This patch adds a vertical bar between the link to display the
matching authority record and the link to initiate a record
merge; prior to this patch, the two links ran together.

This patch gives Koha the ability to merge authority records using the
same interface used by bibliographic records, though slightly different
methods for selecting which records to merge. The two ways to select
records are as follows:
1) Records can be selected from authority search results by clicking
the "Merge" link for two records.
2) Authority records can be merged from the reservoir by clicking the
merge-related links in the Manage staged MARC batch screen.
To test:
1) Apply patch.
2) Do a search for an authority record that will turn up multiple
identical records (or at least two records that you don't mind
merging).
3) Click the "Merge" link for the first record.
4) Click the "Merge" link for the second record.
5) Choose which fields from which record you want to appear in the
resulting record.
6) Confirm that those are the fields that exist in the resulting record.
7) Stage an authority record (for example, an authority record you
saved from your catalog.
8) Search for a record to merge with it using the "Search for a record
to merge in a new window" link.
9) Merge these records, confirming that the resulting record (after
going through the entire merging process) matches your expectations.
10) Set up a matching rule for authorities, and export an authority from
your catalog that will match based on that rule. For MARC21, the
following is a good choice for a rule:
Matching rule code: AUTHPER
Description: Personal name main entry
Match threshold: 999
Record type: Authority record
[Match point 1:]
Search index: mainmainentry
Score: 1000
Tag: 100
Subfields: a
11) Stage the record you just exported, choosing the matching rule you
just created.
12) Merge the record using the "Merge" link, confirming that the
resulting record (after going through the entire merging process)
matches your expectations.

This commit makes it possible to translated the 'staged'
and 'error' record statuses as well as the 'auto_match'
overlay status.
Also takes out a bit of HTML cruft in one string that is
not needed for translation.

Many templates have instances where the path to the prog template is
hard-coded. Now that interface and theme template variables are
available everywhere these paths should be corrected to use them.
Image paths corrected:
- 'Patron image missing' image on circulation pages
- 'Locked' icon on fund planning page
- Tag and subfield edit icons on the authority, biblio editor, and batch
item modification pages (Clone tag, delete tag, clone subfield,
delete subfield, move subfield)
- 'Loading' icon when importing frameworks
Audio file paths corrected:
- Sounds for circulation.pl and returns.pl
Paths to DataTables assets corrected on:
- Transfers to receive report
- Holds queue report
- Holds awaiting pickup report
- Patron detail page (moremember.pl)
- Patron circulation history
- Update child to adult patron page
- Process offline circulations
- Catalog by item type report
- Serials statistics wizard
- Serial claims page
- Koha news
- Notices
- Batch patron modifications
Path to progress bar assets corrected on:
- Process offline circulations page
- Progressbar include file
- Stage MARC imports
- Manage MARC imports
- Local cover image upload
Other image paths:
- "Approved" checkmark image on tags review page
- Table sort icons on lists page
- Feed icon on OPAC search result page
- "Loading" image for OPAC plain MARC view
Path to ratings JavaScript on OPAC detail and results pages

Currently, when importing authority records using the "Manage staged
MARC records" tool, it will show the text "Add new bibliographic records
into this framework:" followed by a drop-down menu of possible frameworks.
Since these are bibliographic frameworks and we're importing authority
records which do not use them, we have no need to show this information.
I'm proposing just a little patch to display this info only for
bibliographic records. From my tests, everything seems to work fine
without this text and the drop-down, although I've only uploaded one
MARC21 authority record at a time.

Test Plan:
Before applying patch...
1) Find yourself an authority record. I recommend downloading your
favourite author from: http://authorities.loc.gov/
2) Stage MARC for import. Choose "Authority" as your record type.
3) Go to "Manage staged records"
4) Underneath the button "Import this batch into the catalog", you
should see the text "Add new bibliographic records into this framework:"
followed by a drop-down of the available frameworks.
Optionally) You can also try this for bibliographic records. You'll find
the same.
After applying the patch...
5) Repeat steps 2 and 3.
6) Underneath the button "Import this batch into the catalog", you
should just see a table listing your MARC record(s).
7) Stage MARC for import. Choose "Bibliographic" as your record type.
8) Go to "Manage staged records".
9) You should find step 4 still to be true (i.e. the "Add new
bibliographic..." text should still be there).

Status information about staged MARC record batches was being pulled
directly from the import_batches table where they are stored as English
strings. This patch puts a check on the status value into the template
so that translatable strings can be embedded.
To test, apply the patch and view both the table of staged MARC record
batches and details about individual batches. In the default 'en'
translation you should see import statuses displayed with a capital
letter ("Staged"). This indicates that the status is now being pulled
from the template.

Expose authority import functionality to the command line import
scripts, and rename them from commit_biblios_file.pl and
stage_biblios_file.pl to commit_file.pl and stage_file.pl.
To test (note that these instructions assume you have a MARC21
installation and are using the provided sample file):
1. Find a file of authorities (a sample file with MARC21 authorities
is attached to bug 7475) and download it to your server
2. Stage the file using the following command (replace <filename> with
the name of the file you saved in step 1):
> misc/stage_file.pl --file <filename> --authorities
3. Note the batch number the script assigns to your batch
4. Commit the records using the following command (replace <batchnumber>
with the batch number you made note of in step 3):
> misc/commit_file.pl --batch-number <batchnumber>
5. Index the authorities Zebraqueue (or wait)
6. Confirm that the new authorities appear.
7. Create a matching rule with the following settings:
Code: AUTHTEST
Description: Personal name main entry
Match threshold: 999
Record type: Authority record
Search index: Heading-main
Score: 1000
Tag: 100
Subfields: a
Offset: 0
Length: 0
(note the ID of this matching rule)
8. Stage the authority file again, this time using the following
command:
> misc/stage_file.pl --file <filename> --authorities \
--match <matchingrule>
7. Revert the import with the following command:
> misc/commit_file.pl --batch-number <batchnumber> --revert
8. Index the authorities Zebraqueue (or wait)
9. Confirm that the records have been removed
10. Import an authority record with the Stage MARC/Manage staged MARC
tools in exactly the way you would for a bibliographic record,
but choose "Authority" instead of "Bibliographic" for the record
type.

There is template logic in manage-marc-import.tt which is intended
to set the "selected" option for the framework chooser ("Add new
bibliographic records into this framework"). However, I can't see
any place in the code which sends the "selected" variable to the
template, and I can't see any circumstance in which a value would
be passed to the template.
This patch removes the "selected" variable from the template.
