On comment bug 11088 comment 2, Owen explained the problem with the
fixFloat toolbar. Since we have a hidden div, the plugin does not manage
to place the toolbar correctly.
In order to make it work, this patch adds some changes to the plugin to
add the ability to define our own offset.
When the div is extended (+, filteraction_on), the offset should be
updated to move the toolbar. Same when the div is folded (-,
filteraction_off)

The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.
In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:
- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.

I have replaced the "Import record" icon as per the discussion on Bug

- Confirm that the icons in the toolbar look correct.
- Click the "Macros" button and confirm that toolbar buttons in the

- Click the "Advanced" link in the left-hand sidebar and confirm that

This patch adds the ability to use a WYSIWYG editor for system preferences.
The key files that I touch are:
1) admin/systempreferences.pl
2) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/preferences.tt
3) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/systempreferences.tt
I also add:
4) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/wysiwyg-systempreferences.inc
and
5) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/lib/tiny_mce/plugins/advimage
This plugin is part of the TinyMCE distribution. It used to be in Koha, but
then someone removed it. It's useful for preferences like "opacheader" though.
*If you're using anything except IE, this should work super well. If
you're using IE, it'll probably only work for keyboard input and dragging
text within the editor box but not from outside of it. IE has worse
security, so you can probably paste using the context menu paste.
*While I think a WYSIWYG editor can be useful, there might be times
where the content is displayed differently than it is in the editor
because of higher level CSS and Javascript.

This follow up makes some corrections to the previously added files and
adds some functionality to the diff: A Javascript diff plugin highlights
the differences between the records in the two columns.
Corrections made: Converted tab indentation to spaces, corrected GPL
statement.
File organization: Moved showdiffmarc.pl and .tt to /tools/ to match the
location of the page with which it functions,
tools/manage-marc-import.pl. Corrected permissions on showdiffmarc.pl
accordingly.
Updates to the template: Added standard includes inclucing header menu
and breadcrumbs; converted custom layout to YUI Grid standard.
To test, follow the test plan previously defined:
- Stage a MARC record batch which contains at least one record match for
something already in your catalog.
- Locate the staged MARC record batch in Tools -> Manage staged records
and click to view the contents.
- Find the record which matched an existing record and click the "View"
link in the Diff column.
- The compare screen should include the header menu and breadcrumbs. The
differences between your staged file and the existing record should be
higlighted.
- You should be able to return to the MARC batch you were previously
viewing by following the link in the breadcrumbs or the link at the
bottom of the page.
- Confirm that the "About" page includes information about the new
JavaScript plugin on the Licenses tab.

When a patron has many checked out items, circulation.pl can take a very
long time to load ( on the order of minutes in some cases ). This is
primarily due to the processing of the previous checkouts list. If we
convert to this table to a datatable that fetches its data via ajax, we
can make circulation.pl far more responsive. The same should be done
with relative's checkouts as well.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Observe that the checkouts and relatives' checkouts tables
are now loaded asynchronously
3) Observe and verify the renew and return actions are now
ajax based and function in a manner equivilent to how they
used to.
