The advanced MARC editor, Rancor, doesn't obey MarcFieldDocURL.
Make it do so.
Test plan:
1) Enable EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor
2) Set MarcFieldDocURL to eg. http://{MARC}.example.com/{LANG}/{FIELD}
3) Go to Cataloging -> Advanced editor
4) Go to any field and press Ctrl-H
5) Marc field documentation on www.loc.gov or ifla.org should open
6) Apply patch
7) Repeat 3 and 4. The Marc field docs should open on the URL you set

Keeps the selected framework, allows selecting another and validates the record using the correct framework. Contains additional minor tweaks to display proper error messages.
To test:
1. Add a record with a non-default framework in the basic editor.
2. Switch to advanced editor and make sure the settings menu displays the correct framework.
3. Save the record and confirm that the framework code did not change.
4. Change the framework and save the record again.
5. Verify that the framework code changed.
6. Change one framework to make an extra field mandatory.
7. Make sure that the field is required in the editor when the framework above is selected but not when another framework is selected.

Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.
This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.
To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags
- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";
- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)
Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

This patch set does several things:
- it removes USER_INFO and BORROWER_INFO
These 2 variables contained logged-in patron's info. They must be
accessed from logged_in_user
- Use patron-title.inc for the breadcrumb at the OPAC, for consistencies

Test plan:
1) Open up a record in Rancor with an itemtype besides the first in
the list ('BK' in the sample itemtypes).
2) It will show "Book" instead of the correct itemtype.
3) Apply patch, reload the page.
4) The correct itemtype should now show.

The 09X MARC fields, such as 099 local call number or 090
locally-assigned Library of Congress call number, all point to
non-existent pages on the LC website, e.g.
http://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd090.html
Test plan:
- enter the advanced cataloging editor
- begin to input any MARC tag of form 09X
- click the help link at the bottom of the browser window
=> Without this patch, taken to a URL of form `'http://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd' +
tag + '.html'` which is broken because the only documentation for
these tags is at https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd09x.html
=> With this patch applied, the link is correct

This subroutine does a lot a processing and should only be called when
necessary.
In the get_template_and_user subroutine (so called from any pages of
Koha), it is call to pass the branchcode, title, firstname, surname and
borrowernumber values for the logged in user.
This subroutine calls GetMemberAccountRecords which retrieve the items
infos for all accountlines entries of the logged in user.
On members/members.pl, let's say you have 74 entries in the accountlines
tables, the page will execute 115 SELECT instead of 35 if you don't have any
accountlines entries.
With this patch, the number of SELECT is always 31.
To test this patch you should have technical skills to know what to do.
Note that USER_INFO was an array of... 1 element. Now it's a hashref.

koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/cateditor-ui.inc to comply with
Coding guidlines to avoid translation issues: "JS3: Avoid strings which
mix text and markup Text mustn't contain HTML tags."

- Apply patch
- Verify that code changes are correct (html markup moved out of
function _(...) )
- Bonus test: Enable syspref 'EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor' and verify
that it works as before
