Bug 20755: Add separate email configuration for acquisition and serial emails
This patch allows every library to define the From and Reply-to email addresses for acquisition and serial emails (orders and claims) sent by Koha.
Especially in large libraries with dedicated acquisition departments we need a way that vendors/booksellers can reply directly to the acquisition team and not to the library default email. The library email in the library configuration can then be used for circulation purposes only.

1) Apply patch, run database update
2) Make sure you have set up Koha to send up email (SMTP server, KohaAdminEmailAdress, etc.)
3) Make sure you have a vendor set up with a valid email address.
4) Check that you have four new system preferences:
  - AcquisitionsDefaultEMailAddress
  - SerialsDefaultEMailAddress
  - AcquisitionsDefaultReplyTo
  - SerialsDefaultReplyTo
5) Check that there is no change in behaviour if the four new system preferences are left empty:
All acquisition and serial emails are sent from the library email (or KohaAdminEmailAddress if no library email is set)
6) Create an order with at least one order line. Send the order to your vendor by email.
7) Create an acquisition claim notice and send it to your vendor.
8) Create a subscription linked to your vendor and with at least one late issue. Claim the issue.
9) There should be no change in behaviour: emails should be sent from library email (or KohaAdminEmailAddress if nothing is set on library level)
10) Configure different email addresses for system preferences:
  - First email address: AcquisitionsDefaultEMailAddress, SerialsDefaultEMailAddress
  - Second email address: AcquisitionsDefaultReplyTo, SerialsDefaultReplyTo
11) Repeat steps 6-8
12) Verify that the library specific acquisition and serial email addresses are used as From and Reply-to.

Bug 31383: Create a parent-child DB relation for additional content
In the design of additional contents the idea of a parent-child relation is implicitly present. You have a default page and translations.
But we do this in one table coming from the old news items.

Several reports show that we would be better off creating a parent table listing the main news items, CMS pages or HTML content. And a child table containing the title, content and lang.

Note that this first step is a prelimenary step to clean this area and make it more robust and extensible. More enhancements to come.

What is this patchset doing?
* DB changes
- Rename additional_contents.idnew with id
- Create a new table additional_contents_localizations(id, additional_content_id, title, content, lang) that will contain the translated contents
- Move the content to this new table
- Remove title, content and lang columns from additional_contents
- Replace the notice templates that are using ''<news>" (should only be ISSUESLIP) and remove support for this syntax. Also add a warning in case other occurrences of uses of the old syntax exist.

* CRUD
- We add a new Koha::AdditionalContentsLocalization[s] couple, and move some logic from Koha::AdditionalContent[s] to there. Note that, to prevent too much drastic changes in notice templates, and to make them easy to use, the different attributes of the content object is accessible from the translated content object (ie. Koha::AdditionalContentsLocatlization->library is available and return $self->additional_content->library). I think it's an elegant way to keep things simple.
- No changes expected for "NewsLog" logging
- Little behaviour changes for pages, see tools/page.pl changes. We are now passing the id of the content, and the desired language, instead of the mix of "page_id" or code and lang. Note that here we certainly need to rename "language" query param to not change the full interface language.

Test plan:
0. Preparation steps, use master
  a. Create notice templates that are using "<< additional_contents.code >>". This won't be replaced, but we want the update process to alert us.
  b. Create several news, additional contents, pages. Some with translated contents, some without.
  c. Make sure ISSUESLIP has the "<news>" section. If you are using the sample data there is nothing to do here
  d. Turn on NewsLogs
1. Apply the patches, restart_all, updatedatabase
=> Confirm that the new table is created and filled with the contents you had prior to the update
=> Confirm that additional_contents_localizations.updated_on has been kept to the previous values
=> Confirm that ISSUESLIP has been replaced properly
=> Confirm that you get a warning about the additional_contents
2. Create, update, delete news, html customs, pages
=> Confirm that the additional_contents_localizations.updated_on is only adjusted when required
=> Confirm that the logs are correctly created when NewsLogs is on
3. Check some items out, generate a slip
=> Confirm that the news are displayed at the bottom of the slip, and that the publication date is correctly formatted
4. Have several HTML customizations (like OpacNav, opacheader), in translated in different languages
=> Confirm that the default values is displayed when you are using the interface in a language without translation
=> Confirm that the translated version is picked when it exists

Notes for QA:
* I am not sure we really need the alert during the update DB process about the additional_contents leftover. We should not have them outside of ISSUESLIP.
Shouldn't it hurt?
* There is something ugly in sample_news.yml, the id is hardcoded. But how do we prevent that and keep translatability?

