Owen Leonard d0379ed325 If LibraryName was not specified, the opac layout was broken. Adding a default ("Koha Online Catalog") to the template in case LibraryName is empty.

oleonard 9f03ca7e2a New programmer templates for the OPAC. Markup has been pared down, but structure hasn't been updated according to new guidelines put forth by Paul on the mailing list (i.e. named blocks, etc).
