This patch makes two categories of changes:
1. CSS changes to accommodate changes in DataTables default CSS and
markup structure. I've tried to make sure all of our Koha-specific
styles are still applying.
This change necessitates a rebuild of staff interface CSS.
2. DataTables option names: In this version of DataTables you can't
override a default which uses CamelCase (e.g. "pagingType") with one
in "Hungarian" notation, e.g. "sPaginationType." Since we define many
default options in prog/js/datatables.js in camel case, any template
which previously used a Hungarian notation option to override the
default has now been updated to use the CamelCase version.
See https://datatables.net/upgrade/1.10-convert#Options for a summary
of the different option name changes.

This patch cleans out the print media css rules that were originally
added for modalprinting. The window.open method is simpler to maintain
and will more reliably print modal content as expected.
We factor out the printer code into it's own JS asset that we can apply
to other printable modals and then use it in the two existing places
where such modals have been defined already (cashup summary and bundle
confirmation).

This patch makes several markup corrections to the Point of Sale page,
fixing duplicate ids, invalid "selected" attributes*, a broken comment
tag, and an invalid "href" attribute.
* The "selected" attribute in this template is on a disabled <option>,
so it can't be selected.
The patch also changes <div class="action"> to <fieldset class="action">
for consistency and better layout.
It makes some changes to the "Payment received" dialog in order to
improve visual consistency.
To test, apply the patch and make sure the EnablePointOfSale preference
is turned on.
- Go to Point of Sale.
- Test the process of adding items for purchase and collecting payment.
- After you submit the payment the confirmation dialog should look
correct, and the "Print" and "Email" buttons should both work
correctly.

This patch adds a new `StaffPOSHome` block to the HTML
Customisations options. This allows for the addition of a block of
content in a page-section at the bottom of the point of sale page.
NOTE: All the blocks have been placed at the bottom of the home pages
respectively for consistency. However, in this case it doesn't look as
clean as the content above is a form.

cashups are searchable with non-laint1 chars.
To test:

(e.g. خمسة)
2. Setup a debit type that can be sold.
3. Use the POS module to have some activity, using both your regular
user and the other one.
4. Go to the register you used, and choose 'Transaction history'
5. Perform a couple cashups with each user ('Record cashup').
6. Look at the 'Cashup history' table
=> SUCCESS: You see cashups for both users
7. Use the 'Search' filter with latin chars
=> SUCCESS: Your user with only latin1 chars is displayed on the table
8. Repeat, using some non-latin1 char found on the other user
=> FAIL: Table is not refreshed or filtered!
9. Apply this patch

11. Repeat 8

This patch removes the circ/ysearch.pl script used by the jQuery autocomplete widget.
We can now use the /api/v1/patrons endpoint to retrieve the patrons and
generate the patron result list.
Prior to this patch the different occurrences were defining the style
and the list of patron's attributes to display for each option (name,
date of birth, age, address, etc.). Now they are all displaying the same
information.
To acchieve this we had to:
* Make js-date-format.inc and js-patron-get-age.inc available from js_includes.inc
and so available from everywhere, which is certainly a good move. We
could discuss why this code is in include file instead of JS files
however.
* Remove the .ajaxSetup call in tags-review.js to reduce its scope: an
underscore parameter was added to the REST API query (?)
A better solution would have been to extend the existing widget
(https://learn.jquery.com/jquery-ui/widget-factory/extending-widgets/)
but I didn't manage to do it, and I feel like there is a bug in jQuery
autocomplete. The "source" was not taken into account.
We could think about replacing the jQuery autocomplete with something
else, but that's outside the scope of this bug.
Test plan:
Search for patrons and confirm the autocomplete works and that the
"select" action works as before (either a redirect or select the
patrons) on the different views:
* Place a hold
* Search for tags (form on the left)
* In the header, "Check out" and "Search patrons"
* Add instructors to course reserves
* View logs (the "librarian" input)

When implimenting the refund features into the point of sale system, it
appears that at some point we lost the ability to apply refunds against
accountlines in the historic transactions table. This patch restores
that ability.
Test plan:
1/ Add some transations via the point of sale system
2/ Navigate to the 'register details' page and note that you have the
option to refund some of the lines.
3/ Use the Cashup option to make the transactions historic
4/ Refresh the page and then select a past date to see the historic
transactions in the second datatable
5/ Note that the option to refund has not dissapeared from all lines
6/ Apply patch
7/ Refresh and note the refund option now appears as expected.

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the plugins and pos folders are swapped around to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

This patch centralises the payment/transaction type select options
handling so the SIP types are properly in all cases.
Test plan
1) Check that SIP payment types are properly hidden on the following
modals.
1a) Refund modal on the borrower account page (The 'Account credit'
option should appear here)
1b) Payout modal on borrower account page
1c) Payment via paycollect
1d) Payment via point of sale
1e) Refund via point of sale, register details page (The 'Account
credit' option should only appear for debts associated to a patron and
not for payments accepted via point of sale)
2) Signoff