Bug 12532: Send email to guarantee and guarantor
This patch allows guarantors to receive emails sended to their
guarentees. This patch is a rebase of the previous patches.
I took all the content of previous commit and put it in one commit.

TO TEST:

Before applying:
1) Search, or create, a patron with guarantor.
2) For both guarantors and guarantees:
   - Add an email address
   - Update the 'Patron messaging preferences' section so that an email is sent for item checkouts
3) Checkout an item. An email should be sent only to the guarantee.
4) Apply the patch.
5) Run updatedatabase.pl
6) Run prove t/db_dependent/Members.t and prove t/db_dependent/Letters.t
7) Enable 'RedirectGuaranteeEmail'
8) Run misc/cronjobs/process_message_queue.pl
9) Notice that the email should be sended to both the guarantee AND the
guarantor.

Bug 33964: Use Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP::Persistent for sending email
As described in bug 30013, some outgoing SMTP services ( such as Gmail ) do not like Koha's current behavior of initiating a new connection for each email sent. If we switch from Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP to Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP::Persistent and store the object for the duration of the message queue processing, this should solve that issue.

Bug 33360: Improving limit behavior in SendQueuedMessages
Includes:
[1] Do no longer use the limit in the sql selection, but apply the
limit as a maximum for the number of sent messages. This is more
practical in terms of not flooding your mail server (and the
receiving ones).

[2] Replace call of _get_unsent_messages by Koha objects search.

[3] Do no longer report the number of messages seen, but report the
number actually 'sent'.

[4] If we lookup the to_address but we need to delay a message, save
the email address for the next run. Also optimizing patron lookup
in _send_message_by_email.

[5} Add support for $where parameter in SendQueuedMessages. Used by
process_message_queue.pl.

[6] Handle scalar/array for letter_code and type parameter too.

Test plan:
[1] Adjust your domain limit settings in koha-conf.
    Use notices to three domains. Group A and B.
    <message_domain_limits>
    <domain><name>A</name><limit>1</limit><unit>1h</unit></domain>
    <domain><name>B/name><belongs_to>A</belongs_to></domain>
    <domain><name>C</name><limit>1</limit><unit>1h</unit></domain>
    </message_domain_limits>
    Replace A, B and C with your choice. Do not forget the belongs_to.
    Restart all.
[2] Disable cron job for message queue.
[3] Generate two notices for each domain A, B and C (in that order).
    Make sure that borrowers involved have correct address.
[4] Run process_message_queue.pl -limit 1
[5] Check that one is sent for A, 5 pending.
[6] Run process_message_queue.pl -limit 2
[7] Check that one is sent for C, 4 pending.
[8] Run process_message_queue.pl (without limit).
[9] Check that nothing is sent, 4 pending.
[10] Check that message_queue.to_address is filled for those 4.

    Replace gmail.com by the domain you want to send to.
    Restart all.
[2] Disable cron job for message queue.
[3] Generate two pending notices in the queue.
[4] Run process_message_queue.pl
[5] Check that one is sent, one is still pending.
[6] Run again.

dcf7688b94 Bug 31028: Add catalog concern management page to staff
This patch adds a catalog concern management page to the staff client
accessible via the cataloging home page and a new 'Pending catalog
concerns' link on the front page.

This includes added the requisit ticket_updates api endpoints and notice
triggers and templates for notifying patrons of changes to their
reported concerns.

Test plan
1) Enable the `OpacCatalogConcerns` system preference
2) Catalog concern management is tied to your users ability to edit the
   catalog, `editcatalogue`.
3) Confirm that you can see 'Catalog concerns' listed on the cataloging
   home page if you have the `editcatalogue` permission and not if you
   do not.
4) Add a new concern as an opac user.
5) Confirm that once a concern is present in the system you see a count
   of 'catalog concerns pending' on the intranet main page if you have
   the `editcatalogue` permission.
6) Click through either the cataloging home page or pending concerns
   link on the main page to view the new concerns management page.
7) Confirm the table displays as one would expect.
8) Confirm clicking on details or the concern title exposes a 'details'
   modal with the option to add an update or resolve the concern.
9) Verify that if selecting 'notify' when updateing or resolving a
   concern triggers a notice to be sent to the opac user who first

Bug 31453: Add ability to filter messages to process using process_message_queue.pl via a command line parameter
It would be very useful to be able to tell process_message_queue.pl to skip processing some messages. This is particularly useful where a plugin handles sending some message using the before_send_messages hook, but while that plugin is processing, more messages meant for the plugin might be queued. At that point, control moves back to the script and SendQueuedMessages is called, and those messages end up being processed there instead of by the plugin.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Queue two messages, each with a unique word
3) Run process_message_queue --where "content NOT LIKE '%WORD%'"
   where WORD is a unique word in one of the two message
4) Note the message containing "WORD" was not processed

Bug 30718: Use flatpickr's altInput
The idea rely on the KohaDates TT plugin for the date formatting. We
should not have any output_pref calls in pl or pm (there are some
exceptions, for ILSDI for instance).

