They are inserted depending on their alpha order, and sample_holidays
will fail because of missing branchcode.
This patch suggests a simple fix: rename sample_holidays to
sample_libraries_holidays, to make sure it will be loaded after
sample_libraries

This patch adds receipt printing to the new Point of Sale pay page.
Test plan:
1) Apply patch and run database update
2) Enable automatic receipt printing via the `` system preference.
3) Make a payment for an item via the new POS pay page.
4) Note that a receipt printing dialogue is shown automatically after
payment.
5) Note that a new notice is available under tools where you can alter
the content of the receipt.

This patchset originally introduced the manadatory data into
/en/mandatory/account_debit_types.sql. However, it was later decided to
maintain the system types description strings in the templates and as
such the database data file was moved to the top level. This patch
removes the now superflous /en/mandatory version.
Once we have the sql files easily translated via the standard
translate.koha-community.org toolchain we should restore this approach
and update the templates to use the descriptions from the database.

This patch updates all cases where debit_type_code was 'Res' to
'RESERVE' which is more informative and consistent with the new style
guidelines.
The patch also ensure all calls to add_debit with a type or 'reserve'
now pass the capitalised code instead.

This patch allows for redfining the keyboard shortcuts used in rancor.
For now these are set globally (per instance)
Ctrl-S is a codemirror setting and cannot be altered
To test:

Just as bug 22761 moves the "Fee receipt" to the ACCOUNT_CREDIT slip, we need to move the "INVOICE" to an ACCOUNT_DEBIT slip.
Test Plan:

3) Use the "print" button beside a *fee*

When adding the new splitting rules for classification sources
with bug 15836, we missed updating the translated installers.
This has the danger of data missing for new installations already
set up with 18.11.
This patch corrects the installer files.

Some libraries are paperless and require all payment receipts to be emailed. Koha should give libraries the option to send email receipts if a patron has an email address. If a notice for the type of "credit" exists ( payment or writeoff ), then an email receipt will be sent.
These notices only support Template Toolkit syntax.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch and dependencies
2) Add the two new notices, you can find them in installer/data/mysql/en/mandatory/sample_notices.sql
3) Note two new notices exist in the notices editor, ACCOUNT_PAYMENT and ACCOUNT_WRITEOFF
