And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for

And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.

This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected
Category XXXX is in use. Deletion not possible!
and
Confirm deletion of category XXXX

Previously the sorting took 'chosen' into account and would move a selected match to the
top on next load - it is better to preserve the same sorting every time
When loading matches the 'cehcked' variable was not being cleared, so multiple matches were
being marked 'checked="checked"'. Fixing this ensures the correct record displays as chosen

This patchset adds the display of all matches found during import to the import management screen
A staff member with the permission to manage batches will be able to select for any individual record which match, or none, should be used during import
To test:
1 - Import a batch of records or export existing records from your catalog
2 - Import the file (again) and select a matching rule that will find matches
3 - Note that you now have radio buttons allowing you to select a record, or none
4 - Test scenarios:
I - When 'Action if matching record found' is 'Ignore'
a - Imported record ignored if match is selected
b - 'Action if no match found' followed if no match is selected (Ignore matches)
II - When 'Action if matching record found' is 'Replace'
a - The chosen record is the one overlayed (you can edit the chosen record before importing to confirm)
b - 'Action if no match found' followed if no match is selected (Ignore matches)
III - When 'Action if matching record found' is 'Add incoming record'
a - Record is added regardless of matches
5 - Confirm 'Diff' 'View' links work as expected
6 - Confirm that after records are imported the radio buttons to choose are disabled

a MARC record import.
To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> State MARC for import.
- Import a file of MARC records.
- Click the "Manage staged records" button.
- In the table of staged records the last column labeled "Records"
should be empty.
- Click "Import this batch into the catalog."
- The table of records will be shown again, and this time the last
column should contain "View" and "Edit" buttons for each row.

4. Change some settings, and set “profile 1” as profile name and click on “Add profile”
SUCCESS => The select now has the new profile selected
5. Change profile select to “Do not use profile”
SUCCESS => Default values are now displayed in the form
6. Reload the page and upload the file again
SUCCESS => the select still has the profile recently added
7. Select the profile, change some parameter in the form and set the profile name to “profile 2”, and click add profile
SUCCESS => there are two profiles now, and if you toggle between them, the parameter changes
8. Select profile 1, change one parameter and click on update profile
SUCCESS => if you toggle that profile with the other, the new parameter of the value is shown when you select profile 1
9. Select profile 2, change some parameter and click Add profile (leaving the name as profile 2)
SUCCESS => the page complains there is another profile with the same name, and asks if you want to replace it.
10. Click on accept
SUCCESS => profile 2 now has the new value in the parameter
11. Select profile 2 and change the name to profile 1
SUCCESS => the page complains there is another profile with that name, and asks if you want to replace it
12. Click on accept
SUCCESS => in profile select there is only one profile called profile 1 that has the values of profile 2
13. Select profile 1 and click remove profile
SUCCESS => there is no profile in profile select.
14. Create a profile and click on “Stage for import”

The JavaScript used to process background uploads calls the humanMsg
library under some circumstances. There are several templates which use
background-job-progressbar.js which don't include the humanMsg assets.
This patch corrects those templates.
Note: upload-images.tt has been modified to remove the inclusion of
background-job-progressbar.js because it was unused.
To test, apply the patch and test the following processes which include
background job processing:
- Batch item modification -- the background job is triggered when you
submit your changes
- Batch record modification -- the background job is triggered when you
submit your changes
- Stage MARC for import -- the background job is triggered when you
click the "Sage for import" button after uploading a file
- Staged MARC management -- the background job is triggered when you
click "Import this batch into the catalog"
In each case the process should complete correctly. If you would like to
test the error message handling provided by the humanMsg library you can
deliberately introduce an error into the JavaScript. After applying the
patch you can modify js/background-job-progressbar.js to alter line 63
from:
url: f.action,
...to:
url: f.action + "foo",
Perform the same tests and confirm that you see an error message. Don't
forget to undo your changes to background-job-progressbar.js before

Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.
This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.
To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags
- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";
- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)
Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

Having to write [% KOHA_VERSION %] for each url is bad because:
- It's easily forgettable when adding new <script> or <link>
- It prevents grep'ing for the full filename
- It violates the DRY principle
- If at some point we want to change the "force js and css reload"
mechanism, it will be tedious
This patch:
- adds a Template::Toolkit plugin that generates <script> and
<link> tags for JS and CSS files, and inserts automatically the Koha
version in the filename
- use the new plugin to remove all occurences of [% KOHA_VERSION %]
- remove the code that was adding KOHA_VERSION as a template variable
Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to several different pages in Koha (opac and intranet) while
checking your browser's dev tools (there should be no 404 for JS and
CSS files, and the Koha version should appear in filenames) and the
server logs (there should be no "File not found")
3. `git grep KOHA_VERSION` should return nothing
4. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Template/Plugin/Asset.t

<abbr title="Differences between the original biblio and the imported" lang="en">Diff</abbr>
In translations (e.g. German), the line appears as follows:
<abbr title="Unterschiede zwischen Originaltitelsatz und importiertem Titelsatz" lang="en">Diff</abbr>
The lang attribute is wrong here, it is still "en".
The text language is the same as defined at the top of the page - or with other
words, the lang tag is superfluous.
This patch removes it.