Also flatpickr will deal with the places where dates are inputed. We
will pass the raw SQL value (what we call 'iso' in Koha::DateUtils), and
the controller will receive the same value, no need to additional
conversion.

Bug 28787: Send a notice with the TOTP token
Bug 28786 let librarians enable a Two-factor authentication but force them to use
an application to generate the TOTP token.

This new enhancement add the ability to send an email containing the token to the
patron once it's authenticaed

The new notice template has the code '2FA_OTP_TOKEN'

Test plan:
- Setup the two-factor authentication (you need the config entry and the
syspref ON)
- Enable it for your logged in patron
- Logout
- Login and notice the new link "Send the code by email"
- Click on it and confirm that you received an email with the code
- Use the code to be fully logged in

bbd700ce0b Bug 29330: Restore handling of serialized MIME messages in message_queue
This patch changes how multipart MIME messages are handled on the
message_queue table.

The email, with the required attachments, is now generated using
Koha::Email, and serialized using Koha::Email->as_string.

This bug also adds Koha::Email->new_from_string which is used to read
that data from the DB, and produce a Koha::Email object, that can be
further augmented/modified using regular Koha::Email methods.

This implementation should be considered a middle ground, with
backportability in mind. higher-level methods should encapsulate setting
the default headers and addresses, to clean the area a bit further.

Preparation:
- You need a valid SMTP configuration in koha-conf.xml. If you use Gmail
  you can generate an 'app password' and set things like this:

 <smtp_server>
    <host>smtp.gmail.com</host>
    <port>587</port>
    <timeout>5</timeout>
    <ssl_mode>STARTTLS</ssl_mode>
    <user_name>youraddress@gmail.com</user_name>
    <password>youpassword</password>
    <debug>1</debug>
 </smtp_server>
- Set KohaAdminAddress to your address.

To test:
1. Pick a patron. Make sure it doesn't have any email address (Acevedo?)
2. Set an overdue notice trigger for its category
3. Check something out, with due date in the past to force an overdue
4. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl -v
  k$ exit
   $ koha-mysql kohadev
   > SELECT * FROM message_queue WHERE borrowernumber=the_borrowernumber;
=> SUCCESS: A notice has been created
5. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ misc/cronjobs/process_message_queue.pl --verbose
=> SUCCESS: SMTP is ok => Email is sent
=> FAIL: Your inbox shows an email with weird content
6. Apply this patches
7. Run:
   $ koha-mysql kohadev
   > DELETE FROM message_queue;
8. Repeat 4 and 5
=> SUCCESS: You got an email with an attachment!
=> SUCCESS: The attachment contains an email that couldn't be delivered!
9. Try all the things that enqueue messages :-D
=> SUCCESS: No behavior change
10. Sign off :-D

814789f8cb Bug 29062: Use primary key issued_id to fetch old_issues for letters
The code currently uses itemnumber to fetch old_issues for notices.
This doesn't seem to be used in any current notices except the CHECKINSLIP:
SELECTY letter.code,content FROM letter WHERE content LIKE 'old\\_%'\G

For issues we use itemnumber, however, issues has a constraint to limit issues for an itemnumber to 1
Old issues has no such constraint, we try to rectify this in the old code by adding 'ORDER BY returndate DESC LIMIT 1"

As the code is not used by default and buggy I think we can make a change to using 'issue_id' as the key and
announcing the change - it prevents leaky data

To test:
1. Check something out to patron A. Check it in.
2. Check something out to patron B. Check it in.
3. Check something out to patron C. Check it in and print the check-in slip. (Leave the checkin paghe open)
4. You will see the checkin repeat itself 3 times, one for each line in old_issues.
5. Apply patch and restart_all
6. Click the 'Print checkin slip' button again
7. You see a single checkin
8. Checkout a different item to patron A. Check it in and print the check-in slip
9. See the correct checkins

89ade834d6 Bug 24387: Rename "News" with "Additional contents"
One big patch for one big move.

