This patch makes several improvements to the suggestions template:
- Improved breadcrumbs and page title.
- Fixed a JavaScript error which appeared when viewing or editing a
suggestion.
- Added an 'Edit' and a 'Delete' button to the suggestion detail page.
- Corrected capitalization.
To test:
- Perform various operations with suggestions management and
confirm that page titles and breadcrumbs are correct.
- View the detail page for an individual suggestion and confirm that
the edit and delete buttons work correctly.
- Confirm that there are no JavaScript errors when viewing or editing a
suggestion, in particular when changing Acquisition information
(quantity, currency, price).

When using the 'Organize by' option to change the display of the
suggestions, the option is applied, but the pull down always jumps
back to the first entry 'Status'.
This patch fixes that.
To test:
- Try out all settings and verify that after the page reloads the selected
option is applied to your suggestions and the pull down shows
the option you selected.
Note: Until bug 10519 is properly fixed the tabs will not show
the correct descriptions, but the URL will show you the selected
option as parameter: displayby=acceptedby

This patch allows for the addition of new suggestion status by adding
authorised values of the category SUGGEST_STATUS
I sign it off. Details of my test plan :
1. Applying the patch
2. Checking existing suggestions, in staff view and opac : ok
3. Creating a new suggestion in staff and in opac : ok
4. Moving a suggestion into one of the old categories : ok
5. Adding a new authorized value category named SUGGEST_STATUS and fill it with 3 values :
value Description Description (OPAC) =)>
tata tatapro tataopac
titi titipro titiopac
toto totopro totoopac
For "tata", I defined a branch restriction on branche B.
6. Connecting in staff interface as a librarian of branch A : I could only use codes titipro and totopro. On OPAC, these codes were displayed as totoopac and titiopac
7. Connecting as librarian of branch B : I could use the 3 codes
8. Checking tabs visible : new tabs for tata, titi, toto, but also a new "Unknown" tab with 0 record.
Maybe point 8 could be fixed in a followup.

hard-coded. Now that interface and theme template variables are
available everywhere these paths should be corrected to use them.

Labels which precede a text input or select typically have a colon
before them:
Name: [____]
This patch cleans up templates where labels in this context lack a
colon. Exceptions to this rule include radio buttons, checkboxes, and
labels inside tables.
To test, view the affected pages and confirm that labels look
consistent.

Replace the tablesorter plugin with the DataTables plugin on the
suggestions management page. Table sorting has been coverted from using
multiple specific IDs to a more efficient class-based selector.
Unrelated change: Prevent page-jumping when checkbox links are clicked.
To test, open the suggestions management page (Acquisitions ->
Suggestions). Confirm that table sorting, paging, and searching works
correctly.

This patch converts the toolbar on the suggestions page to to Bootstrap,
replacing YUI button code with Bootstrap markup.
To test, view the suggestions page and confirm that the "New purchase
suggestion" button looks correct and works correctly.

All tests were done with all 3 patches from this bug applied:
1) Add suggestion from OPAC, check copyright date is saved
2) Add suggestion in intranet, check copyright date is saved
3) Edit suggestion, check change is saved correctly
4) Check date filters work as expected, using single dates, date ranges
and multiple filters at once:
- Accepted on
- Managed on
- Suggested on
5) Check copyright date search works correctly.
Passes all tests and QA script.

Main patch correcting suggestions search :
- allow filtering on copyrightdate, manageddate and accepteddate
- entered dates remains in filter during search
- empty and null values are in the same tab

All instances of the old DynArch calendar have been replaced with
jQueryUI versions and the old library files have been removed.
calendar.inc has been modified to include jQueryUI localization
strings and global configuration options. Just add a "datepicker"
class to an input field to trigger a datepicker prompt.
If you would like two fields in one from to limit each other (one
is date from, one is date to), add these classes to each:
"datepickerfrom" and "datepickerto." This will prevent an invalid
entry, e.g. a date in the latter which falls before the former.
jQueryUI is now upgraded to the latest verision, 1.8.21.
Edit: Now with proper translatability, date formatting, first day
of the week handling, and RTL support.

Current jQuery-driven tabs are done using a very old
version of the tabs plugin. This patch upgrades jQueryUI
to the latest version and adds the tabs widget dependency
to the jqueryui js file and updates the syntax for existing
tabs:
- $("#foo > ul").tabs(); changes to $("#foo").tabs();
- Remove full URL from tab links (use #anchor only).
Pages with "static" tabs (tabs which are built in the
markup rather than generated by the plugin) have been
modified to use their own style. Examples: pay.tt in
the staff client and opac-readingrecord.tt in the OPAC.

In some places the suggestions were 'pending' in others the same status
was named 'pending'. This patch changes the status to 'pending' in all
places on the suggestion page to make it more consistent.

This patch makes the tabs on the manage suggestion page translatable.
To test:
- Create some suggestions in intranet or opac and manage them to make the
different status tabs appear: accecpted, pending, checked, rejected
- Apply patch, run 'perl translate update <languagecode>'
- Check po file for string '%s %sPending %sAccepted %sChecked %sRejected %sAvailable %sOrdered%s %s%s %sNo name%s (%s)'
- Translate it, save and run 'perl translate install <languagecode>'
Tabs should now appear translated.

There are a couple suggestion statuses referred to
in the code and suggestion management page that currently
do not have notice templates defined: ASK and CHECKED. These
seem to be internal, so perhaps default message templates
are not needed for these.
