This patch simplifies the members/print*.pl controller scripts to only
pass around the minimum required data for the templates.

This patch removes the "size" attribute from <select> tags where the
value of the attribute is 1. The attribute is unnecessary because the
default value when the attribute is undefined is 1.
This will allow for more careful sizing of <select> tags without a size
attribute while preserving the desired behavior of <select> tags which
have a size greater than 1.
The patch modifies 83 files but makes the same minor corrections to
each. I think examining the diff is sufficent, or testing a
representative set of pages:
- Administration -> MARC frameworks -> MARC structure -> Edit tag:
The "Authorized value" select.
- Patrons -> New patron: The "Library" select.
- Reports -> Patrons with no checkouts: The "Into an
application" selects.
If anyone would like help testing any particular template I can
follow-up.

This patch modifies instances in the template where variations of "Call
number" are used. Instead of "Call no." "Call no" or "callnumber," "Call
number" is used instead.
To test, apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm that
the label has been correctly updated. In the staff interface:
- Circulation -> Check out to a patron with checkouts -> View the table
of checked-out items.
- Check out to a patron who is guarantor to a patron with checkouts ->
View the table of the relative's checked-out items.

This patch modifies several patron templates to replace the use of
the "title-string" DataTables sorting method with the newer "data-order"
attribute.
To test, apply the patch and view a patron record in the staff
interface. Check the following pages to confirm that columns containing
dates sort correctly when using any setting of the "dateformat" system
preference:
- Details: DataTables initialization removed because it is obsolete.
Confirm that table of holds in the holds tab is still a working
DataTable.
- Accounting
- Accounting -> Transactions,
- Accounting -> Transactions -> Details of a fee (DataTables-related
markup removed because there are no DataTables).

This patch adds an option to compare two patron records during the
patron merge process. It can't work with more than two patrons, so the
option only appears if one has selected only two patrons to merge.
This patch also adds links to the patron names for opening the patron
record in a new tab.
To test, apply the patch and perform a search for patrons in the staff
client Patrons module.
- Select two patrons in the list of search results and click "Merge
selected patrons."
- On the merge patron records page, confirm that the two patron names
are links which, when clicked, open the patron details in another
tab.
- Click a radio button to select the patron whose record will be
the basis of the merge. The "Compare patrons" button and "Merge
patrons" should go from disabled to enabled.
- Click the "Compare patrons" button. A modal window should display
highlighting the differences in some selected values in the patron
record. The patron you selected as the basis for the merge should
appear on the left.
- Close the modal and select the other patron as the basis of the
merge. "Compare patrons" again. The other patron should now appear in
the left pane of the comparison.
- Test that the "Merge patrons" button in the modal window works
correctly to submit the merge form and that the correct patron is
used as the basis for merging.
- Repeat the same process above but select more than two patrons for
merging. The "Compare patrons" button should not appear.

Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a
screen-reader.
Made the block of breadcrumbs be a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb"
class="breadcrumb"> with an ordered list inside. The last breadcrumbs
also has aria-current="page" to specify that it is the current page.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Build scss file
3) Ensure each of the files in the members folder have breadcrumbs that
are in a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb" class="breadcrumb"> block
4) Ensure that there is an ordered list in the block of breadcrumbs
5) Ensure that the last breadcrumb has aria-current="page"
6) Ensure that the breadcrumbs on each page of the staff client
belonging to these files look the same as before, but the '>' symbol is
replaced with '/' and the last breadcrumb has bold text
7) Ensure that when the last breadcrumb is clicked it takes you to the
page you are currently on

Do not show the empty dropdown with no options if borrowerRelationship
is disabled (empty) in the syspref.
To reproduce:
1) Go to system preferences and disable borrowerRelationship.
2) Create a new patron or modify the existing one.
3) Under "Guarantor Information" click on "Search to add" button.
After performing the search, select different patron to act as
guarantor.
4) Observe that there's empty dropdown for the relation type.
5) Apply the patch.
6) Repeat steps above.
7) Observe that dropdown is no longer there.

This patch adds a min attribute to the form fields of the borrower
account page modals to prevent negative values being entered
inappropriately.
Test plan
1/ Trigger the refund modal from the borrower account page.
2/ Attempt to enter a negative value for the amount to refund and note
with the patch applied you face a validation error (without the patch,
upon submission of a negative value you will be faced with a server side
error)

On bug 27715 we restrict the order by dt params for security reasons.
However in some cases the param passed is "columnname" instead of
"table.columnname".
We should make sure the table is part of the sort fieldname.
Test plan:
Do a "normal" patron search (from the patrons home page) and another
patron search (guarantor for instance).
Sort by cardnumber, date of birth, expiration date, asc, desc and
confirm it works as expected.

that the floating DataTable header knows what element to append itself
to.

This patch modifies the patron search results page so that the toolbar
with results-related controls "floats" when the user scrolls down. This
gives access to the controls for adding patrons to a list and for
merging patrons.
Other templates are modified to incorporate a change to the CSS which
changes "#searchheader" to ".searchheader," enabling multiple instances
of a <div> styled with the .searchheader class.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go to Patrons in the staff interface.
- Perform a patron search which will return many results.
- Scroll down the page far enough to trigger the floating toolbar.
- Confirm that the toolbar is positioned correctly when paging through
results.
- Confirm that the patron list and merge controls still work correctly.
- Confirm that other pages which used the "#searchheader" id are still
styled correctly:
- Catalog search results
- List contents
- Patron list contents
- Add orders from MARC file

This patch add the noExport class to all "Actions" columns in the
codebase.
It's a stupid search and replace, maybe the class is added to table
where there is no export button.
Test plan:
Search tables where the export button is available. Confirm that the
"Actions" columns is not exported.

