This patch replace use of CGI::scroll_list() to show list of branches.
In two files, marc21_linking_section.pl and unimarc_field_4XX.pl,
the scrolling list is created but not used in the template file,
so the code is removed.
Also minor renaming/normalizing of variables.
To test:
1) Install with some branches, records and patrons
2.1) Select a record, click 'Place hold', select user,
there is a library pull-down next to 'Pickup at:',
list is ordered case sensitive
2.2) Go to Reports > Average loan time,
next to Library is a pull-down,
list without order
2.3) Go to Reports > Catalog by item type,
next to 'Select a library' is a pull-down,
list is ordered case sensitive
2.4) This is tricky, go to Reports home,
change last part of URL 'reports-home.pl' with
'manager.pl?report_name=issues_by_borrower_category'
(can't find a direct link), next to 'Select a library'
is a library pull-down,
list without order
2.5) Edit/Add a patron, on section 'Library management'
there is a library pull-down, case sensitive
2.6) OPAC, as logged user, make a suggestion or hold,
there is library pull-down, correct order
3) Apply the patch
4.1) Repeat 2.1), correctly ordered list
4.2) Repeat 2.2), correctly ordered list
4.3) Repeat 2.3), correctly ordered list
4.4) Repeat 2.4), correctly ordered list
4.5) This is a bit more work
There are 3 possible situations to test:
A) No branches, must show a message that are no
libraries defined
B) New patron, must show a correctly ordered
list of branches, current branch selected
C) Edit patron, must show a correctly ordered
list of branches, patron branch selected
4.6) Small changes on variable names, so retest 2.6)

Reimplements Paul Poulain's original OPAC Privacy patch, with some minor improvements and changes to wording
If the library enables the OPACPrivacy system preference along with the opacreadinghistory preference, and sets
an AnonymousPatron (must be a valid patron number in the database), the user will see a new tab upon login to
the OPAC, My Privacy. From there, the user can:
- Set their OPAC Privacy to one of three values
0 - Forever. This keeps their reading history unless they explicitly delete it; the bulk anonymiser won't touch it
1 - Default. Keep reading history until either they delete it or the library does
2 - Never. Instantly anonymises reading history upon item return
- Instantly delete their reading history
There is a warning and a popup to confirm. I've removed Paul's extra confirm checkbox, which seemed redundant
A note of which preference the patron has selected is added to the Patorn Details page in the staff client. This is read-only.
This patch also consolidates Privacy system preferences into the Privacy section of the OPAC tab.
Thank you to BibLibre for the original implmentation of this patch, and Los Gatos Public Library for funding and
testing the reimplementation.

Removed instances of 'use YAML' that were either completely
unnecessary or which were used only in debug code. Also
removed a needless import of Data::Dumper.

This patch adds a description of the itype next to the image that i suppose to appear in the selection list.
Fixed the path of the image in opac-suggestions.pl, but I'm not sure if you can actually display an image in a <SELECT> list option.
Also removed an extra </label> closing tag.

Displays the Branch name and Category description along with their codes in Suggestion Management.
Also since I joined to the branches table the 'map' function in opac-suggestions.pl to retrieve the branchname was no longer necessary.

If a user views suggestions of another user, syspref (OPACViewOthersSuggestions), a selection check box for deletion appeared next to all of the suggested titles whether the logged-in user owned them or not. - fixed
Also fixes the "Clear all" and "Select all" links which appeared for anonymouse users, if AnonSuggestions is turned on.

I agree that opac-suggestions.tmpl modification is Not required any longer.
But still, the modification in opac-suggestions.pl is really necessary.
If you donot do that, ppl are presented with ALL suggestions and not
their suggestions by default, which is not what My Suggestions suggests.
So this implies quite a change for files.
Sorry about conflicts which will be caused.
directory Interface::CGI should now be dropped.
I noticed that many scripts (reports ones, but also some circ/stats.pl or opac-topissues) still use Date::Manip.
* acquisition rewritte : create a aqbasket table to deal with "bookseller order header".
* add "close basket" feature : a closed basket can't be modified
* suggestion feature : manage suggestions in acquisition (after suggestion filled in OPAC)
