New revision updates for current master and cleans up new
instances introduced by recent commits.

2 problems found, fixing those in follo up patches:
- late orders don't allow more than 1 order to be selected
- basketgroups: 'Edit vendor' does the same as 'Manage orders'
The bug throw because the booksellerid is not in the request, and the newordersuggestion.pl need this one to import
it in a new order.
So I just added an hidden input in the search form.

This commit results in failed searches all over the place, I'm reverting
the revert :-)

The patch default search on kw-wrdl is bugguy, as there ca be 2 idx (maybe an API limit,not sure)
So i've reverted it and added kw,wrdl on every place there is a query (the search boxes)
QUESTION : isn't it possible to have a single query for catalogue, that is TMPL_INCLUDE'd ?