If patrons category is changed during add or edit password
minimum value doesn't change. This patch adds ajax call to
fix this.
To test:
1. Add password minimum length for patron
categories A and B.
2. Create a new patron with category A.
3. Change patrons category to B.
4. Note that password minimum value doesn't change
on hint text.
5. Apply patch.
6. Repeat patron creation, password minimum value
should now change correctly.

With AllowStaffToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor and
AllowStaffToSetFinesVisibilityForGuarantor set to Allow, one can only see the
controls for these values in the patron record *after* the patron has been saved
with a guarantor. That makes a frustrating 2-step process. We should be able to
set those values regardless of whether or not there is currently a guarantor on
the account.
Test plan:
Create a guarantee and confirm that the 2 options "Show checkouts to
guarantors" and "Show fines to guarantors" are displayed
Select Yes, save
Confirm that the values have been correctly saved

This patch adds support for unseen renewals.
Here we retrofit knowledge of unseen renewals and add the display of unseen
renewal counts and warnings, in addition to adding the ability to
specify a renewal as being "unseen".
The functionality added here is goverened by the UnseenRenewals syspref.

This patch updates the logic to create a cancellation accountline and
apply it to the charge line so we correction record the transaction in
terms of double entry accounting standards.
Test plan:
1. Go to a patron's accounting section
2. Create a manual invoice
3. In Transactions tab, you should see a 'Cancel charge' button. Click
on it. It should now be marked as cancelled
4. A cancellation line should be associated with the original charge.
5. Create another manual invoice
6. Pay it (partially or fully)
7. Notice that the 'Cancel charge' button is not available
8. Void the payment
9. 'Cancel charge' button is available again. Click on it and verify
that it still works

There is already a button to void a payment. It should be possible to
cancel a charge too.
This patch adds a button in patron's accounting section (Transactions
tab) that allow to cancel charges.
Charges that have been fully or partially paid cannot be cancelled.
It also fixes Koha::Account::Line::is_credit by looking at
credit_type_code instead of amount (amount can be 0 for voided payments)
It also fixes the tests for Koha::Account::Line::void when database does
not contain the borrowernumber 51 (the default in
t::lib::Mocks::mock_userenv)
Test plan:
1. Go to a patron's accounting section
2. Create a manual invoice

This patch updates the html_helper for the cash register selection block
to remove the 'empty option' such that it can be correclty set for each
select case and updates all existing cases where we used the process
block previously to include the relevant blank option '-- Select an
option --', '-- None --', 'Library default' and finally the new '-- All
--' options introduced with this bug.

This patch makes more markup changes to the templates previously
modified in order to try to arrive at some agreeable solutions.
- In the value_builder EXAMPLE template, the <p> is unnecessary and is
removed. Also removed is the script "type" attribute and obsolete
CDATA markers.
- In the article request template an unnecessary <p> is removed.
- In the merge patrons template the submit button is now in a <fieldset
class="action"> as is consistent with other forms.
- In the MARC modifications template I've added <div>s around each
"line" in the form to add the line break, along with some CSS to add
margins.
- The submit button is now inside a <fieldset class="action"> and the
"Cancel" link now has the "cancel" class.

Right now it's possible to delete the anonymous patron at any time. When this happens the system will break just as if anonymouspatron was unset but patrons still have an "always anonymize" privacy setting.
This issue occurs more frequently than one would expect.
We should make it so that the patron set in AnonymousPatron is not deletable.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Set a patron to by AnonymousPatron
3) Attempt to delete that patron from the members toolbar
4) Note the error message!

This will add the inventory number to the list of checkouts that
can be printed using the 'Print summary' feature from the patron
account in staff.
To test:
- Apply patch
- Make sure you have some items with and without inventory number set
- Check them out to any patron
- Go to Print > Print summary
- Verify the inventory number column is showing up and the numbers
show with their items.

The "search to add" label on the button for adding guarantors is a bit
hard to translate and is inaccessable. This patch updated the button
label to "Add guarantor" to fix these issues.
To test:
1. Go to patrons
2. Add a new child patron
3. Observe the button with "search to add"
4. Save the patron
5. Edit the patron and observe the "search to add" button.
6. Apply patch.
7. Add a new patron
8. Observe new text on button.
9. Edit a child patron
10. Observe new text on button
11. Sign off

To test:
1 - Set failed login attempts to some number
2 - Attempt enough logins with a patront o lock them, or:
UPDATE borrowers SET login_attempts = 500 WHERE borrowernumber=5;
3 - Attempt to checkout to borrower, no notice of lock
4 - View patron details tab, see the locked message
5 - Apply patch
6 - Note the message is now in patron info and visible on all tabs for the member

This patch removes the use of the jquery.checkboxes plugin from the
patron payment screen (members/pay.tt).
To test, apply the patch and locate a patron with unpaid fines.
- View the "Accounting" page for that patron.
- In the table of outstanding fines, test the "Select all" and "Clear
all" links work correctly to check the checkboxes corresponding to
each fine.
- Confirm that the "Select all" action enables the "Pay selected" and
"Write off selected" buttons.
- Confirm that the "Clear all" action disables the "Pay selected" and
"Write off selected" buttons.
