files. Facets are still hard coded in Koha.pm.
Template wait those hard coded facets: Topics, Places, Titles,
Autors and Libraries.

756cdc15ac Swapping tablesorter version. GZipped version may have been responsible for errors in Internet Explorer. Change to usermenu.inc is whitespace only, for proper display in IE.

0fcad14059 Changing the way items are added to the cart and and lists from the searchresults page: Users now check items and choose from an 'add to...' dropdown which is populated with the logged-in user's lists. The add-to-shelf popup has been modified to accept a shelfnumber so that a users can add straight to the selected list.

a67714128a Button styling in masthead.inc is still conflicting with the js load() functions and the menu popup, so buttons are unstyled at the moment. Still need to integrate cart (basket/bookbag) functions.

5f6120785c Beginning some design changes to the OPAC: put login info at the top, move cart and list buttons alongside main search form. Putting alternate search methods below the search form. These changes will eliminate the left-hand column from most OPAC screens.

030fbd2e80 Microformat support: 
Needed to restore OpenSearch capabilities, and did the following while
I was at it:

  * add support for unAPI: http://unapi.info/
  * add basic support for COinS and OpenURL:
    http://ocoins.info;
    http://www.niso.org/committees/committee_ax.html
  * ^^ Gives us Zotero Support!
  * adding some XSLT stylesheets for handling additional transformations
    NOTE: English and MARC21 specific unfortunately
  * adding back opensearch/rss feed <link>s for autodiscovery

TODO: after the installation, to get the Zebra system running on an external
port it's necessary to hand-edit the configs. I'm looking into Virtual Hosts
which could solve that problem (run on both the socket and a port).

Need to add better error handling to the unapi and opensearch scripts

85092daa56 Warning: Big Commit. Fixing Virtual Shelves 
* prior to this commit, virtual shelvesn't did not function in
    the OPAC! Now they do, except for deletion from virtual shelves
    in list form
  * I've re-named 'Virtual Shelves' to 'Lists' as per our agreed
    upon convention

  * while vshelves aren't perfect yet, they're in enough of a working
    state for the RC1 now

71578b5dcf A few minor changes: Tweaking amazon image js to try to fix spotty behavior (not very successfully), adding "renew all" button to opac-user, though it doesn't actually work yet.
