61ebf9160f (bug #2856) Activate the duplicate patrons detection and check birthdate only if one is set 
This patch activate the check of unique member, it was checked but not shown, and the member was added even if a duplicate was
detected.
It improve the duplicate detection, to check the birthdate only if it was specified in the form.
And fix an url of "Yes" link(if the borrower added IS the duplicate detected).

36e384adc7 Adding javascript to let user click table cell to check containing checkbox. 
This is a usability improvement as it widens the target of the click. The script for moremember.pl includes code necessary to uncheck its sibling as per uncheck_sibling(). If this patch is approved I will look for other instances so that <td> interactions will be consistent.

03d8521cbf Allow renewal limits to be overridden

This patch creates a new system preference, AllowRenewalLimitOverride,
that, if YES, allows the renewal limit to be manually overridden. It
updates C4::Circulation and reserve/renewscript.pl to obey this.

3c4159bed4 followup on Owen's patron attributes patch 
Hide the display of the patron attributes only if
no types are defined; the patron attributes section
(and more importantly, the edit link), should still
be displayed if an attribute type is defined, even
if the patron has no attributes currently set.

This adds the link to item details to circulation.pl
and changes the link on member details to include the itemnumber and #item... in the link.

Forgot the returns.pl.  Will do that in the next patch.

8f4f59a5bb 2433: Cannot apply manual credits with an item number 
This patch changes the behavior so that you can enter in
a barcode instead of an itemnumber for the manual credit
and invoice screens. Also, the borrower's account page now
displays a link back to the item record if an item was
linked to the charge

1396a91b2b bug 2450: expanded size of cardnumber input field 
Expanded the size of the cardnumber input field to 20 instead of 10. This allows the full 14-digit barcode to be viewed at a glance without having to
scroll.

1baf6348cc kohabug 2404 This patch removes Image::Magick and adds GD 
This patch removes Image::Magick as a dependency and replaces it with
the (much) lighter GD. Functionality of patronimage code has not changed with
this conversion.

Adding errorhandling for corrupted image file and link to return to moremember.pl when called from there

Added notes about supported image mime types.

af288205f5 kohabug 2154 Modifying form input controls to accomodate translations 
Due to the logic of the underlying picture-upload.pl depending upon the "value" of the
form input controls and this value being translated, the script then failed to function.
This patch changes the input controls so that this should not be an issue.

This issue should be kept in mind, though, so that it can be avoided in the future.

eeef609466 Remove 'Cash Refund' from manual invoice, as it calls a deprecated function. Change the code for 'forgiven' from 'F' to 'FOR', since 'F' is used for 'Fine' elsewhere in the code. Mark other subroutines as deprecated that utilize the accountoffsets table, since that functionality was lost somewhere in the 2.2 series, and half-using it breaks things.

78d960152f fix for bug 2221: Problems with Guarantor Fields... 
This patch corrects this problem, by, when a patron record is linked as a guarantor, showing that and not allowing the name to be edited. It still allows manual entry of a guarantor. It also untabifies a few places in the affected files and fixes some inconsistent names.

944063b247 patron attributes - staff search and display 
If ExtendedPatronAttributes is ON, patron attributes
can be displayed and edited by staff members.

The patron attributes are displayed and edited
in a new section (step 4) of the patron details page.  Each
attribute is identified by its type (including type code
and type description) and value (included value description
if the attribute is controlled by an authorised value category).

Note: if, for a repeatable attribute type, the staff member
enters multiple copies of that type with the same value, duplicates
are removed when the patron record is saved.  Also, if the type
is repeatable, a JavaScript link allows the staff member to
create new attributes of that type.

bb770a8d9d granular permissions - setting user permissions 
Adjusted the user permissions editing page as follows:

* Replaced table with a list
* Implemented a tree control using the jQuery Treeview plugin
* When CheckSpecificUserPermissions is ON, if a module
  flag has specific (i.e., children) permissions, allow
  them to be edited - this is where the tree control
  comes in.
* Added some hooks and an initial stab at the CSS
  to style the permissions editor tree.

* opac-user.pl - doesn't show transit status, but only shows waiting
when item has arrived at the pickup library
* opac-detail.pl - doesn't show hold statuses

0e675ef820 - Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script. 
- Member pages now use member toolbar include instead of circ one
- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function
- Adding missing item-bullet.gif (Bug 1659)

0f1c857d3f Changing some patron management rules (#1631) 
- the guarantor is no more readonly: it can be typed manually
- useless fields in case of an institution are removed (like DoB, Firstname, gender)
- reintroducing the relashionship select, that was missing in the template (but was handled by the pl)
- moving B_phone to a more logical place (with alternate coordinate)
- reintrocing contactnote in "alt contact"
- changing the select_city behaviour : when a city is choosen, the zipcode & city are automatically filled.

34b67109d1 A couple more tweaks to member entry form. Still unfinished: inline CSS will have to be generalized and moved to external stylesheet. Trying some changes to circ page, including moving patron info into sidebar, consolidating messages and warnings. Also unfinished!

b2d476aa5c Continuing integration of breadcrumbs and resident search form, now on member pages. The search form tabs need to be handled in a more sane manner given that they might have multiple options. Either a custom handling script for the different includes or a js-library-based system that will handle all of them.
