This patch adds a couple of new CSS classes for formatting content in
columns: .columns-3 and .columns-4. The four-column class is applied to
the dev team and contributing companies lists on the about page.
The patch also modifies the style of H3 on this page to improve
readability.
Unrelated: "Nelsonville Public Library" corrected to "Athens County
Public Libraries."

looks good. Confirm that the dev team and contributing companies lists

- Clicking the adjacent menu link should display a menu containing links
to advanced search and item search.

It is possible to set up circulation rules to limit trapping of holds by pickup library and itemtype.
To make it easier to understand which holds will be trapped in a given circumstance,
it would be nice if we could optionally group holds by pickup library and/or itemtype.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Enable AllowHoldItemTypeSelection
4) Pick a record and create holds with various pickup libraries and itemtype combinations
5) Enable HoldsSplitQueueNumbering
6) Try the different combinations of HoldsSplitQueue
7) Ensure the hold "arrows" move the items correctly
* Up and down arrows should move hold above or below the adjacent hold within a hold fieldset
* Top and borrom arrows should move hold to the top or bottom within a hold fieldset

This alternate patch adds a new icon to the sprite image which gives
icons to the link on the staff client home page. It modifies the CSS
positioning for all the links as the new image sprite is somewhat
different.
The SVG file from which the sprite image was generated is also updated,
and the about page has been updated to give credit to the creator of the
icon.
Unrelated change: The cataloging link is moved to the second column.

This patch converts staff-global.css to Sass, using SCSS syntax. This
changes the build process for Koha to include installation and execution
of yarn to install npm dependencies and run SCSS -> CSS conversion.
To test, apply the patch and run the following:
$ sudo apt-get install nodejs npm [not necessary in kohadevbox]
$ sudo npm install -g yarn
$ yarn install
$ yarn build
Clear your browser cache if necessary and confirm that CSS styling
throughout the staff client looks correct.
The "yarn build" command triggers a gulp process which compiles SCSS to
CSS, adds automatic vendor-prefixing, and minifies the resulting CSS
file.
There is also a "yarn css" command available which might be used by
developers who are making changes to SCSS. This command does two things
differently:
1. Adds .css.map files which aid CSS debugging using in-browser
inspector tools.
2. Compiles staff-global.css without minification. It can be useful to
see unminified CSS during development, especially to see how SCSS
compiles.
This patch adds a configuration file for sass-lint, .sass-lint.yml.
Currently this configuration is not used during the build process but
can be used in a code editor which supports linting.

This patch updates the OPAC and staff client carts to use CSS to
control print output, removing a print parameter which was passed to the
script.
Currently, when you click "Print" on the OPAC basket, it navigates to
a new page and initiates window.print() followed by a
window.location.href change again. Unfortunately, due to differences in
IE, Chrome, and FF, it will either show the print options, navigate away
without showing them, or refuse to navigate away after printing. By
changing to using print CSS, we don't navigate away from the basket in
the first place, so we prevent this irregular behavior.
TEST PLAN
1) Apply the patch
2) Create an OPAC basket by clicking "Add to cart" on multiple items
3) Using Chrome, IE, and Firefox (of any version), click the "Print"
button
4) You should see the relevant print menu without the OPAC basket
re-loading in any way.
5) After printing is complete, you should still be on the OPAC basket
pop-up
6) Perform the same tests in the staff client

If item-level_itypes is turned off and XSLTResultsDisplay is turned on,
biblio-level itemtype images are not shown in staff client search

titles have images and some don't.

This patch rewrites the markup of the staff client home page to use the
Bootstrap grid instead of the YUI grid, taking advantage of Bootstrap's
built-in responsiveness.
This patch does not affect the logo and search form in the header. It
will be necessary to address search forms in another patch.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary. For
better results, apply the patch for Bug 19851 as well.
- View the staff client home page and test the layout at various browser
widths.
- Test with and without news items
- Test with and without content in IntranetmainUserblock

This patch modifies CSS and markup in the staff client header to
override the default responsive style of the menu bar. The changed
layout will keep the menu bar items in a horizontal line at lower screen
widths.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
- Log in to the staff client and confirm that the appearance of the
menu bar at the top of the screen looks correct at various browser
widths.
- Confirm that the logged-in user menu label and help link expand and
collapse according to browser width.
