This patch makes the different methods in C4::Letters use:
- Koha::SMTP::Servers: to get the effective SMTP server for the library
or the fallback default if no library in context.
- New Koha::Email->create method for crafting the email envelope for
sending.
The tests are adapted so they behave the same way, but the trapped (in
the mock) $email object has the right type and its attributes are
accessed correctly.

This patch adds "Updated on" column to patron's notices tab. It also adds logic to C4::Letters to retrieve updated_on column.
To test:
1. Apply patches.
2. Restart plack.
3. Choose a patron and add a purchase suggestion.
4. Change suggestion status.
5. Open patron's notifications.
CHECK => Messages table has now "Updated on" and "Time created" columns, and "Time" column is gone.
SUCCESS => There is a message with status pending, with a "time created" that equals "updated on"
6. Execute in the shell in Koha directory
$ ./misc/cronjobs/process_message_queue.pl
7. Open patron's notifications one more time.
SUCCESS => The message changed status. Time created remained the same, and now "updated on" has the current timestamp.
8. Resend the message and repeat sep 6.
SUCCESS => Every time you change the status, time created remains the same and updated on updates.

2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Clear all SendAllEmailsTo system preference
4) Send mail to a patron of your choosing, email will go to patron's
email address as usual.
5) Set SendAllEmailsTo to a test email address
6) Send mail to the patron, email will be redirected to the email set
in the systempreference.
7) Run prove -v t/db_dependent/Letters.t
It does not affect messages in the message_queue.

This fixes 2 related problems:
1) The editor only offered 3 entries from biblio for adding to the notice:
title, author, serial
It was not clear that actually all fields from biblio can be used.
2) It was not possible to use fields from biblioitems in the notices
which left out important fields like the ISSN.
The patch adds the biblioitems table and changes the editor to show
all entries from biblio and biblioitems table are shown on the left.
To test:
- Create a subscription
- Generate next issue a few times to get late issues
- Create a new notice in the "Claim serial issue" module
- Use fields from different/all tables
- Make sure an email address is set for
- the vendor (also check for 'receives claims for late issues')
- your staff user
- Go to serials > claims
- Claim multiple issues
- Verify the email is generated and contains the correct information
Example notice:
Title: <<biblio.title>>
Author: <<biblio.author>>
ISSN: <<biblioitems.issn>>
ISBN: <<biblioitems.isbn>>
Issue: <<serial.serialseq>>

This patch removes 3 subroutines from C4::Letters:
- getalert
- addalert
- delalert
And add 3 methods to Koha::Subscription:
- subscribers
- add_subscriber
- remove_subscriber
It makes the code cleaner for future cleanup.
TODO - we should remove alert.alertid and alert.type, and rename
alert.externalid with alert.subscriptionid
That way alert will be renamed borrowers_subscriptions (or similar) and
will become a simple join table between borrowers and subscriptions.

Bug 18478 fixed sms via email problems under the assumption that
to_address was either smsalertnumber or blank.
It seems overdues set the to_address to email. This patch changes the
code to enforce that an sms sent with emial driver will use the
smsalertnumebr and provider defined for the borrower, regardless of what
is set in the queue
To test:
1 - Define a messaging prefs for a patron to recieve hold notices via
SMS
2 - Ensure you have defined an SMS message for an overdue letter
3 - Set an SMS alert number for patron
4 - Set the SMS::Send driver to 'Email'
5 - Checkout an item as overdue to trigger notice above
6 - Run overdue_notices.pl
6 - Check the db and note the address is email
7 - run process_message_queue.pl
8 - Check db - address is email followed by service provider
9 - Apply patch
10 - repeat
11 - Message to_address should be populated with smsalertnumber

Having the ability to limit the number of messages sent by process_message_queue.pl on a single run would be very useful for controlling home many messages are sent at a given time. This can help prevent too many messages being sent out at once and getting flagged as a spammer.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Generate some number of messages in the message queue
3) Run process_message_queue.pl with the new --limit option,
set limit to a number smaller than the number of pending messages
4) After the script has run, check the database and note that only
a number of pending messages were sent, and that the remaining amount
of pending messages is the original amount less the number specified
as the limit

At the moment we have 2 different modules for acquisition orders:
Koha::Tmp::Order[s] and Koha::Acquisition::Order
The later has been added before the creation of Koha::Object.
Koha::Tmp::Order[s] has been created to make the TT syntax for notices
works with acquisition order data.
This patch removes the temporary packages Koha::Tmp::Order[s] and adapt
the code of Koha::Acquisition::Order[s] to be based on Koha::Object[s].
It also overloads Koha::Object->new to add the trick that was done in
Koha::Acquisition::Order->insert. This is needed because acqui/addorder.pl
is called from several places and CGI->Vars is used to retrieved order's
attributes (and so much more). To avoid regression, the easiest (but not
cleanest) way to do is to filter on aqorders column's names.
This is *not* a pattern to follow!

The C4::Letters module does not have a GetMessage subroutine, which
could be quite useful.
This patch adds it and simplifies the code added by the previous patch.
It also adds a few tests and fixes POD typos.
Note that ResendNotice only resends failed messages. This will avoid to
resend already sent messages (using an url from the browser history for
instance).
Signed-off-by: Brendan A Gallagher <brendan@bywatersolutions.com>
This patch adds a link 'Resend' under a notice in 'failed' status
in the Patron's Notices tab.
By clicking the link, we will request notices.pl with parameter
"resendnotice=XXXXX" where XXXXX is message_id. In notices.pl,
we then check whether the given message is actually in 'failed'
status. If so, we use the C4::Letters::ResendMessage(123) to
change the status of the message into 'pending'. This way it
will be processed again by the cronjob process_message_queue.pl.
To test, find/create a Patron that has failed notices in message_queue:
1. Enable EnchancedMessagingPreferences system preference
2. Go to Patrons -> Notices
3. In the Notice column, click the title of the failed message
4. Observe that there is nothing for resending the failed message
5. Apply patch.
6. Reload Notices page and repeat step 3
7. Observe that there is now a link "Resend" in the Status-column
8. Click Resend
9. Observe that the message gets into 'pending' status
Works as expected.

C4::Branch::GetBranchDetail retrieved library infos, it could be easily
replaced with Koha::Libraries->find
When this change needs other big changes, the unblessed method is
called, to manipulate a hashref (as before) instead of a Koha::Library
object (for instance when $library is sent to GetPreparedLetter).
Test plan:
1/ Print a basket group, the library names should be correctly
displayed.

notice will be generated (focus on the library name)
3/ Edit a patron and change his/her library
4/ Generate the advanced notices (misc/cronjobs/advance_notices.pl) and
have a look at the generated notices
5/ Same of overdues notices
