bc2a1d18e2 Bug 1623 - Provide view of approved comments
This patch creates two tabs on the comments administration page:
one for approved comments and one for unapproved comments. Each
display is paginated according to the numSearchResults preference.
The list of approved comments has, instead of a link to approve,
a link to unapprove.

The JavaScript table sorter has been removed since it doesn't make
sense to sort individual pages of a multi-page result set.

d3c02c6bb6 Bug 7259 - Show a count of items pending approval on staff client home and tools pages
This patch adds count indicators on the staff client home page and
the tools page for the number of items pending approval. On the
home page this includes suggestions, comments, and tags. On the tools
page a count of pending comments and tags is shown.

Counts appear for all types of actionable items listed, all are clickable through to the proper place.

Nice work!

[Enhancement][3.4] Add RFC822 Format to C4::Dates

This patch adds RFC822 formatting to C4::Dates. It also updates Dates.t
appropriately. Consult the POD for this module for how to use
this format.

Please note that this module *does not* handle TZ conversion at this point.
This means that the TZ portion of a RFC822 time will be truncated and the converted
time will be in the same TZ as was passed in. When generating an RFC822 time,
the local TZ offset will be included since none of the other supported formats
provide a means for including their TZ. This is not a problem introduced by the
addition of RFC822 formatting. Rather it is due to this module not having TZ
support to begin with.

Also note that the dow, moy abbreviations are English as required by
RFC822 section 3.3 (thanks to self for pointing that out).

fddba9685c minor cleanup, remove $sth->finish's. No documentation impact.
For details: see http://search.cpan.org/~timb/DBI-1.14/DBI.pm
"There's no need to call finish if you're about to destroy or re-execute the statement handle."
In all these cases the sth is falling out of scope, about to be destroyed.

9796fc3b87 A work in progress still.
This module is for dealing with user submitted reviews of items
Currently it allows (with some scripts) a user to review any item on their reading record.
The review is marked unvetted, and a librarian must vette and approve the review before it can show to the public

The scripts to add/edit a review, and to display them for the opac are done.
The script to display a list of reviews waiting vetting for the librarians has also been done.