The "News" feature (opac_news) has been hijacked to handle some system
preferences (bug 26050). The goal was to take profit of the UI (editor)
and the ability to translate the value.

Disclaimer: This patch is NOT offering the best implementation but, as
we still don't have bug 24975, it cannot be done now. And no, we don't
want to wait for it to move forward here. This patch is going into the
right direction anyway.

This enhancement is going to rename the "News" with a more genertic
"Additional contents". We have two different "categories" of content:
"news" and "html customizations".

What does it bring?
- A split on the UI for disambigate the two types of content (news and
syspref/html customizations)
- A simplification of the edit form: all languages will be translatable
on the same view (like the "notice templates")
- Ground will be prepared for different types of content (if needed later)
- Staff news can be translated

How was the "News" area working before this patch?
The opac_news DB table contained a (very inconsistent) 'lang' column.
The different values were:
- '' => news to display at the OPAC and staff interfaces
- 'koha' => news for staff only
- 'slip' => news for slip notices
- $lang => news for OPAC only, translated in $lang ('en', 'es-ES', etc.)
- "$location_$lang" => A syspref moved to this "news" area. The syspref
is $location, and is translated in $lang. Eg. OpacLoginInstructions_en,
OpacLoginInstructions_fr-FR, opacheader_es-ES

This patch is improving the DB structure with the following changes:
- renaming 'opac_news' with 'additional_contents'
- new 'category' column
 => 'news' or 'html_customizations'
- new 'location' column
 => For 'news': 'staff_and_opac', 'staff_only', 'slip'
 => For 'html_customizations': the old syspref name (eg. 'OpacLoginInstructions').
- new 'code' column (see later for more info)
- the 'lang' column will only contain the language code ('en', 'es-ES',
etc.). BUT a 'default' entry will ALWAYS exist for fallback behaviour.

We are getting closer to the 'notice template' table structure because
we want to match its UI. The 'code' column will bring us the ability to
group the different 'additional_contents' rows. The code for a given
news will be the same, but the (lang, title, content) will differ.
Examples:
  News 1 will have, for each of the translated versions
  (category, code,    location, branchcode)
  ('news',   'News1', $location, $branchcode||undef)
  And the 3 following columns will differ:
  (title,              content,               lang)
  ('title for news 1', 'content for news 1', 'default')
  ('titulo para 1',    'contenido para 1',   'es-ES')

Note that the "category" is not strictely necessary, but it seems better
to have the ability to split the different content by category/type
easily.

Additional changes:
- Syspref 'NewsToolEditor' is renamed 'AdditionalContentsEditor'
- Koha::NewItem => Koha::AdditionalContent
- Koha::News => Koha::AdditionalContents
- Script and template renamed from koha-news to additional-contents
- Foreign keys have been renamed
- Subpermission edit_news has been renamed edit_additional_contents
- The UI can now be accessed via a "News" or "HTML customizations" link
from the tools module. The related contents will then be displayed (both
categories are now split)

Changes not done here:
- Primary key 'idnew' could be renamed 'id'

Limitations of the upgrade:
News cannot be grouped by a unique code for existing translations.
=> A given news will be now displayed several times on the translated
interface
Any ideas to improve the upgrade behaviour?
We will have to add a warning in the release notes to tell libraries to
review their news.

Test plan:
0. Don't apply the patches
1. Translate the interfaces in some languages
. Create some news for staff and OPAC
. Create some content for different entry of HTML customizations
Note that you are forced to define a 'default'.
Also note that you are only forced to fill the title (not the content).
This is certainly problematic (see FIXME in the code) as sometime only
the content is displayed.
. Play with the interface (edit, delete, filter)
. Go to the different places the news are displayed, and confirm they
are displayed correctly (staff home, opac home, opac rss)
. Create 1+ news for 'slip', check an item out and 'print slip' (from
the circulation page). You must see the news.
. Go to the different places you are expecting the HTML customizations
to be present and confirm that you see them.
. Switch the lang of the interface and confirm that you now see the
content in the translated version
. Generate the templates in another language, don't translate the
content
. Use this language for the interface and confirm that the 'default'
version is displauyed.

9d6d641d1f Bug 17600: Standardize our EXPORT_OK
On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.

That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.

This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests

And a lot of other manual changes.

export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;

The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules

Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).

EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.

@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.

@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.

@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""

If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
  - use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine
