This patch moves the JavaScript files in prog/en/js to prog/js.
JavaScript files do not need to be in the directory which is processed
by the translator.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client to
confirm that JavaScript files are still loading correctly.
Revised: I intended for this to be built on top of Bug 15883 as well as
Bug 16242. Now it is.

According to https://jquery.com/upgrade-guide/1.9/#attr-versus-prop-
.attr() is no longer correct to access the checked state of a checkbox.
This patch do the following replacements:
.attr('checked') => .prop('checked')
.attr('checked, '') => .prop('checked', false)
.attr('checked, 'checked') => .prop('checked', true)
.attr('checked', boolValue) => .prop('checked', boolValue)
.removeAttr('checked') => .prop('checked', false)
.attr('checked') == 'checked' => .is(':checked')

$.cookie('foo', null);
is deprecated and should be replaced with
$.removeCookie('foo');
This patch replaces the occurrences for the "showColumns" cookie.
Before this patch, there was a bug on the batchmod tools.
To reproduce the issue:
1/ Go on the Batch item modification tool
2/ Fill the textarea with barcodes and submit
3/ Click on some column names (to create the cookie)
4/ Click on 'Show all columns" (to set the cookie to null)
5/ Don't submit and repeat steps 1 & 2
6/ You should see a js error:
Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: :nth-child

Test plan:
Confirm the issue has gone away and there is no regression on the column
selection

Bug 10649 introduced a new include file for adding DataTables-related
JavaScript assets. This patch adds use of this include file to the
batch modification and batch deletion pages.
Minor text changes: Corrected capitalization.
Apply the patch and test the following:
- On batch modification and batch deletion, submit multiple barcodes or
item numbers. On the results page the title column has been configured
to use the "anti-the" filter to exclude articles from sorting. Sorting
on all columns should work correctly.
Edit: Put back checkboxes plugin which was accidentally removed.

Sometimes when using the batch item modification tool, we would like to
automatically uncheck on loan items.
This patch also adds a new routine in C4::Circulation, IsItemIssued(),
which, when passed an itemnumber, returns whether the item is
currently on loan.
Test plan:
1/ Go to tools/batchMod.pl.
2/ Enter some barcode (at least 1 should be on loan).
3/ Click on the Continue button.
4/ Click on the "Clear on loan" link.
5/ Check that on loan items are unchecked.
Launch the unit test file:
prove t/db_dependent/Circulation/IsItemIssued.t

The batch modification pages (edit and delete) use the old tablesorter
plugin. They should use DataTables instead. This patch makes the
following changes:
- Remove tablesorter plugin from batchMod.tt where it was unused.
- Replace tablesorter assets with DataTables assets on batch edit and
batch delete pages.
- Replace tablesorter code with DataTables code in batchMod.js, which
provides table sorting functionality for both batch templates.
- Move position of batchMod.js script inclusion so that DataTables
assets are loaded first.
- Remove inline table sorting code from batch edit page since it is
provided by batchMod.js
To test, load barcodes on both the batch edit and batch delete pages.
Test JavaScript-based functionality on each results page:
- Check/Uncheck all
- Hide/show columns
- Table sorting on a variety of different kinds of data columns
Batch operations should complete normally.
There should be no JavaScript error on the batch operation "landing
page" (batchMod.tt).

Switching from YUI Cookie utility to jQuery Cookie plugin. The
jQuery Cookie plugin is already used elsewhere in Koha, so no new
dependencies are added. The YUI Cookie files are removed.
To test, go to batch item deletion and/or batch item modification
and submit a set of barcodes. On the confirmation screen select
or deselect columns to show. Start over and submit your barcodes
again. The confirmation screen should remember which columns you
previously selected.

Upgrade jQuery in the staff client. Besides the change
to the jQuery file syntax has been changed wherever this
syntax was written:
$(foo).attr("checked","");
The new correct way to un-check a checkbox:
$(foo).removeAttr("checked");
I also removed some JavaScript altogether from
branch-transfer-limits.tt which used the old syntax but
which wasn't used on the page at all anymore.
