This patch adds a to_api_mapping method to the class. This in effect
enables calling ->to_api on the object. The mapping is borrowed from the
API controller. It is not removed from the controller so we are able to
verify (through the tests) that there is no behavior change.
Once this is pushed we need to implement the counter-wise methods and
clean the controllers.

Koha::Object-based classes implement the mappings.

This patchset adds endpoints for the patrons to change their privacy
settings regarding their guarantors.
The following endpoints are added:
PUT /public/patrons/:patron_id/guarantors/can_see_charges
PUT /public/patrons/:patron_id/guarantors/can_see_checkouts
They can only be used by the patron themselves with valid sessions. And
enforce the AllowPatronToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor and
AllowPatronToSetFinesVisibilityForGuarantor system preferences when
required.

When making a request using any tool (like cUrl or Postman) you get a
'Basic authentication disabled' error (if it is actually disabled) or an
'invalid password' error if it is disabled. This is because the
comparisson of the path we do passes on oauth.t but fails on external
tools. This is probably related to our stack including Apache URL
mappings and then in the plack.psgi file. The safest way is to just ask
Mojo::URL the absolute path to be sure.
To test:
- Having the rest of the patches applied and plack restarted, run: [1]
$ curl -X POST -H 'Authorization: Basic ZGQ2NjlmNGUtZmI1NS00Y2YzLWE4ZmYtYmFiYzJiNDIwNWY1OmM0ZDJmYmYzLWYwOWMtNGJkZi1iNWE4LTgxMDJmNjcwYTI1Mw' -i 'http://kohadev.myDNSname.org:8081/api/v1/oauth/token' --data grant_type=client_credentials

The original implementation only contemplated the option to pass the
client_id and client_secret on the request body. It is very common that
clients expect to be able to pass them as a Basic authorization header:
Authorization: Basic encode_base64(client_id:client_secret)
This patch introduces support for this, by:
- Adding a check for the presence of the Authorization header in the
OAuth token request handling code and making that case extract the
client_id and client_secret from the header instead of the original
implementation. No behaviour changes.
- The Auth#under sub is changed so it doesn't go through the
authenticate_api_request chain step, as it would be in conflict with
general Basic authentication.
- Original tests are generalized so they are run in both ways, with the
same expected results.
To test:
- Apply the unit tests patch
- Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/oauth.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail because the current API doesn't support the feature
- Apply this patch

This patch serves static files declared within plugins.
To declare static files the plugin must implement the method 'static_routes' which retrieves the spec of static file routes to add to the API.

This patch moves the display of a patron's ILL requests to be inline in
the Patron Profile page, as per all other patron information.
It includes a substantial refactor of
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/ill/ill-requests.tt in that it
moves the display of the illlist table (which is populated by an API
request) into it's own separate include file. It also moves the
datatable related Javascript for this table into it's own JS file. Doing
this allows us to reuse both in both the new members/ill-requests.tt
template and the pre-existing ill/ill-requests.tt template.
To test:
1) Ensure ILL is enabled and your user has sufficient permissions
2) Ensure your user has some ILL requests
3) Navigate to the user's patron profile page
4) Click on the "Interlibrary loans" tab
5) Observe that the requests table is displayed inline
6) Observe that only your user's requests are displayed
