This added column names, and reformated to be a bit more readable.
This also adds this change to de-DE, es-ES, fr-CA, and nb-NO.
While there was printer_profiles for it-IT, the Italian file seems
to not use the same numbers, and does not visibly look like it needs
these changes.

When doing a hacked install off the master branch:
use ... {koha database name}
truncate creator_layouts;
truncate creator_templates;
truncate printers_profiles;
source installer/data/mysql/... {name of a sample_labels type file}
Warnings are generated, which may not be visible in the UI.
Most of the warnings were triggered by:

In the Russian, the layout_name was truncated, because the layout_name was only 20. An atomic update sql and kohastructure.sql update were provided to widen it to 25.

Also fr-FR, ru-RU, and uk-UA were slightly different in structure, so the structure was made the same as the other files.

NOTE: pl-PL is likely very out of date, but is not affected in this regard.

from bug 12275 - so 'Laotisch' will show up correctly
- Rephrases and corrects spelling for user permissions
- Translates new authorized value SIP_MEDIA_TYPE
- Improves translations of creator sample data
- Improves translations of sample patron categories
- translations in po files were changed accordingly
To test:
- Run the web installer, install all mandatory and optional
sample data
- Check everything is installed without errors
- Verify changes listed above in the interface

This patch updates the German web installer files from the
optional directory.
This includes:
- Adding the bridge/reference.gif to the REF itemtype
- Updating currency rates and setting EUR to active
- Adding branchcode MPL to the sample holidays
- Updating a few strings on the patroncard samples
- Fixing typos and rephrasing
To test:
- Run the web installer with German installed
- Verify all optional SQL files are installed correctly
Note: The German po files in master are buggy, please
use files from translate.koha-community.org for testing.

The sample bib label layouts and the hard-coded default
format_string for new layouts used 'callnumber' when they
should have used 'itemcallnumber', preventing call numbers
from being printed on spine labels that use the system-supplied
layouts. Besides correcting the sample data, this patch
now also enshrines 'callnumber' as an alias for 'itemcallnumber'.