C4::Koha::getframeworks returned a hashref of biblio frameworks.
It was mainly used to generate the dropdown list of frameworks.
The scripts modified in this patch did not necessary order the element
by description (frameworktext), the displays were not consistent from
one screen to another.
Using the same search method everywhere:
Koha::BiblioFrameworks->search({}, { order_by => ['frameworktext'] });
We will know always get the framework in the same order.
Test plan:
Following the different pages modified by this patch, and make sure the
frameworks are displayed correctly in the dropdown list:
1/ acqui/z3950_search.pl - Create an order from an external source.
2/ admin/fieldmapping.pl - Define some mappings keyword / MARC field
3/ admin/marctagstructure.pl - On the MARC frameworks admin page, select
another framework than the default one and click on the 'Search' button
4/ catalogue/MARCdetail.pl - On the MARC defail page, change the
framework you want to use to display the record
5/ cataloguing/addbiblio.pl - Add or edit a biblio record, change its
framework. When editing, the framework of the record should be selected
by default
6/ cataloguing/addbooks.pl - Go on the cataloguing home page and click
on the "New record" button. You should see all the frameworks
7/ cataloguing/merge.pl - Select 2 biblio records to merge. On the first
step (select the merge reference), you should be allowed to select the
framework to use.
8/ tools/inventory.pl - On the inventory page, the "Item statuses" part
should be populated as before this patch
9/ tools/manage-marc-import.pl - Stage records for import. Before
importing them into the catalog, you should see the framework dropdown
list.

This patch revises the manage staged MARC records template, removing
"onclick" attributes from the markup and defining those events in the
script.
To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Manage staged MARC records.
- If necessary, stage a MARC file for import.
- Click the name of the staged file and then the "Import this batch into
the catalog" button. The batch should be correctly imported.
- Return to the list of staged MARC files.
- Click the name of an imported file and then the "Undo import into
catalog" button. The import should be reverted.
- Return to the list of staged MARC files.
- Click the "Clean" button for any record. Confirm that the batch is
cleaned.
- For any cleaned record, click the "Delete" button. The batch should be
deleted.

This patch updates the style of progress bars to make them a little
nicer. Progress bars in the staff client are not built in a consisten
way. Some have been updated to use the <progress> element and some have
not. This patch improves some styling common to both kinds.
Other changes:
- Redundant in-page CSS has been removed from many pages.
- An invalid "min" attribute has been removed from several instances of
<progress>.
- Corrected capitalization.
- Fixed incorrectly quoted attributes.
- Added missing form "action" attributes.
To test, clear your browser cache if necessary. Apply the patch and
test uploads on the following pages:
- Circulation -> Offline circulation file upload
- Tools -> Batch item modification
- Tools -> Batch record modification
- Tools -> Stage MARC records for import
- Tools -> Manage staged MARC records
- Tools -> Upload local cover image
- Tools -> Upload
In all cases, progress bars should look improved and work correctly.
Test Tools -> Batch item deletion. Unused background job handling markup
has been removed. Deletion processing should work correctly.

To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Staged MARC Management and clean a file. If you have no files to clean, go to 'Stage MARC for import' and upload one to clean following the necessary steps.
2) Confirm that once the file has been cleaned, the Action column now shows a Delete button. Confirm this button only shows for cleaned files.
3) Click the Delete button.
4) Confirm that clicking Cancel exits the pop-up message and does not delete the file.
5) Confirm that clicking OK refreshes the list of staged records and the one you just deleted is no longer on it (has been deleted). You can confirm this by checking for the file in mysql (SELECT * FROM import_batches WHERE import_batch_id = X;)
6) Run prove -v t/db_dependent/ImportBatch.t (have written unit tests for CleanBatch and DeleteBatch)

This patch moves the JavaScript files in prog/en/js to prog/js.
JavaScript files do not need to be in the directory which is processed
by the translator.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client to
confirm that JavaScript files are still loading correctly.

The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.
In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:
- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.
- Tools -> News -> Edit news.
- Administration -> System preferences.

EDIT: Comment 3
To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Staged MARC Management
2) Click on a batch to see details
3) If not already imported, then import, otherwise you should already see the button to undo import into catalog.
4) Click this button. Confirm you are asked to confirm. Confirm clicking Cancel will cancel the undo. Confirm clicking OK will continue with the undo.
